I google the nearest at&t store near me and this store shows up. I checked their hours of operation and it’s said they close at 8 pm. I showed up at 6:45 pm and the store was with the windows half close. I knocked the door and they guy came outside and he said I’m sorry we are close. I told him and I’m buying a new phone and he said his cashier was “closed” already and he can’t do anything. I saw even at their door and on their hours of operations it’s says from 10- 8 pm. (See picture attached) Why is a store having hours of operation until 8 pm on google and at their door and they closed an hour and 15 min earlier? As an entrepreneur and passionate local businesses supporter, I still don’t understand how a business can loose a sales and a customer for the lack of customer service. I’m still buying a new iPhone on AT&T but certainly not at this store. I visited this store on Thursday 4/15 at 6:45 pm. I hope at&t does something to penalize this store.
Giselle and Alejandra gave me the best customer service at any company I’ve had in years. To say they went “above and beyond” would be an understatement. I cannot tell you how appreciative I was for all of their help!

Super unprofessional. I had called and asked if they had the iPhone 12 Pro in blue available, they had confirmed they did. I go in person they didn’t even open the box to make sure it was the phone I wanted. I had paid $70 for taxes for the Max which I never requested. And made me pay $50 to restock the phone that I never touched. It was their mistake.On top of that the rep called the manager and referred to me as “some girl” should’ve said a customer super unprofessional.Blamed me for the mix up when they were not paying attention. Wasted my time and my money. Never again, horrible horrible customer service.
The wait was about 10 min to get help. It was a Sunday evening and the young gentleman that was there was very helpful! Explain and answered every question that I had about my new iPhone purchase. Thank you.
My guy had me in and out like the fast food chain on the west side 🙏🏻 Went to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the 12pro Max since my phone was damaged and we took care of it in 10 minutes ❗️ Great experience.
This sis the worst customer service Ive seen in my life. I havent ever been insulted so much. So I walked in the store and there are like 4 idle representatives. First none of them has a mask on and they dont even care to put a mask on at all. Second none of them even look at eh customer to even see what he wants. So I have to go to one of them whos playing with his phone to ask him a question and the guy finds every excuse not to do it. First he LIES about the fact that they dont have trade -in then after I show him the thing on the website he changes his mind and says ok. I went in to add my line today but this didnt happen bec of their outrageous behavior. Im very much disappointed ATT!!!!!!!!! I would have given a zero if I could.
First time in this location since moving to this neighborhood, staff greeted me, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Got a new phone and was in and out quickly

These people make up their own hours, as a corporate store I am fully aware they are not supposed to do that I showed up at 4pm on a Wednesday to find this store closed and the employees using it as a hangout inside. Then the “manager” told me he already closed the registers after knocking several times. The store is advertised open to 8pm. Another day I showed up at nearly 11 to find the store unopened when they were supposed to be open at 10. Employees wear no shirt or name tags to identify themselves either. Lazy, unprofessional employees, who have no interest in working.
Yander and his staff were great! They also helped my grandma set up her new iphone 11! she upgraded from a 4s. Jose, Yaima, & Moe were very helpful. I used to go to the mall but Ill be doing my business here from now on.
Incompetent employees. Unhelpful. No interest in customer service. Ruined my entire experience with my new at&t carrier. Opened 2 new lines for I phone 11. Attempted to port over my existing number as well as open a new line for my wife. Long story short, they got everything wrong from the beginning of the transaction to the moment I was forced to give up on my second line and get a refund. Took av week for this whole process to end. No ability to multi task and really have people who either just have no idea what they are doing or intentionally sabotage you for whatever reason they have. Truly awful experience. I would avoid this place at all costs. Go to hoboken or edgewater store for your at&t needs if you must. You have been warned.
They do not sell Att chip !!!!! I had to buy online, I do not recommend this store poor attention.

Refused to help my mother-in-law with a replacement phone after only getting her phone less then 5 days ago. Only wanted to sell her more stuff. They ended up sending her to other store. Very rude people. Not worth the time!

Horrible place, the people there dont know their own system, the store is not in good conditions everything creeks the handle bar is about to fall off. This is really not a good place, they dont have any samsung Galaxy phones they had to order them and the worst part is that the lady said they came on monday of last week and I got it 2 days ago. Did they lie to me to get us to pay? I think so. When I was there, two teenagers were working one boy and one girl, the boy tried to flirt with the girl so much he did not pay attention to other customers. How messed up is that? This was my first time in AT&T and it really did not make a good first impression
Wish I can give this store lower rating they charge more then other stores for a SIM card on a phone had to go to the Manhattan corporate store due to cost of the sim. PS when the representatives say that there special instructions you guys shouldnt argue with the costumer but instead know that the costumer is always right. !

Totally incompetent and not customer friendly. We went there for a new connection and the staff is absolutely clueless about the details mentioned in the att website. No, Im not against att, check my previous review where I went after visiting this place where I found some very knowledgeable people and friendly staff. The main guy was little ok and were able to at least guide us to a different att dealer. The other 2 are simply loitering around and got absolutely no idea about att. I doubt they tried to charge me more for a new connection since the other store was $15 cheaper for the same SIM card. I see it as their ignorance and dont care attitude towards customers. You just lost some business !

The customer service is bad, I went for an upgrade and they changed my plan they added an extra line and when I return to claim they did not want to attend me giving as an answer to return when the store manager is 👎👎👎
These guys are terrible. They sold our family a SIM card. We’re unable to get the line working. Told us they would not return the money and that they “can’t fix other’s problems”. That’s a sure sign of bad service. Save you money and time. These guys are bad for AT&T. Stick to corporate stores, this retail store deserves 0 stars. Fortunately, at&t refunded us the SIM card fee. Stay clear of this place.
