I took my elderly mother here to pick out new eyeglasses and have them fitted with a new prescription. Jessica was very patient and kind.I would recommend her.And the glasses were very affordable.

Was very nerves to get my eyes checked but the Dr made me feel comfortable and helped me out a lot. The staff to assist with glasses also did an amazing job and best of all they are clean and great prices

Big shout out to Erica at the eye center for taking care of a frustrating situation for me. Readers digest version; I went in originally yesterday afternoon looking for help with a missing screw on the earpiece, and in need of glasses to see, I left with the same situation. When I got home it dawned on me that I had failed and Walmart had failed to resolve an eye glass problem. I called back and Erica answered the phone, I explained the situation and my frustration and she invited me back with the assurance the problem could be resolved one way or another. Erica took care of the problem with an encouraging “can do” and professional manner and I really appreciate her efforts! Thank you again Erica!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very safe during the pandemic and extremely friendly even towards the end of the day. I can not tell you how much we enjoyed the visit with Dr. Backes. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience fun and very entertaining especially for my eight year old. He took the time to explain things to me that no eye doctor had ever done before. I will definitely be going back here for anything related to my eyes!

Ordered contacts. Checked my temperature before allowing me to enter their area, which is fine. Took my info for contacts. Arrived just a few days later. Cant be any simpler.

First time visiting. Pandemic rules enforced. My husband Terry first eye exam, 62 yrs old. Dr Baches is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly.Chester took his time explaining thoroughly our insurance, helping pick out glasses, explaining the type of lens and offering great suggestions. Dr. Baches is very knowledgeable about eyes, nose, glasses, contacts,,,my lasik surgery etc. I spent a great amount of time asking questions getting detailed answers and feeling very confident under his care and my choices for glasses and contacts.I also will always think of him every time I put the light on to read,,,,,Light is your friend, 💡Dr. Baches says. 😊Chester took it from there,,,,as I mentioned above, he goes above and beyond, very knowledgeable, working there a long time. Doctors wonderful staff at vision center could improve... Doctor is smart, funny, kind, and good price for exam. Staff running vision center can be a little difficult at times, slow getting scripts sent over to other vision centers, and many times doctor is rooming his own patients as they can’t keep things running on time. DO helps with staff weakness but we go there for Dr. John Backes who is good at what he does!

Such an incredible experience! The eye doctor was incredible and so good with my 7 year old daughter. Highly recommend!

I have been to Dr. Backus many times over the years and my whole family goes to him, my wife and my daughter and son have all been to see him and he is a very knowledgeable man and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. these days take everything the wrong way and try to get someone in trouble for nothing.

Waited 2 hours, staff not wearing facemasks covering their noses during covid

The people who work there are reasonable for someone who works at Walmart, nonetheless they continued to delay their own deadline for my glasses numerous times, I was to receive them a week after my appointment. I did just that and call them only to learn they have not even been sent.... I called again a couple days later to learn “maybe Monday” as the receptionist said to when they’d finally come here... I mean it’s only my decaying vision but sure who cares

Docs awesome, very knowledgeable! He takes his time with his patients, the staff is excellent! Chester is extremely helpful with custom orders for glasses contacts and anything else needed.

Went today with my 6 year old son and he did so good first time ever a doctor understood my son and knew how to handle him so well .I will definitely recommend anyone to go see him he is awesome . Thank you so much !!

I called in last minute to have an eye exam done and the staff was able to squeeze me into the Doctors schedule. Staff was very friendly and the Doctor very knowledgable. Very pleasant visit and thorough explanations of my eye symptoms and conditions. I was able to be completely involved in the process of picking out my contact lenses and glasses. I would highly recommend this location for an eye exam and any other optometrical services.

Doctor is out of town, and this company will not release a prescription that we legally paid for. My wife lost her contacts and was not able to drive. This is incredible.

Called to make appointment on hold for 10 minutes. No can you continue to hold. If their service is the same, I’ll never know.
