I have been a customer for this store for over a year. And a couple of months ago my phone fell and broke so I went to the store and bought a new one with its protective case and everything but after a month the phone started to freeze and shutoff i went back and this new guy there tells me that theres nothing he can do even tho is a new phone so i guess is time to change from boost mobile

They dont understand their product. After confirming a switch from Sprint the previous day, this was suddenly not possible. Called Sprint who confirmed it was. Waste of time, and an extremely rude attitude.
