The staff at this store are always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked always. I have purchased all of my home improvement needs and a new washer and refrigerator here in the past several months. And used the rental services.

Visited primarily to get flowers for pots outside good selection and end of season prices are lower. A very nice young lady helped me find replacement legs for a blanket chest. Very pleased with my Visit.

My neighborhood Home Depot has a team that is always helpful. 16 years later I just recently purchased my 2nd top of the line Cub Cadet mower here. Working for a non-profit, I also received great support to help an event supporting grieving children in our community. Franks team is great to work with!

The manager, John, went over and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had an amazing Christmas.- -I had finally broken down and ordered a replacement Christmas tree, for the one we had as a family for seven years..This was to be our first new tree since my husband/her dad passed away (in 2016). She took her time picking it out and we ordered it from Home Depot, for $100..What arrived was a hot mess, it looked like it was made from birthday party streamers, and the star was broken.I contacted the Home Depot on New Haven Ave, in West Melbourne. They told me to bring it in for a refund, they couldnt guaranteed exchange because they did not have many left.While the refund was processing, I asked to speak to the store manager. After explaining to him, that I knew that this wasnt a problem stemming from his store, but that I was surprised in getting something of this quality from Home Depot. He agreed that the tree was subpar.I asked him if there was a possibility of getting a floor model and hopes of getting a decent tree at a good price..He walked around the entire tree section ✨ patiently✨ with my (eight year old) daughter as she went tree to tree changing her mind.. She finally decided on one..He picked up a new, boxed tree and put it in a shopping cart, and told us, its yours, Merry Christmas..I honestly cried, and tried to get him to at least let me pay what they had just refunded. He refused, and asked my daughter for a favor. He simply wanted her to return with a picture of the decorated tree 😳 😭I am still in shock, and was trying to figure out where to share this amazing manager.. if you get the chance, definitely go to this Home Depot.The pictures are of the new tree, the old tree, and John, the amazing compassionate human being from my local Home Depot.

Good variety of merchandise and clean store. Some staff go above and beyond helpful and tips however some seem to not notice those in need of help and scoff at you.

I love the garden center at Home Depot! The fork truck driver let me know they could get the large bags of much for me ; just tell me he cashier. He gave me an extra extra discount, plus paper to put in the back of my hatchback. And a female worker loaded them in my car with a smile. Awesome.

Dont expect to get any help. And, if you do get help you get an attitude. Went here for lumber the kid cutting was complaining. Then, went again and tried to purchase blinds - waited 30 minutes with no hope for help. Other customers have left already as they saw me waiting. Hot store as well.

Natasha is rude! She does not need to be working there at all. I stood in front of her waiting for her to acknowledge me. It took her forever…and she still didnt help me. She actually ended up lying saying you all didnt have a product and then someone else said you did. I just decided to leave after that.

My friend bought a ge washer at a very fair price with free delivery. Lots of new lighting in stock,some never seen before.

I was originally upset because I had ordered shelves a while back that should have been ready to pick up over a week ago. When I arrived to asked about them Christina in customer service was extremely helpful. Turns out the shipping people messed up and Christina made sure to not only make it right but get them to ship it directly to my house without an extra fee. Im very appreciative of her going above and beyond.

Went here and saw workers doing roofing work on a slanted surface greater than 6 feet high without proper fall protection (as required by OSHA). Reported it to two different employees and was told theyre contractors but well pass it up the chain. The next day I foolishly returned and saw the same unsafe practices. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was going to purchase a washer machine, but after when went to Custer service was told could only give me $16.00 discount. I told girl to keep her washer, took papers exited store. Im a 100% disableded veteran. Also prior service officer with DAV as we were to get a 10% on purchase. I will never buy from Home Depot or advise others. I did buy a washer from Lowes with a discount and no hassle, as will advise veterans to do there purchases there.

Had a very difficult time locating floor reps to assist with questions and location of materials. Those located werent very pleasant to interact with.

They tried helping me find a yard sprinkler fitting that their website said they have... They were polite and suggested another local hardware store... Home depot has much better customer service on the floor than lowes but Im not as good as ACE...

