They took 35 mins to fill meds while waiting!

Dont even try calling they never answer the phone! I thought maybe going to them because they are closer would be convenient for me.. Nope, I should have went somewhere else! The 1st time they gave my child meds he is allergic too and then I go in today and she charges me for medicine I specifically said last time I didnt want because he already had it at home. I didnt realize this until I got home and looked in the bag. I will be finding somewhere else to go. All those people in there and things still go badly!!

I went to this Walgreens yesterday to get the first dose of the Covid vaccine. I filled out the vaccine form online plus the one in-store and requested the Moderna vaccine. I also told the person who administered the vaccine I wanted Moderna. I received the 1st dose, my Vaccine card, and was going to leave, but when I got in my truck I noticed he wrote “Pfizer” on the card, so I went back inside to ask him about it and he said he ACCIDENTALLY gave me the Pfizer vaccine instead of the Moderna one. Then he asked if I was ok with that, as if i could do anything about it it. It was already in my arm! I hope he hasn’t messed up other people’s vaccines, especially those who were getting their second dose.

If you want you medicine regularly and easily please do not use Walgreens. I have the app set up, get text alerts, and I still can’t get my prescriptions filled smoothly. Every single month I end up having to call or physically go and talk to a person to get them filled. It’s always resolved and filled eventually with zero outside help. The issue always is with Walgreens themselves. Then if insurance doesn’t cover and you ask for out of pocket prices, they will rudely tell you it’s some ridiculous amount. Now you think you won’t get the medicine at all. Just go to GoodRX and they will give you a price that’s affordable and a fraction of what Walgreens told you. Also the have never asked for a prescription discount card it rings up those cheaper prices regardless. Walmart is close by and so is CVS. I’m letting everyone know this because before my next time to get meds refilled I will be with a whole new company. I have to get meds days sometimes weeks late.

Whatever you do. Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist is very sorry

Set up prescription for nicotine patches gave me two 14 day supply of stage 1 went back for stage 2 on 7/2/2020 was told they they were out was told to come back around 3 pm they would have them at 3PM was told to come back the next day checked on it 7/3/2020 was told that I could only get a 24 day supply all they had was 14 days and could not give me 2 14 day supply because that would be 28 days said the only one near me that had the 24 day was the next town just a hint they did give me 2 14 day supply on stage one for a guy that is wanting to quit smoking after 50 years and the virus on top of that I just dont think the stress is worth it so sad a big company treats customers this way

I have been on hold one hour with no response. I also tried to make a complaint and no one would get on the phone after they put me on hold once again!😡 I will be switching pharmacies tomorrow!!

Just pick up meds here

Without notice, i and about 25 other people drove into the pick-up pharmacy window only to see a TEMPORARILY CLOSED sign in window. Store doors closed, too. No way to contact inside store for details bc my call rotated over to a centralized call center. That person told me she didnt have the Walgreens store down for closure, however, i could move my scripts to next nearest location. No. Controlled meds cant transfer. Second time Walgreens closed without notice. 1st time it was 2 1/2 days until reopened. Meanwhile, customers had to go without meds bc meds were LOCKED up inside. Cant close without warning to customers. I was forced to call my prescribing phys to send order to other Walgreens which was a hassle bc it was a controlled medication, and after the hassle, the closed store reopened. Meanwhile, i had been without medication for 2 1/2 days. I live 10 miles away and driving back and forth is a hassle. I am very unhappy. If COVID caused store to close, i understand, but cant leave customers with NO MEDICATION!

There is no Pharmacy that gives you that family feeling like the one at Wells and Cypress. Thr Pharmacy is hands down the best. Yes I have had to wait a few times but they are busy. Thanks yo this group.

Tried to buy cigarettes, they told me my military id wasnt good enough. She said it had to be scanned or she would be fired, if thats a policy, I understand she was doing her job, but thats ridiculous.

This location is very friendly! Great prices and opportunity for discounts!

Staff was ok. Prices were decent.
