We had an easy going and excellent experience here choosing our cabinets and counters for our new house. Now that they are installed they are beautiful! Great job!

The first few month I was very happy with my kitchen, but after using it two years Im now ready for new cabinets. The drawer are so shallow you have to make sure you keep the spoons and forks down so they dont get caught. The wood in the drawers are so thin so they are now like hammocks, everything rolls into the middle. In several spots theres marks that was covered up with a white stick. They started to cut for an electrical outlet and measured it wrong but still covered up with white stick. After several washes its now very visible. The dishwasher was never attached. Some of the molding are not very professional looking. NO I do not recommend buying a kitchen here. The crew got everything done in time but I dont think they were REAL carpenters.

Great place to shop cabinets & granite

This was a nightmare from the beginning (A YEAR AGO) . The installer showed up unprepared. His work was sloppy, He dropped a large panel on our refrigerator, severely denting the top edge of the refrigerator and damaged the cabinet panel. He tried to install trim that did not match the cabinets. When I pointed out the colors were wrong his response was, You noticed that did you. He damaged other cabinets as well by not reading instructions or listening to anyone. AFTER ONE YEAR OF LIGHT USE, by two adults, no children, our self close drawers do not close right, some drawers flex and wobble when opened so bad it feels like the fronts will fall off in your hand. Doors are warping. Drawer and door handles are plastic, so beware of the package pricing. Overall quality is poor, communication was poor between departments. A lot of time was wasted on reordering damaged doors, panels etc. My dream kitchen turned into a nightmare. I would not recommend this company.

Out of four businesses I reached out to for a kitchen remodel, classic kitchens was by far the best on many levels Tom Patterson went with me to the stoneyard multiple times and I never felt as if I was a bother. They even had to come out a second time to do a template for the countertop because I had to change the layout. Never complained or charge me extra. I absolutely love the end result! Thank you!

Classic kitchens totally screwed up on the installation of my cabinets. Initially, they took forever to measure and order the cabinets. Then the layout drawing was wrong and when the cabinets came in, they were installed in the wrong place on the wall and had to be removed and reinstalled. Then to repair the initial screw holes, they inserted caps in the holes. Other installation holes had to be repaired with caulk. There was no supervision of the sub contractor during any of the work. Then we discovered that they ordered the wrong size cabinets for the island. They never replaced the wrong cabinets with correct size cabinets but used pieces to extend them to the correct depth. Then they used a brown pen to darken out the installation mistakes. In my opinion, this whole job was poorly managed, communicated, supervised and completed from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a really good experience with Chris and Classic Kitchens of Brevard. We had our laundry room totally remodeled with new cabinets and counter tops.

Originally I called classic kitchens because they came highly recommended from my coworkers but I have come to regret it. When Tom came out to do the measurements of my kitchen, I was in my garage, and asked he me my name twice to make sure he was at the right home. After the measurements were done I waited two weeks and had to call the store before he sent an email with the design plan. I went to the store on Wednesday 08/30/17, to pick out the cabinets that I want. While at the store Tom routinely ignored me in favor of another client or directed me towards more affordable options when I showed him the cabinets and counter I desired. In fact Im still waiting on the estimate from the items that were chosen, but at this point I wouldnt want him back in home. I will tell everyone I know of the treatment I received and encourage them to use anyone else but classic kitchens. I now understand that my business/money is not wanted by them.

I used Classic Kitchens for my kitchen and bath. They were very price competitve (cheaper than Lowes)! Installation was excellent and follow up was very good. A major plus is they are a granite fabricator so it was a total solution. I would highly recommend them!

Once sale completed poor followup, poor installation, poor materials, lackadaisical attitude.
