Manager extremely rude....... 10-10-19 Thursday lunch time. My experience today was great with employees. Jennifer and Keelah helped me print several documents and was very patient with me. The location was clean and appeared to be in order. I’ve been here several times before and so far every time I come its the same experience with the employees. Good job lady’s. The last few times I’ve tried to get something from this location, it’s either been wrong or not available. Tried the printing services...they printed the product on the wrong paper size.This most recent time, I tried to buy a filing cabinet. We stood in the front for several minutes waiting for someone to help us. We told a guy what we needed and he said ‘ok,’ and went to go check people out instead. When we finally got helped, the cabinet wasn’t in stock. The guy said ‘unfortunately we only have one, the display.’ We asked if we could buy the display. He said, ‘unfortunately, we don’t sell the display.’ He didn’t offer to order it for us, look to see if it was in stock at another location, or anything—just stood there and stared at us.Wel’ll just buy everything from Amazon.*Edit 7/26/21: Decided to try the print service again. I needed about 5 pages printed. I placed an order 7/25 around 1pm. The order was estimated to be done by 6pm. I didn’t hear anything…the status just said “processing” all day/evening. So on this day, 7/26, I went in there just to see if it happened to be ready. It wasn’t. There were only two items on their pick up shelf. Literally, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, I got an order confirmation email, then an email saying it was ready. We could only assume that they saw us look at the pick up shelf and decide that they needed to process their orders. Once again, this service proves to be unreliable.

Shout out to Michael Adkinson for retrieving a receipt I needed for work. He had little information to go on, and somehow still found it! Thanks! Other workers have also been very helpful the few times I have shopped here.

Simply walked past me when I asked help. N when I finally got help to look at desk they told me to look online

Employees were very quick to come and help me on both visits. I went in for a DVD cable. They only had one option that was rather pricey. I ended up returning it. The return was very quick and easy, despite the package being open.

Kevin the manager of west Monroe branch, is really really helpful, he helped me coil my notes 📝 although the papers were torn apart, he recovered it with patience and a smile . The price was so reasonable, he took his time to finish this hard task and I am grateful .

Called store to check on availability of item the Internet site said wasnt in stock. The polite employee checked, pulled the in stock item from the shelf and had it up front awaiting my wifes purchase. Super experience!

Very courteous and helpful when I purchased my computer. There was a wait for checkout...like a 15 minute wait...the manager had to help someone else but other than that all was well.

Horrible, dropped items off previous day am was told it would be ready next day at 2pm. Called at 2 to see if it was ready an they could not find it. After numerous calls back an forth describing the person it was handed to they found it. Said would be ready in 45 min. An they would call after a hour no call I went to store. Still not ready, the staff was unapologetic an in no rush. I have now been waiting in the store for 20 min an still no booklet. Needs new management.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE DISPLAYS! Looks like they sell SSD Hard drives, Sorry they will order them for you! Save you time and go to Best Buy, if you have time to Order go to Amazon!

I personally dont need to go to Office Depot that often but when I do the staff is always awesome. Always friendly, courteous & will go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Employees wont stop flirting and talking with each other long enough to help a customer. When directly asked they act like its a hassle.

Bought a computer that was messed up from the factory. The staff went above and beyond to correct the issue.

You find whats needed for printers,and have fun doing it, ya,know shopping for small projects

Ive had a few painful experiences with this store.1. They refused to price match Staples and said they were not a direct competitor.2. They lost one of my packages that I sent at their UPS shipping center. This took about 4 weeks to resolve and they finally recovered it, but this ended up losing me a sale on that item. The item also depreciated greatly during the month, as it was price cut.

The site manager, Mike, is a total disaster to work with. We were helping him on a project for one of his customers. He tried to transfer all of the blame onto us for a discrepancy that is quite normal for the type of system is was trying to work on. His blaming us shows his lack of competency in knowing that the problem was normal and needed time to work through. Bottom line, if you ware taking your computer here to get repaired you might want to take it to a more qualified shop than these guys. We work with plenty of vendors in the West Monroe area that would never try to do this to us.Note this review should not represent Office Depot as a whole, but rather one individual by the name of Mike at the West Monroe branch. It is the particular individual that I do not believe represents the mission or image that Office Depot wants to portray.

Bought two laptops, supposed to get 2 $50 dollar rebates on them. Mailed them in the next week and here nearly 3 months later I get a letter stating i missed the date from Office Depot.Dont believe their rebates, assume youll be paying full price. I wont be buying anything with a rebate from them again for me or my business..
