Well stocked on most items. They were very busy today. Everything was clean, even the bathrooms.

I was in the scan and go checkout. Waited behind customer for almost 15 mins, only to have to reload my buggy with all of my items and be rerouted to another check out lane. Sorry bout that was all I got from one of the keepers of the keys. Thankfully there was a nice young man who jumped right in to help me. He should have the keys. Otherwise, I would have given 1star.

After constantly hearing of a supply shortage, I was amazed at how full all the shelves were. Lots of everything except what I was looking for. Clear American sparkling water.

Placed a pickup order on Friday at 2 for pick up Saturday at 4 well 4 came and no text saying it was ready then at 420 got a text saying delayed then 5 still not ready got on chat with help desk and they said it should be soon 530 no text then 545 got a text as I was going to get fast food for kids cause I didnt have the dinner I needed. Only half the order was available site said got to the Walmart all pickup spots full line of 15 cars waiting I called told them my order was already 2 hours 15 minutes late how much longer would I have to wait she said get in line and maybe an hour . So nope I canceled the order.and from now will go to publix or target. I do a grocery pickup every Saturday since 2019 and sometimes an extra one mid week this was very unacceptable .

Some of the employees who online shop are so rude. Dont want to be bothered to help find anything or even just point you in the right direction. The manager was very nice and hopefully corrects the problem.

Is everyone happy to be making $15.00 hr??? Your not making $15.00 hr, and everything has skyrocketed. With the price jump on everything you still gonna have to work 2 jobs, are both parents has to be working.. We all need to stop and get on our knees and pray to the most high God. Cause he is the only one who will get us out of this mess.

Busy busy busy, most of the shelves were pretty well raided, that said I was able to find most of the items I needed.

Labor day weekend.... 2 cashiers at 1:00 . Totally busy. No baggers with cashiers. Poor gal could only go so fast. Jumped ahead and bagged for the next 3 carts. Went 3 times faster! People in the next lane were still in the same place. The deli was HORRIBLE. this guy slicing meat had the speed of a dead slug. I shopped 7 other items in produce and deli ..and still didnt have my pound of pastrami ready..no one in front of me.. never again.

This Walmart seems to have more than the mother by Walmart on their shells even though Walmart needs many room of improvement for having adequate stop this one by far every time I go in there has what I need

Always busy, faster check out, just wish they had lines especially for WIC recipients. If not you have to wait for someone to come to your register suspended your transaction, just to take you to another register to check out at.

The shelves are practically empty, people are rude and too many scan your own grocery isles. The store shoppers get in your way and not helpful. Hate shopping in this store, it has gone down hill from what it used to be

Curbside Pick-up is a Great Service💯

Very nice store. A bit crowded, but didnt affect my shopping experience too much. I was able to run in and grab a few meals for the upcoming week and get out pretty quickly.

I want to get something from the jewelry counter. Ive asked twice, have paged someone to come twice, its been about half an hour. No ones here but two stock managers did walk by me with candy apples which I thought was great. No help though.

This was a good experience with exiting the store. We were able to find what we needed and got on line and it was quick.I have waited in-line for 20 minutes at least. The self check out was packed at both ends and only had 2 checkouts open with cashiers.

This is the most well stocked store I have ever seen

The guys at this shop were very helpful, professional, and prompt. I had an air leak in my tire, they checked it thoroughly and showed me why it could not be repaired and then they installed a new tire that fit all my needs and didnt break the bank. Go here for reliable, quick, and friendly service!

This is a typical Walmart but its set up a little differently than the ones Im used to. It is always very crowded and sometimes a little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot on Palm Bay road. This definitely is not my favorite Walmart but except for the crowds and the parking situation its always clean and well stocked.

Today while shopping I watched this old woman struggle to drag a mattress out of the store that she had just bought. She must have passed by at least 4 or 5 employees who watched her struggling and no one offered to help her. I was checking out with my kids and offered to help her out to her car. She was so grateful and started crying. While I don’t mind helping someone at all, I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the employees at this store who just walked right by this poor old woman. It doesn’t matter if that’s in your job description or not, it’s about human decency and helping others. Customer service here is lacking and managers really need to teach employees how to treat people.Very sad and disappointed.

This is probably one of the most filthiest Walmarts I have ever been in. I used to go there for popcorn chicken for my grandchildren, and in the last year I stopped doing that because it tasted like it had been fried in burnt Grease. Employees are exceptionally rude, I had a question in the electronic department, the employee simply had no time for me and advised me if I was looking for something specific just to Google it. I reported that to a manager, and the only thing I got back was a thousand yard stare. Disorganized, bugs all around the fresh fruit area, at least the last time I was there. I drive the extra 2 miles to go to Target.

The aisles are always filled with products and theyre very narrow at that. Out of various things, but its hard to fault them for that. Nothing particularly wrong with the store, just very crowded.

Its an ok store. If there were more than 2 registers open with people I might give a higher review but they have just gotten worse and worse, taking away more and more person registers over the years, even when they had plenty of registers they never had many people on them and that virus just gave them an excuse to have even less people run registers and add more self checkout registers. Wal-Mart just keeps getting more and more expensive and they expect me to check myself out, that just doesnt make sense to me. I dont care that I am faster at checking out than any of their employees, part of the supermarket experience is having someone ring your stuff up for you and possibly give you pleasant idle chat while they do so.

