About a week ago I had some problems with my telephone. I went to the nearest AT&T store. I had a little bit of a wait before I was helped. I was helped by someone named Mr. Cooper. He went above and beyond to answer every question I had and he took his time with me throughout the process. I’m not familiar with this location nor have I ever been in here before so I’m not sure how the service is normally. The location appeared to be clean and Mr. Cooper was very polite professional and helpful I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help at this AT&T store.
I usually get great service but the rep was interested in pushing me to upgrade my plan. Didnt want to listen to me explain what I wanted. Today was a frustrating experience.

The service in general was good. After waiting in the store for over 3 hours, we finally got our new devices and were able to leave. We got home and started examining our online account and realized that the authorized user that we requested be added, was not on the account. After contacting customer service we were told that we could not make any changes to our account for 30 days.
Ricky, the manager, has this store running like clockwork. James has the patience of a saint and worked with me to get the best deal. I couldnt be happier with the switch over, the phones, and everything about it.

Each time I have entered this location, the staff has been kind, friendly, smart, helpful, respectful and most of all caring of your needs. The store is clean and smells fresh.I would like to thank Mr. Spencer. He has been a huge help with an ongoing issue that was very important to me, that another representative (over the phone) created. He did not give up till the issue was resolved. I’m forever grateful for that! Also, Mr. Eddie and another gentleman (not sure of his name) was very great sales reps that helped me out as well. Went in to upgrade my phone. They claimed they did not have it in stock and I mentioned that online it said they had four left for the one I was wanting. They then proceeded to tell me I should have just ordered it online and picked it up that way. Then when they were setting up my phone the employee asked if I wanted to have my stuff transferred to the new phone. Apparently they no longer have the machine that does an easy transfer and they were trying to do it by iCloud which I do not back up on because I am not familiar with it and don’t know how to use it. They said there was nothing else they could do then and sent me on my way. Didn’t even try to explain to me tell how to do the iCloud. I paid in full to get a new phone and all I got was attitude and the employee not caring about the customer and the store had just opened too. Worst customer service!!

We have been to our local store here in West Monroe twice in the past 3 days. Spencer and his staff have been more than helpful. They have been patient, kind to two people who didn’t have a clue to what we were doingl. We cannot say enough good things about our experiences.

Its about what youd expect from an establishment such as this. The staff was friendly and helpful and the wait was around 10 minutes. The earlier you arrive the quicker your visit. Its a take a number system.
Bill was sooooo patient and helpful. He made our visit so pleasant. He took his time explaining detail for detail with the devices that I got on today. Overall experience was AWESOME!

They guy named DJ waited on my husband and I at the West Monroe Store.We went in to upgrade our phones and get on a contact of some kind.He was determined to sell us cable and wifi, my husband and I both told him we have Xfinity and we just signed a contract and All we wanted was to upgrade our phones/ contract.He went on and on still trying to sell us cable and wifi. I told him that he was giving me nervous because I had to be somewhere at a certain time and I just wanted a phone and get out.He then tried to counsel me about anxiety while trying to still sell us cable and wifi. 🙄He was extremely disrespectful and not listening to what we wanted.We had to be rude and just get up while he was still selling and leave.He didnt care one bit that we did either.So we left. With nothing..I had to call AT&T and do it over the phone. Much easier experience over the phone.I recommend that NO ONE go to that store while he is working there.

Employees are friendly. But tried to return a defective router and employee gave me a 1800 number to call, said I had to go through them. Spend 40 mins on hold to find out, the employee gave me the wrong 1800 number, then get transferred to another line and wait 40 mins, only to find out that office is now closed. Gotta waste more of my time now.So this is more of an At&t complaint but if you get something from them, know you have a short window to test your stuff out to be able to return it or youll have to waste hours of your time dealing with the quagmire that is At&t.
Poor service for Customers who werent buying but needed help.
The rep was very helpful and polite. It didnt take him but maybe 5 or 10 minutes and done an excellent job and was very helpful. I give him a 10.

