Made a 9:00 appointment, was told my truck would be ready after lunch and they would call me. I went back at 12:30, to find my truck still parked where I had left it. No work had been done. Was told they were still working on a vehicle from the day before, which would have been okay if they had had the decency to call me and tell me they weren’t going to get mine done on time. An appointment here means nothing. Staff acts as if they don’t care if they have your business or not, so I took my truck elsewhere. Would recommend that everyone avoid this business.Today I went down the road to Magic Glass & Tint. Magic tinted my truck in the time frame they said they would, and for $75 less than Pro Tech was going to charge me.

Walked in the door looking to buy a 3 subwoofer enclosures, 2 pioneer 7600nex H/U’s, 2 8” L7R’s, nerf bar, and a bed cover. After an 1hr.. we left... and no one else was even there.Pathetic..

Horrible window tint issues. I brought my car into this shop to have the windows tinted on 11/29/19. It had bubbles in it at first which is expected until it dries. after a couple weeks, I see some bubbles are not going away. One window was really bad. All other windows just have dirt specks here and there. I contacted this company to have the matter resolved. He proceeds to tell me that he will only fix the really bad window. He says it is impossible to get all the bubbles out. That is a lie. My other vehicle says its possible. I called other tint places. It is indeed possible. I spoke with owner after they supposedly fixed that really bad window, we will see when it dries, about them not fixing all the windows. He continues to tell me he cant do the job because its impossible. I said my other truck says different. My other truck was done by another shop. He says you may not be able to see it, but its there. I said that right there is the difference. I cant see it on the other truck. I can catch the dirt on the vehicle you did with my finger nail. He continues to tell me to bring my other vehicle up there, and that if he cant find dirt, he will pay off my vehicle.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I took my car at 8am on 9/20/19 and my daughters car at 10am on the same day here to have the windows tinted and that was a huge mistake. I have been back there several times for them to correct the air bubbles and they tell me it needs to dry. Well guess what? Woke up this morning and they are still there and my tint is peeling it looks like I had my car done under someone’s shade tree. When I paid 360.00 dollars for both cars. My daughters door panels were not properly installed back and they had to go to a body shop to have them installed back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Looks like I will have to tie up my day again on Monday to see about getting this situation fixed. I will give you an updated review then. So here’s your warning stay far away from this place.

No one mans the counter. No one greats you. The lady in the office has to notice you from her office and call on the intercom for someone to assist you. The store is hot because the air isnt on (although it on in the shop where they work).The carpet is stained and filthy. Dead bugs litter the floor. No radio or tv in the customers lounge, which has Plastic LAWN Chairs. The employees seemed to be bothered by me asking them to tint the windows in my car. A 2hr and 30minute wait for WINDOW TINT! with no report of status or communication of any kind. I can NOT recommend this business. It is very obvious that they do not value and appreciate their customers.

I had an appointment set and I was a little late. Despite telling them and them okaying it. When I drove over an hour to get there they wouldnt see me. Huge waste of my time on my only day off work. Dont waste your time.

Great car audio shop! People are very knowledgeable and helpful. Much better than any shop in in town. They carry JL Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Pioneer and Alpine. Plus they can get any accessory for your truck.

They are very unprofessional in their installations. They charge for a professional job then stick you with crappy work and they fail to notify you before they do the work of any changes or extra cost. They do carry good brands but that just speaks for the quality of the brands not the store. Ive taken two of my trucks to them of two separate occasions and left unhappy
