I waited a month after getting my bed because I wanted to leave an honest review after testing.Sales - On the sales side Chris was very helpful. He asked us questions about how we sleep, what we like and dont like, etc. and steered us to the mattress that he though would meet those needs. I do think the mattress and adjustable base was a little overpriced though. The service was outstanding. Every promise he made was kept!The Mattress - My wife and I got the Loft Sapphire Ice memory foam mattress. I can honestly say it is a bit cooler than our old mattress. The best thing is that I have 2 torn rotator cuffs and my shoulders have not hurt since sleeping in this bed. Also I have not had back pain like I used to. The bed seems to absorb your pressure points well. I am a side sleeper and needed a longer pillow for support.The Base - The base is the Ergo adjustable with voice control. It is a great base and we use the voice control often. It works well as does the remote.Overall Chris and the Mattress Market are great! We are pleased and recommend them. Been wanting to upgrade from a queen to a king size bed so after hearing a commercial on the radio decided to check them out. Steve was very helpful and showed us lots of options. We ended up with a split king adjustable base and a new bed frame for a great price. It was delivered yesterday and they were very professional and did a great job. I decided to buy myself a new bed for my birthday after going to two other stores I went to mattress market and spoke with Chris. As they say third times a charm, he was super nice and knowledgeable. When I walked in and I was not planning on buying a $2000 bed but he sold me on the urban loft ice mattress with the adjustable bed frame. The other two stores I went to first wanted to charge me a delivery fee and offered nothing extra but Chris made it hard to say no with free delivery and pillows sheets and a mattress cover I would definitely recommend this store!! Even though I have a mattress market right next to my house in Vero I was shopping with my mom and they delivered it all the way to Vero for free set it up the guys that came and set it up were super nice and knowledgeable and even took my old boxspring and mattress. And the bed is amazing I no longer walk to the bathroom in the morning hunched over I spring out of bed with no back problems! I am a server at two restaurants and I have a plate and five screws in my leg I love that at the end of the day I can adjust the bed to elevate my ankle.

We really like their sleep warranty because buying a mattress requires a trial period because you dont know how your body will adjust to laying on for 8-10 hours.We purchased the Urban Loft the returned to purchase the Posh and Lavish topper for the bed. We also purchased the adjustable platform. Yesterday my wife and I went shopping for two mattresses with the plan to visit at least 3 different stores on our list. Our first stop Mattress Market wasnt even on our list but we are ecstatic that we decided to stop in. Upon entering the store we were met by Steve (the owner) who was very attentive about our needs. My wife explained to him our specific needs and Steve not only showed us what we requested but also thoroughly explained the benefits of each mattress. I was still undecided and was considering visiting other stores . We explained to him thru-out the process that we were also going to need a box spring and mattress for our guest room. He showed us one and we considered it but I was still wanting to look further. It wasnt that we didnt like the mattress we were considering it was just me wanting to compare. Steve was very patient and understood us wanting to compare. However he definitely knows his business, gave me a package deal then shared with me that I wouldnt get a better deal anywhere else on what I was looking for. Evidently my wife had already done her research online and to my surprise she slapped her hand on the counter and said lets do this!!. Well needless to say we didnt need to shop at any other store.We definitely recommend this be your one stop shop for a mattress you wont regret it!!! And when you leave you will be satisfied with not only the cost but more importantly the customer care and service. I went into Mattress Market as my first stop when I was in the market for a new mattress. I explained to them my needs and they immediately brought me to a mattress that was well suited. They offered me a great price but I wasnt ready to pull the trigger because it was my first stop and I wanted to keep looking. They allowed me to put down a $50 refundable deposit on the mattress to keep the deal they offered me. Very impressed by the way they do business and their expertise. Would definitely recommend you stop in and check them out.

Steve (the owner) was very polite and showed us around the entire store. He was prepared with a tape measure and was extremely helpful.Steve was not pushy and gave my wife and I space and time to go over what mattress works best for our family. He also was very knowledgeable on his products. My wife and I ended up purchasing four mattresses, an adjustable base and four awesome pillows.Overall buying experience is 5 stars.Delivery is set for Friday May 24, 2019. I had a great experience at Mattress Market. All of the model mattresses looked clean and new and not scary to lay on (If you know what I mean, you know what I mean!)The owner (I think?) was right there at the door when we walked in and knew immediately which beds to show me based on what I was looking for. My wife and I purchased a mattress here a week ago. We upgraded from a queen mattress to a king Serta iComfort Hybrid 13.5 mattress and not only got an awesome deal, but we also got a free adjustable bed, sheets, pillow cases, and a mattress protector, too! They delivered free, as well. When they delivered our new bed, they rolled it on a dolly from the truck to the door, then gently walked it, end over end to protect our tile and carpet, all the way to our room. That bed was heavy, too! After setup, they walked us through the controls and we climbed right in. This bed is amazing! My wife has hip dysplasia and I have sleep apnea. We put the bed in anti-snore setting and its the best sleep weve ever had! This was a great experience. I highly recommend Mattress Market!

Gave me a really good deal. But I like to look around and think about things. Older guy in there with a dog was very rude and didn’t allow me to look around and think it over. Told me I needed to come in to buy or leave. Not sure that’s the best way to sell mattresses. I would have probably bought it but decided to leave since he was so rude about letting me think it over.

I read a lot of reviews, but I dont write a lot. This place deserves a spectacular review! I visited today as the 6th store on my search for a new bed after moving to the area. It turned out to be my final stop because I got an amazing bed for a great price! Bill was incredibly informative and I could tell he lived and breathed mattresses. Not your typical salesman, Bill let me try many different beds many different times with a good mix of being helpful and giving space. I avoid mattress stores like the plague most days (I find the furniture to be over priced and I cant stand being harassed/pressured by sale folks). Stopped in after going to Pump It Up and was pleasantly surprised. Our sales guy, Bill, was wonderful to work with. We explained our needs, he offered us a deal we couldnt refuse, and were walking away extremely happy. Should I need another mattress in the future, I will absolutely be returning here and will specifically request Bill. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been putting off mattress shopping, after we kept on trying to make our puffy mattress work. Knowlingly sold me two mattresses that they could not deliver. Kept giving me excuses/untruths as to why. After 9 weeks I finally had to settle for a different manufacturer. Wish I would have requested a refund instead. I Attempted contact with owner three times...he would not return call. I do not recommend this company.
