This place is an absolute disaster. They don’t even take care of customers properly. New rude staff and very unprofessional. I used to love this store when Ali, Hector, and Mauricio used to work here, but these new people are horrible. I may have to start going back to 57th St or find a store in a different area. This will be my last time here. I have never been to such a disorganized T-Mobile store in my life.

Where do I start? Had a problem, showed up, told them the situation and without hesitation nor excuses they began to help. Ali, Harry, and the other rep whos name I did not get but deserves equal credit for he was also very understanding and sympathetic. They make a great team and show much devotion. Highly recommend it!!

Excellent service from everyone working there. All are knowledgeable of what they’re doing and give great customer service. Highly recommend to come if you’re trying to get a new line/upgrade or even pay a bill. Will certainly visit this place again.

Always Awesome crew. I refuse to go to any other T-Mobile store. These guys are always working explaining products helping customers. If I could rate this store more than a 5 star I would.

Disappointed and Unsatisfied.The two retailers (Brian and I couldn’t get the other guys name) had no sense of urgency. The two retailers were attending one customer when there was a line of customers waiting to be serviced.I do not recommend this T-Mobile. The retailers take this place as a hangout, customers don’t get served well, and from my own observation the management of this place is completely unacceptable.I have decided to change to Boost Mobile just because of this incident. T-Mobile should hire veterans or people with more decency.

COMPLETE BS!!!!! I dont remember the name of the guy I spoke to (Ali????) but whoever he was gave me a flat out lie of an answer. I inquired about getting the Galaxy S7 and was debating leasing it or buying it. He informed me that T-Mobile completely did away with the lease program and that ALL phones can only be purchased now. I told him I was at another branch the day before as well as customer service the night previous and they never told me that. He said those two must not have gotten the news about the change as his store gets all the info first. Sounded like complete BS and obviously was complete BS. I happily went to another T-Mobile (Ron @ 7th Ave & 28th St, NYC) and ordered my S7 with a lease. I also called customer service and reported what happened. This conversation happened clearly in front of all the other workers at this location, anyone couldve opened up their mouth and corrected this guy. No one did which for me makes them all a bunch of liars. Go elsewhere!!!!

Wores services ever ever in my life!! The manager it was rude and nasty (one little indian guy) this guy was racist, unprofessional nasty and gave me a really bad service. I ask him for a paper that i get in all others t.mobile and he didnt want to give to me and ask for my ID twice like saying this is not you or this is fake. He ask me why i was needing that paper for. like what? I have to tell you why i need this. At the end he gave me one it wasnt the one i was needing and i told him this its no the one so he took it from my hands with bad attitude and destroy the paper in my face and didnt give me anything else. I have t.mobile for 3 years and i will cancel my accounts because i dont want to see that little crazy nasty guy again.
