The gas I purchased here dissipated FAR TOO QUICKLY! I paid for a premium grade. Concerning. 6.19.21. Besides that, the women with the white hair at the register was really nice.

My favorite wawa to visit to get gas and quick food from. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Good food if you eat from their lil restaurant section the sandwiches are delicious. Good coffee. Store is always clean. Bathrooms are clean. The best wawa in Brevard County definitely better than one on 520. If ya know what I mean

Wawa gas stations have great food. Especially breakfast foods - we love their breakfast sausage, bacon, chorizo, and ham type biscuits or croissants.Theyre clean and most importantly for us they have 89 octane ethanol free gasoline.Another very important feature is their free air pump. The pumps are highly accurate and you set your desired PSI and the pumps will add or release Air to reach the appropriate PSI you choose. This is fast, efficient, and gives us a sense of safety, especially when hauling trailers and heavy loads. We double-check the PSI and for us the pumps at Wawa have always been accurate.Wawa does gas stations right!!

Food is always great wish they could get some milos tea but other thank that great experience.

Is it typical to cook the wrapper or whatever this paper.is into the food? It was not busy and there were multiple people at the deli area so theres really no excuse to find inedible material in your quesdailla.

Been to Wawas all over the country, but this ones the best. Never had a bad experience in one yet, but this one stands out. Especially the management. And how can you complain about a franchise that doesnt charge for air.

Their bagels must have been made in wood shop class.I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was so hard and so dry that you could break a brick in half with it.I love their sandwiches, subs and especially the club sandwiches they are the best value and best taste you can get but somebody dropped the ball when it came to a bagel.

Ordered three milkshakes and paid for them. Walked over to the coffee bar and had a lean while I waited for one of three young ladies in uniform to break away from their conversation in the deli to begin making my drinks. Apparently they were enthralled as the largest of them regaled the others with stories of he mother’s torrid infidelity because after four minutes (according to their clock) I had to interrupt them. Shrek stopped her tale and Lindsey admitted she was supposed to be making drinks. A short while later she produced two of my three drinks and bid me farewell. When I mentioned to Lindsey that there were in fact three drinks on my order she laughed exclaiming she was unsure if I wanted to order three or if it was a mistake since two were Strawberry.The most frustrating part is that during their story-time, the one sharing her story locked eyes with me no less than three times as her coworkers ignored their jobs.I understand this location is always short staffed but I would rather you just not have a deli and have to drive to Palm Bay Rd than be staffed by people this rude. As though I was disturbing them.

This is the worst WaWa I have ever been to. Normally my friend and I go to WaWa to get a drink and 2 cups of ice each, we looooove the crushed ice. At this location they wanted to charge us $1.06 per cup of ice!!! Who would EVER pay that for a cup of ice!?!? The food manager was extremely rude to us, and I dont plan to ever be returning to this location.

Stopped for fuel, went in to prepay then out to the pump. When I picked up the handle and turned on the pump it didnt clear. So I pressed the call button and asked the attendant to clear the pump so I could get my gas. She said I had to go inside to get my receipt. What?So I go inside and said the pump didnt clear from the previous transaction. The clerk was more interested in stocking cigarettes than taking care of customers. Then another clerk came up to help the first and asked what else I had gotten with my purchase, I said nothing, I prepaid 50.00 for gas. Then she asked if I paid inside or at the pump.I always pay inside because Ive had my card number stolen to many times from the card readers on pumps. Then she tells me the problem was that I waited to long to pump the gas and it cancelled the transaction.The first clerk never cleared the pump, as long as its cancelled Ill go elsewhere to get fuel.Ill never stop at a Wawa again.

Very freaking rude

Horrible service in the coffee section. They shut down all self service and so no hot water or tea. I dont mind that but the girl made me a really bad caramel macchiato and with an aditude. There was barely any caramel in it and she was too stingy to add a little bit more. U u know make the customer happy. I also had to ask her two times before she remembered to put sugar in. The strange thing is that she added in the sugar for another customer. Its one thing to forget and then another to treat some people better than others. I wont be back and just wanted to warn other people

Wawa finally in Florida so happy. Best food and top of the top in service. Cant wait until you are in Saint Augustine fl. I drove over an hour to get go this one.

As of lately your soda machines are constantly broken. the one that spits out crushed ice taste like bleach and your regular squared ice machine is constantly broken or out of ice AND broken. and I would also think that if I told someone working there hey I taste bleach or some weird chemical in your eyes someone would look into it or do something about it but nothing was done. I used to enjoy coming to this place but as of lately your customer service has turned to Total trash - a select few employees who are still trying their best which I do appreciate

Dont get me wrong, I typically adore wawas, however Ive been in this particular store 3 times in the past 10 days and; 1st stop for coffee n donut during evening, donut was stale and only 2 types of old coffee available. 2nd stop was for soup n sandwich, I requested Chipotle sauce on my sub and got home to a lap full of oil n vinegar. Today I stopped in and stood at register waiting for an employee for over 5 min. And ended up leaving my purchase at register and walking out, and the gentleman standing in line almost as long as myself left as well. Im not sure why 2 registers are needed in front of this store due to getting an employee to run one of them is difficult enough. Losing the good feeling other wawas have given me.

This isnt just a gas station, its a way of life. Wawa serves delicious, fresh, and healthy food. Theyre coffee is very good, and an absolute must on long car rides.

The Wawa itself is okay. But, honestly it’s disgusting going there. Whether it’s day or not, the parking lot / store is filled with junkies and suspicious people. I was there recently and I felt so incredibly unsafe which is ashame because usually Wawa doesn’t have the rift raft. More police presence is needed in this location.

