Excellent customer service that you will not get at the big box stores. Been coming here for more than 10 years. These guys are the best.

If your a man they treat you good a woman they are rude and unhelpful. The larger guy that does not own it was very unfriendly and I had to tell him and spell out my last name about 5 times and he had an impatient and stuck up attitude. I told him I was referred to them and and he was very rude and disrespectful, he didnt acknowledge the referral as good word of mouth and cut me off to continue asking me how to spell my last name. Unhelpful and unfriendly place. Will not be back.

VERY rude employees. They broke the screen on my sons computer while they had it and then told me that it was like that when I took it to them. Incredibly disappointing.

They found the problem fast!!! Crashed hard drive..... Great place, great folks.

Three great encounters so far... virus removal, QB trouble, bad hard drive... they came through for me each time.

No complaints. I used them once to diagnose a faulty hard drive that I had to replace because they didnt have it in stock, but they did help me diagnose something I couldnt myself.
