This place is horrible... The pharmacy picks & chooses who they want to give the covid shot to if you have no appointment so if your skin has color just know you wont be picked for a walk in. Now the store manager she is always confused and when shes wrong she proceeds to act as she wants to fight. Ive seen her do it with customers before but when she tried it with me I was in shock and decided to never to come back. Ive transferred my prescriptions to CVS, I feel great about never giving my money to Walgreens ever again.

The store manager Roxanne is extremely rude and shows self hate. She refused to take my FedEx drop off that I was told I can send drop off there. That women was about to fight just for asking a simple question. She is extremely rude and should not work with customers. I’m not sure if she was judging me by what I have one but you can clearly see the hate in her eyes. I will never step foot in that Walgreen in West Orange. I know Walgreens for having nice people working there but boy did I think wrong. She don’t need to be a working there. She made up her own rules, Walgreens need to hire more professional and helpful.

Horrible customer service. I came to drop off a fed ex return package and the cashier wasn’t sure how to process it. She asked another employee who yelled at her with “I don’t have time for this” and then proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude saying Walgreens did ups and cvs is the store that works with fed ex. It was a simple misunderstanding on my end, but it definitely didn’t deserve belittling. Thanks to that exchange I won’t be coming back.

First of all I was on hold for six minutes for a representative answered the phone, when she answered she sounded like she just got out of bed! She was not helpful at all! K sure do miss the old Walgreens on Main St! Everyone their was so warm and loving in the entire store! This new Walgreens I have to deal with, I’m changing my Walgreens today!

No one in the pharmacy is friendly. Didn’t see one smile from any employee. They also didn’t do anything that they told me they would do. I know the merge of pharmacies probably has them really busy but still no excuse to completely leave out the customer service. I felt like an inconvenience due to the lack of personalities and professionalism. I was extremely misinformed when I called the pharmacy before going in. When I brought it to the pharmacists attention she could have cared less, just a bunch of unaccountability. I honestly felt very uncomfortable in that store and never plan to visit again.

The pharmacy is horrible. I came right when it switched to Walgreens and had a terrible experience but chalked it up to the changeover. Well, I just went back and theyre still clueless.

The drive-thru Pharmacy is the worst. It do not matter what time of the day you come you wait 30 to 45 minutes

Very rude and unhelpful pharmacists. Has 0 respect for patients and those asking simple questions regarding medication. No customer service and lack of basic respect for people.
