My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it wasn’t!! I cannot make any sense out of the UPS app. I called the local UPS store and no one will answer the phone although they are supposed to be open for another 2 hours!! This is ridiculous!!! I wish my sender would have used Fed X
The website is way off from the actual things it states for the local one on cypress st. They were closed 9/9/20 at 6:00pm when web says 6:30pm. (Even states it’s the updated hours for September, so it’s not like I was looking at old information) The Notary is not there all the time (which is not stated on web site either) they make you think you can walk in anytime and have something notarized, however you have to have an appointment and there are ONLY 3 available time slots. Also with the exception of the one guy Korey that works there (he is always so pleasant) everyone else is rude, dry and lacking customer service. I really hate it Bc I use this store a lot, but rethinking my options- it’s always something.
If I could give 0 stars, I surely would. I brought a package into the store to ship to my mother in Florida. Two days later (a Saturday) when the package was supposed to be delivered, I got a call from her asking why I had sent her a Comcast router?! I was a little confused as that is definitely not what I sent her. I had then realized UPS staff had put the shipping label on the WRONG box. Two days passed before I could even speak with anyone due to it being a weekend. Monday morning I went back into the UPS store I had shipped from and asked where may my package be. They Had asked me did I have a receipt from where I had shipped there four days prior? I provided them with the receipt, they then did some research on the computer and found out that the package was now still on its way to Tennessee. It was about to be delivered to a Comcast warehouse. Long story short, this is going on day 10 and I still have not received my package and basically giving the runaround. Between what the owner says and the staff in his store they are both two different stories. Lesson learned if you were going to ship some thing with this UPS location Either put the shipping label on yourself or however much the item is worth or cost make sure you take out that much insurance on it.
Paid $82 to send package next day guaranteed. Package wasn’t delivered until 3 days later. Asked for refund got told could only get less than have my money back. Have emails sayIng it is guaranteed and the employee said it was guaranteed That took my money and now they that’s the best they can do.
ZERO customer service!!! If I was UPS I WOULD NOT WANT MY NAME ON THIS PLACE!! Sent my dad a shipping label to ship me some things and do you know it’s “their policy” they will not print a label for a customer? “Mikey” informed me they can’t do it. There’s a difference in “can’t” and “won’t”. Again-zero customer service!!!!
Great Business with many services from shipping to copying and binding. Personal mail boxes and even cards for many occasions. Great place to drop off your pre paid packages or mail large items. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable in their services. Will always come here before I would go to the local post office.
This store was great! They made my shipment so much easier than I thought it was going to be. I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship something!
They need a bigger store. It’s only two workers and they stay busy.
Staff is very rude, they charge you to print off the label, in most places or other UPS stores they use their scanner and scan the label from your phone. They told me it was a 1.50 to tape my package but the lady in front of me didnt have to pay. I was told by the sales person it just depends. Really! I will not be visiting this UPS store again. I would rather drive a few more miles. They lack customer service and maybe a little racist from what I could see.
The best decision we ever made for shipping was to get a mailbox here. Staff is fantastic and my packages, regardless of value, are always safe and secure. Convenient location and hours.
Was there at 2:00pm Saturday 2/3/18 the young lady working there was so helpful with my packaging. I really appreciate the help.
They offer printing, but wont provide any way to print aside from putting your passwords into a public computer that they charge for. Who knows how virus infected this thing is and where your passwords are being logged to and sent to. This is a dangerous and stupid practice all to bring in a few dollars.Cross the river and go to the one on Forsythe in Monroe. You will receive better service.

Pathetic customer service. Would not take a box that had a drop of oil on the outside of the box. Did not want to deal with it because it already had a shipping label and they didnt get extra money for handling it.
