I have worked with 3 mattress firms and the gimmick landing location certain earns 5 stars for horrible service. When you notice the errors in arrive and. All to discuss them, nobody will be able to explain them. You will he refereed from Katheryn, then to Chris, then to Wi, etc. nobody is completely in explaining any requisitions that they or partner sales associate made. This is the most unprofessional staff that I have ever worked with. As a professional, if I performed my job in the manner that they have, I wouldn’t have a job. I guess this is the service you get during a pandemic and short staff.

I needed to purchase a Twin Mattress and Box Spring for my Granddaughter. We were immediately greeted by Chris and we told him our requirements. He gave us some options and then once we narrowed them down, he was able to show us a sample and my Granddaughter was able to test the mattress out. We found exactly what we were looking for.We were also able to catch a great pre-Labor DaySale. It was a pleasant straight forward purchase experience. Chris explained everything. That was a Sunday. Chris was able to schedule a Monday delivery. I was kept apprised of the Delivery Teams scheduleand received a call within 10 minutes of the actual delivery. The DeliveryTeam was courteous and even put on show coverings to protect my flooring. The removal of the old and placement of the new Mattress and Box Spring took 5 minutes. A very pleasant buying experience.

Brent is a great asset. He’s very personable and not intrusive. He had great recommendations and easy to work with. He also continued to ensure we were getting the best deal as he price matched mattress firm online prices. Thank you for all of your help. Can’t wait for our new bed!

Salesman in store was happy to show us many different types of mattresses at different price levels. It was quick and easy to test and decide on what wanted.Delivery guys were here about 15 minutes prior to our two hour window. This was nice so we didnt have to keep waiting and recurve a phone call when they were 15 minutes away. The delivery guys setup and took all packaging away when we were expecting them to leave everything at the door. Quick and easy setup/cleanup and friendly service.

Brent made it so easy. I made one call got the mattress and adjustable base. He was so easy to work with and very professional and personable

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the products available. He advised us to try out different mattresses and didn’t rush us through the process. While he did show us some high end accessories he did not pressure us with an attempt to up sell. Great experience overall!

The staff is amazing and super friendly. By the time we were setting up the paperwork I felt like I was talking to an old friend. William was incredibly knowledgeable about everything and answered all of our questions like it was as easy as breathing. This is my second bed from this store and I couldn’t be happier. 100/100 Would one million percent recommend this place to everyone.The delivery was outstanding. They went above and beyond for me. Not only did they haul away my old bed but they took down my old frame as well. I have a foot injury and my boyfriend was at work so unfortunately we were not 100% prepared for the delivery. But this was no problem at all for the two guys that came out. I am super impressed and beyond grateful for all they did. Took their time explaining what they were doing and showed me how to use the adjustable frame. They were both super nice and personable.

The lady had the bedst customer service voice ever. It seems like we got a big discount, but just as everything and predatory capitalism, they were still making at least four or five times greater than what they paid to make it. It was a pleasant experience though.

Facility was nice and tidy. We were instantly greeted and was taken into care from that point on. JT is a really knowledgeable!! He help showed us the difference between the different beds and pillows. He works with you he doesn’t try to up sale you and works with what your criteria are for a bed. We had already ordered a king size mattress from another establishment. They said it would take 2 weeks for delivery. I never received a call I had to keep calling them every week to find out when I was going to receive my mattress. 5 weeks later I was still getting the run around! We decided to give Mattress Firm a try, JT the salesman was very professional and they were very safe about social distancing and was very sanitized. We bought our mattress on Saturday they delivered it promptly on Thursday! We are very happy with our service and product!

Extremely clean environment and we appreciated the extra measures to keep the area sanitized between customers during Covid. Most importantly, I felt like the customer service was incredible. Upon purchase of that from mattress firm staff was very pleasant. After sleeping on the bed for five days realized It was very uncomfortable and cause back pain. So I return to the store to return the mattress and get my money back and was told that there would be a restock and pick up fee Of $220. So afterPaying $650 Mattress farm was supposed to return me $420 and they kept 220 something dollars. like I said I’ve only had the mattress five days.It’s going on two weeks since I was supposed to receive my refund of $420 out of $650.I’m trying to get this whole mess cleared up I find that the staff of been very nasty and short in it like I was bothering them and I will never shop there again. Furthermore after speaking With Mattress farm they assured me that I would have my money in 7 to 10 business days so it took me less than 10 minutes to buy the mattress and it’s taking me 3 1/2 weeks for them to pick up The mattress I was returning enter return my money 2/3 of the money I paid for the mattress

Through the years, I bought my mattresses and furniture stores. This time around I thought I would give Mattress Firm at least a look. JT was outstanding. He listen to what my needs were, stayed within my budget and was intimately knowledgeable of every aspect of the mattress buying experience. I can honestly say I’ve made many bigger ticket item purchases I don’t think I’ve run into a salesman as considerate, friendly and an actually listener as JT. I highly recommend this place and by the way the mattress is fantastic and I got a great deal.

Not happy at all with the customer service. I ordered a mattress March 15, still waiting on the mattress because the day before delivery I get a call that it has to be rescheduled. Hopefully 3rd delivery attempt 4/23 will actually happen.