Im guessing night staff doesnt care about their jobs because I had the worst last 3 visits. These employees were unhelpful and even rude. Self check out lady was SO bothered by doing her job she was literally rushing the customers and waving her hands around but in such a non pleasant manner. Approaching the area she was bullying this poor old guy that was just trying to purchase a small item. I see her turn off her light and refused him at her check out then send him to self check out. when he needed help there she got so annoyed and started being way to hostile with him. I could feel his discomfort and embarrassment. I hope this lady gets her nasty attitude together or fired bc we dont go to home Depot to spend our money and get abused by your employees!

Two home depot employees stand 5 feet away. I asked for assistance with keys. One said With What? The other said she was busy doing something else and made the keys while letting me know it wasnt her department and she was already busy.

Furniture is spread all over the place. Youll be there at least two hours. Dislike very much how sales people hover while you look around.

They put a hard inquiry on my credit for thier credit card, and wasted my time playing 20 questions about a washer they did not even have in stock but didnt tell me. When it came time to buy, she says oh no, thats not going to be restocked for 2 weeks.Sales staff stopped talking to me mid transaction to try and sell to someone else. I will never buy an appliance here.

Just as i expected, i generally have a good time and things are usually in tge same place. I use the app and ir tells me where things in the store is.

Although the clerks are very busy they never fail to stop and help you this location is in the busiest part of West Melbourne if you are coming from Palm Bay or Malabar up Wickham road or if you are coming from North Melbourne down Wickham road the congestion can delay you for 10 minutes just getting through the Wickham road and New Haven intersection

When i bought steel shelves as heavy box so a employee helped to road it onto my truck from cart, the box was heavy more than he thought so he pushes the box at the time the cart moved to under the truch tail gate, i said i think the cart scratched truck, but he ignored so when i get home i looked at my truck there were scratck the guy made it that so disappointed. They need educade the employees often due to i have seen the customer service was rude to castomers.

Small store, but I would say they hold them selves pretty decently trying to keep up with the amount of people. This stores Rental section is awesome ....main reason they got 4 and not 2 or 3 ..Staffs friendly and i saw good distance between folks

So very frustrating that my disabled husband had to come with me in order to get the little discount. That’s why I go to Lowe’s now. I just show my drivers license and I’m good to go. Hone Depot use to be my favorite place to shop. I guess for better customer service I’ll get use to Lowe’s.

Zero stars would be my actual rating This place is terrible I will never go back here again. Wait ten minutes for someone to come back for him to never come back. Then when you get someone from the correct department his answer was just “there a sheet on the wall explaining that”. I will never come here again.

I looked everywhere for a Dewalt electric pressure cleaner. This is the only store I found with one and it was $50 cheaper than the online price.

Terrible! Order curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes before walking into the customer service area. Waited 10 more minutes in line only to be sent to the end of the counter to talk to the non-existy curbside employee. Then another person said we need to go to the far end of the store to pick up our order. The order was damaged, crushed, unusable.😲 They had to pull it all over again and did not even help put them in my truck bed right outside the door. What did I order? 4 sheet of foam insulation and a roll of painters tape. Better off at Lowes a block away. 👍

Service was slow, drove all the way for a part listed as available in store and was told nope not there sorry. Would like for home Depot to update their instock info more often to prevent waits of fuel for other customers

The worst experience ever. Third party delivery would not deliver because their dolly could not go in grass. Customer service could not process refund purchase made in store.i go to store and the staff do not know how to process refund I have called call center and cos person in store 2038 spent and 309 returned how can home depot steal money and not care about returning it. I have been to store 4 times and no one is properly trained to process refund. Of course my next course of action is to dispute through bank. That is just another inconvenience to me. Shame on me for paying in full. Home Depot does not care about the customer nor the employee that is not trained.

As a handyman the familys company does a lot of business here, and they know my boss on a first name basis and are always overtly friendly and helpful. Theres been times where theyve gone above and beyond for us. I think this is why its so important to build a report with whomever you do business with.

I have difficulty with Home Depot. I use the curbside pick up, but find I must frequently go into the store for some reason (to get my order). Then, it takes patience from there to get it. There has never been any difficulty of any kind with getting curbside service with Lowes. Sometimes, Lowes just doesnt have what we need...but HD does. Cant understand why HD cannot get the curbside moving smoothly.

My only complaint is hard to find help but once u get someone they stay with you till all problems are solved which is why 5 stars

This was the first HD in this area 30 years ago. Its a drive to get to but I still go here because its the best store. Smart people who care work here, usually well stocked, clean, never had a bad experience here.
