Back in March we had one of the Technicians respiring our door. He was on time friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the spring. But he didn’t have a clip to let the door open with the opener. He was very sorry and I told not a problem and I’ll call when I will be home. Unfortunately that was the only good experience I had. Since the pandemic we were not comfortable having someone come over and work. But once we were comfortable having someone come out. I called and the guy I talked to acted like I was inconveniencing him. And said this is their busy season and should have called earlier. I told him the guy said he would come out and fix real quick if I called. I was told that they will send someone out when they can. It’s not like my house is out of their way. I can see their office from my backyard. 2 months later. We are still opening our door by hand. Very disappointed!!!!

Josh arrived this morning to fix my garage door. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional. He knew exactly how to fix the problem, and make my door stronger than it was before. I highly recommend using this company!