The employees were not very friendly. They also act like I was bothering them. They did not want to wait on me. Since when do you have to be purchasing a phone to get customer service. I was taught to speak to people when entering! I am old school, I try to treat people the way I want to be treated. I guess some of us did not teach our children the importance of common courtesy! This was at the West Monroe AT&T, a corporate store!

Overall decent experience, the wait times are around 10 -15 minutes on average.
Very helpful staff and while they are trying to make a sale, the reps wont sell you a bill of goods. They are great and know their stuff. Great selections inside. At times, they may need more staff b/c hey, it takes a while to buy a phone and then transfer things bt your old phone and new and then you have to wait a bit

Watch what they are selling youI went in for a prepaid plan and they signed me up under a contract plan that cost me triple the first month. The manager was no help when I realized what they had done and I have never been treated and talked to so badly. Most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with. Had to call AT&T to get it straightened out and they were very nice and helpful.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Someone helps you within seconds of coming in the door and answers all your questions thoroughly. The person that helped me recommended a basic phone that met my needs and Im very happy with it. He was also very conscious of my budget when making recommendations.

My son jumped in pool with his phone in his pocket. They were very helpful. Got him another phone the cheapest way they could. Also advised us what to do about the phone, since it was recently repaired by their warranty people.
Overly pushy sales people. Felt like they must be working on commission and not paid well by att by the way they try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink when you arent even trying to buy any of it. Also have had very rude customer service from almost every employee in the store, and when I spoke to the manager she was the rudest one of them all. I would rate the store one star, but I gave it a second one just because it is at&t and at&t has always had excellent cellular and other service.

AT&T is the worst place to buy electronics or plans! They will charge fees you dont owe and try to ruin your credit if you dont pay their trumped up charges! Buyer beware!!!!
I have never had to deal with a company as crooked as AT&T told me one thing over the phone and sold me another in person, told me i can cancell in 30 days with no charge. Once cancelled after 7 days they are now charging me $126 for 7 days, i called the 1800# they cant help because apparently they can´t honor if one of their store promise something. they cannot even call the store to verify, the client have to go in person to verify so if you are like me traveling you cannot go in person Ive been calling the store for the past 2 days no one picks up the phone and the customer service wont call them directly either. And the best part is after I decided Im just going to pay it off but I want to complain to make sure this doesnt happen again AT&T do not have a complain Department makes sense for a crooked company.
The person (Freddy L) that took care of us was very knowledgeable, patient. He took care of our needs. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

West Monroe store not helpful at all. Got an online replacement for my device. Swapped the sim card from the old device to the new one. It would not work. Went to West Monroe store to get a new sim card to see if it would fix problem, THE STORE EMPLOYEE WOULD NOT HELP ME. She wouldnt even look at it for me. Said I needed the cords to check it, ITS A MOBILE DEVICE!!!! Went to the Monroe store and got the help I needed and apologies for the bad service I got at the West Monroe store.

The terms of the internet and cell service are always changing forcing us to always upgrade to a newer plan and increased charges. If they were not the only service available in our area we would have dropped AT&T years ago.
Every phone I got from here always messed up. And in different ways too. I rather buy a phone from Wal-Mart

Very friendly & couteous employees, they always open the door for me. The ease & efficiency of a kiosk to pay my bill is a huge convenience that gets me in and out very quickly.
I wish I could rate it a 0. AT&T shipped us the wrong sims card to change our phones over from Verizon. My husband went up there today to see if they could fix the issue. We already knew the phones we had were compatible (otherwise AT&T wouldnt have sent the sims cards in the first place), but the salesperson at the store told my husband they werent compatible and that her manager would tell him the same thing. She wanted us to buy new phones and make a sale and was very rude. We wanted to stay local, but we will be using the Monroe store because of this.