Associates helpful and store was not crowded because of Covid19 I think, which was a good thing.

Today, there were multiple cashiers waiting on customers! And...SCCU was open! Honestly, I believe that it is all about timing. I have judged the best timeframe to shop...(finally); and it does make a shopping trip a positive experience. The parking lot was quickly filling up as I was leaving and heading home.

This is a hit or miss Wal-Mart. Generally, they are fully stocked, but occasionally theyll be out of the one thing you go in for. Decent parking and plenty of carts.

Firstly the store is filthy. Secondly if you use walmart pay you will be waiting for a long while just to get connected in this store. Toss a hint of unhelpfull and negative employees and set it to bake at 100° and you have a Is fecal pie. enjoy

This place cant & wont stock shelved during the day!!! So anoying, go in the evening and you cant navigate the isles due to multiple pallets stacked all over the place!! Terrible stock management

Employees are nice they have a bike section Power Wheels section workout section and a lot more I would recommend the electronic section if you want a used Game the lowest one they have is probably $10 but I would totally recommend it

Store is a mess, nothing is where it says it is, employees are rude, self check out line wrapped around the store while 10 employees are doing nothing, and god forbid u interrupt their conversation and ask them to open a line, the give u a dirty look and roll their eyes. Horrible place! Go to publix might be a little more expensive but at least you get great service.

People in the garden department always nice and helpful... However it is difficult to get personal to come to furniture department. The nice lady working in electronics was nice enough to page some one who did not show up. I called the main store number to get assistance... Terrible customer service rude and disrespectful.. As the first contact with a customer the phone operator should be one of the most pleasant. I eventually found a manager who was super nice and helped me find the answers I needed. P. S. always love the folks in the garden department.

Worst management ever, the managers dont care if employees disrespect elderly or anyone for that matter. Even the store manager over everyone doesnt care and doesnt even try to fix them actually just being polite, as in basics: excuse me, thank u, and ur welcome, but of coarse if the store manager doesnt see a problem with his employees not having basic respect for others why would they care if he doesnt either so at least after speaking with them and now know why they think it is ok bc he does it as well and thinks he is above everyone else. Sad and pathetic this is what we have to deal with to grocery shop

Just moved to the area and Ive been coming here for groceries and some new home supplies but after my last few visits, its pretty scary to be here because of the nasty looks or whispered comments we get from noncolored people here. Most of the staff is kind to everyone regardless of color, but some staff and MANY customers are terrifying to be around. Definitely scared to be in this place with my small daughter.Theres this one older woman who works here and she is usually at the one of entry doors. Anytime we see her there, she only stops me and checks my receipt and always makes an issue saying certain things in my cart are not on my receipt. So then I have to spend 15 minutes showing her all the items in my cart are on the receipt. And a few times, noncolored people were leaving the store at the same time as us and she didnt even pretend look at their receipt but she certainly stopped us and took up 15 minutes of our time. I just cant take the nonsense anymore. Id rather spend more money somewhere else and get treated like a human being and not like a criminal just because I have color to my skin.

Walked in and within ten minutes I was completing paperwork for the Moderna Covid vaccine. Shot in my arm within 15 minutes, and the pharmacy will automatically notify me (via text msg) when its time for the second dose. Everyone there was very helpful and professional. Thumbs up 👍

I brought my car to the Walmart auto center for an oil change a new set of wipers and two new front tires. my car did not have and oil cap so they refused service on the car I understand not being able to do an oil change without a gas cap but why couldnt you change the wipers in the tires out that has nothing to do with the oil kind of disappointed

I love the convenience and pricing at Walmart. They have a great selection of items and I can cross departments and eliminate trips to specialty stores. The staff is always polite and helpful. While some people object to the self-checkout, I love it.

Decided to give the order online & have it delivered to you car service only order 5 items as minimum for service is $35. Placed order before 2:30. Email said order would be ready bet 6-7pm for pickup. Arrived 6:20p not ready. No biggie...by 6:40 called from parking lot still no order. By 6:50 employee tells me they are running behind on orders and cant find all my stuff. She cant tell me whats missing but I can either wait or come back. Told her ALL this time couldve went inside and been back home already. Told her to cxl order I was going inside. Supervisor tell me it could take 5-7 days for money to be returned! What??? She saw how I was becoming even more annoyed called assistant manager & refunded money on giftcard. Didnt leave store until 7:50!!! For a service that is suppose to be conveniently quicker....wont use it again

The worst customer service EVER! I called the Auto Dept. to check to see if the tires I ordered were in and I was placed on hold literally for freaking 20 minutes then the line switched back over to ringing and no one ever answered after about fifty rings I Hong up to call back and got no answer. Something so simple could have been easily taken care of in a matter of 5 minutes or less😡🤬😠

Its Walmart. Have you ever been to one that you liked? Staff is treated poorly, and that just rolls downhill towards the customers. Pay your employees a living wage maybe they will care more.

It was good. Your average walmart. But I like to collect cars and they dont have a good selection of the collectable cars there but well stock. Employee are helpful if you need to find something.

Overall a good store with plenty of stock. However employee treatment by management is subpar.