I spent several years of my childhood in New Jersey. Wawa has the best coffee, subs, drink selections. I love that you can place an order without having to talk to anyone off youre feeling antisocial.

Had an incident there a few days ago. I had to contact corporate to file a complaint regarding to the issue and I’m very pleased with their swift response and quick action. They took customer service very seriously and seems to be very genuine and sincere to me. I’m not one to cause a scene but when I was treated poorly and discriminated against I won’t put up with it. Kudos to the district manager for reaching out to me personally and being an excellent communicator. A fine example of business that truly cares about their customers and put customer satisfaction first.

I just want to say i always try and leave good reviews. I love wawa and the company and many of their stores. This one however needs some work. The employees are very rude and worst of all the food that people love from wawa is always messed up from there. I always order the chicken parm sourdough. This girl forgot the sause, and worst of all put the toasted bread with cheese on it upside down on the outside. I mean how stupid do you have to be to put toasted bread with cheese facing out of the sandwhich. In my opinion drive 3 more miles down to the other wawa. This one is horrible.

This place takes the gas station convince store to the next level. I heard that the made to order sandwiches are out standing. You use a touch screen to build it the way you want. Definitely worth stopping here.

Used the mobile app to preorder lunch. As soon as we were close the order started being prepared and was ready and waiting for me to grab after I paid. The tomato and potato soups were incredibly delicious. Will be back whenever I am craving a great grilled cheese and soup combo! Creamy chipotle sauce is the bomb too!

The fun part of WaWa is their unusually good sandwiches, freshly made to order, from a gas station. Yes, a gas station. Walk up to one of many touch screens around the sandwich station and touch in what you want, for example I get: a regular (whole sub) tuna, provolone double, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, not toasted. You can pick a load of other stuff to add. Then a receipt/order ticket pops out and you pay at the register, then go back to the sandwich area and wait, not long, for your sub. The tuna is good, no onions, bread is really good, not crummy like subway. I went on opening day, there was no sub wait at all. Fast. But the girl did NOT know how to assemble and, importantly, wrap a sub up. It has to be snug, not loosely covered like an envelope. So it fell apart. Still the ingredients were good. $6.75 was too much and the sub was too light. Not enough tuna. Keep trying WaWa. Hire people with a knack for food.

Have a little of everything. Prices are decent the entire layout is nice and the way you order on computers is cool. They used to have these huge pretzels for a buck but not anymore.

Worst service ever! Forgot half my food i ordered. When i asked about it they gave me a attitude, acting like i didnt order the items i ordered. On top of it all, the 2 fluricanes i ordered, which are suppose to be damn near frozen, were like warm milkshakes by the time i got the rest of my order. Wont go back here for anything again.

Manger at this store by the name of Bill is rude and unprofessional. His staff along with people that transferred to other wawas all hate him. Hes delusional and thinks hes better then everyone else. I go to the store twice a month as there company contracts certain jobs out. He followed me around the store and made me feel unsafe. Wawa #5192 is a great store with good people except for this one manager. He told me that his time is worth more then talking to me when i was hired to do a job at the store through the company not him. Im considered a vendor and he straight up told me im worthless and worth nothing.

This is my local Wawa. Still a few miles away but I make sure to go out of my way if I am going on a trip to get gas, food, and body armor sports drinks. The pre made food is great too and some great vegetarian options.

Wawa located at US192 and Minton Road in West Melbourne, FL.Will be taking my business elsewhere! You can thank JT for that!Was sitting in Wawa parking area and it is 3:27 am. Had been sitting here for about 45 mi s doing some work on my laptop because spectrum has free outdoor WiFi at this intersection (not Wawa’s Internet) and I didn’t want to jam up a parking space so I parked in the far corner of the lot against a non-painted curb and did my work. Mind you this is always where I go to get gas and had filled up there earlier about 2 hours ago. So it’s not like I don’t do business here. I was getting ready to leave and decided I would walk in to buy a drink, snack and use the restroom. I kept my car parked where it was and walked the distance up to the store. As I was walking in, all the employees are standing in front of the store smoking and as I walk up a guy name “LT” says, hey that’s not a parking space. I brushed it off and thought he was kidding and then he said it again, and I was like you are joking right? And he said No, you’ve been sitting there for nearly an hour and that’s not a parking space. It is 330am and literally the store is dead with no one else around. This was obvious because every employee was standing outside smoking.I went off and was like dude I was coming in to make a purchase as I am not a loiterer and do quite a bit of business here all the time, I just don’t like using up your parking spaces for people that are just running in and out. Most places like having clean law biding citizens sitting at there business these hours of the night because it deters theft and crime the more normal people there are around.I plan to contact Wawa corporate about the incident and even took pictures of where I was parked to put the whole thing into perspective.It’s like the ONE customer they had at 330am and LT runs them off. Sorry Wawa but LT is costing you money!

Terrible service! incompetent employees all around..... i waited over 20 min for a sandwich that cost 7.00 and they didnt make it right. because the manager was too busy chittchatting with her friends and made their food first (They ordered AFTER i paid) then gave me an attitude when i requested a refund.

When I first found out they were building a wawa in Melbourne I was skeptical whether or not they could maintain their quality and its safe to say they absolutely did. This wawa is excellent they provide great service and their hoagies are just how I remember them!

Free air for your tires unlike any other gas station in America, fresh hoagies (not subs), better coffee than dunkin donuts, always friendly staff.
