This store is a complete fraud and rip off. My daughters dad had this company order a new Galaxy s5 for her. We waited for the phone to come in for a week. Had the phone for 6 months and my daughter dropped it and busted the LED light. Sent the phone to Samsung to fix and was told that the warranty was gone out. Everybody knows that Samsung put a one year manufacture warranty on all of their new products. Took it back to the store and he said he told us that the phone was pre-owned. I said to him do you think we would have paid that price for a used phone. He said sorry for the misunderstanding but if you get the phone fixed Ill refund you the money you paid for the phone. I got the phone fixed and took it to him and he said well the screen is coming up....remind you I let battery plus fix it instead of him so I guess he is pissed at that. I am taking it back to battery plus today to fix any issues it may have and take it back to him tomorrow. Well see how this goes. If he doesnt refund our money then to court it will be!!
