Ok, I just drove about 6 miles just to get here to trade my PS5 controller for cash. So the register says he doesnt have any cash to trade my controller because its too early, know what I mean. There should always be cash thats available in your store for trades and transactions, you should know better when youre running a store, end of the story. I dont expect you to be a bank but cash has not been replaced yet. Now I have to drive 6 miles back home empty handed which is probably the 20 dollars worth of gas that I wouldve got for the controller. Why dont you have $20?

When I came into the store, the clerk immediately looked at me after I said good afternoon to him and said to me we dont have any switches in this store. Now why didnt this guy say hello or good afternoon back? Was this man in my sons room playing with him the day before to even know why I was there? So I asked him could he say hello before trying read my mind. He definitely didnt want to be there because I came 14 minutes after they open at 12pm. Its sad that this location has bad reviews and I was reading them on my 20 minute wait before 12. The shopping center has some great stores. I went to Panera to get coffee and had a nice experience. But Game Stop if you close any locations. Make sure you close that one and dont transfer the guy to any other location. Just let him collect unemployment and I know its hard to find good people that want to work. But at least find someone that doesnt mind helping you because its makes their day go by faster if they have something to do than sitting on their phones. Its sad. Game Stop you need to do better. By the way my sons switch blacked out. They guy says its normal for that type to do this and Ive got coverage. He gave me a list marked the stores that might have a new one and said good luck. SAD!!!

I went in to exchange a game. Tony, the associate working the front desk, was friendly and polite and went out of his way to help me, it was very appreciated.

Stop to replace two ps5 remotes had to deal with the worse customer service ever by a guy name Chris even threw trash over the counter that I ask him to discharge that the remotes came in very unprofessional, no work ethics and wanted to speak to me bout religion

And forget about calling these 2 young woman will not answer the phone and when you do come into the store one is one her phone and the other looks so completely dissatisfied that she even needs to speak to a customer! We asked a question and she started with “I hate when people say that” great job GameStop!

I really like this game stop. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and were so friendly. The store was clean unlike the game stop in eo. They made me feel comfortable and not rushed while I looked around and asked 1000 questions.

Awesome place to get games, plushies, cards, and more! Has all of the latest games and lots of older ones as well. In short, go here if you like video games.

They leave you on ring for about more than a hour, and when you call again it says there busy i’ve been trying to call them for about 3 hours now it looks like they don’t care who is on the other side of the phone

Not enough variety for trading card games but staff was helpful and quick with checkout.

Horrible customer service. Went there today around 4pm to ask about the PS5. Girl in the front was very rude and seemed lazy when asked question. Manager was right there didnt say anything. Both should be terminated or take a class on what customer service is.

This place has always been fair to me. The prices are good and stock is plentiful. Lots of kids toys and a good selection of games.

Got item but staff are not sure about what is in inventory or what isnt. Fast service and were patient with all my questions. Purchased the xbox one X. But hopefully got it at the right price. The 5 stars is for the service. Great service and friendly and pleasant employees.

I’ve loved this GameStop for very long and it’s employees are great. I would rate it higher but none of the employees showed up for the midnight release of Super Smash Bros Ultimate even though they were on the list for participating stores. Really disappointing and annoying that me and others got up and went to this GameStop at midnight, only to be treated by confusion and doubt in GameStop.

GameStop is by far the best place to buy video games. I go there regularly to catch up on the latest games or to buy some new PS3 accessories and the people there are great. They tell me everything, even when its completely dumb, and they dont show any signs of care. They are nice to their customers and all the games are great.

Not knowledgeable staff, on their phones while Im asking questions. More focused on trying to get me to sign up for membership than actually helping me.

The workers are overall knowledgable, good sense of humor, and kind. Only one worker Im not a complete fan of but they aremt rude. More a lack of enthusiasm compared to others. But Id definitely recommend West Orange Gamestop! (They do need to vacuum though...)

The Gamestops in E.O. and Newark are filthy and disgusting. The one in Newark smells horrible because all kinds of people come in to roam. Only go to the ones located in malls.

This location is usually nice and quiet with not too much traffic inside the store. Just how I like it.

Sales rep in store is misleading. Big guy whos basically been there for years and may have done this for his own reasons, but I went in there and attempted to sell back my 5 and 4S iPhones and he basically told me GameStop doesnt take back any older phones any longer and all they buy back are 6s (even though the phones I had with me are clearly represented in the corporate website). He flatly denied my trade in and I didnt really make a huge deal of it but I thought it was weird. I contacted the GameStop on route 22 in Union and they took the phones with no problem. Both devices were mint with clean ESNs so Im not sure what the problem was, maybe it was that I was black with tattoos but in all seriousness I was a little offended by his poor customer service. Not sure what the corporate policies are but the wants and needs of one individual should never overshadow what the actual company would like to do. Anyway call first before headin over to this location because the corporate website is wrong when it comes to this store apparently.

Its a great place to get games stuff there is somewhat cheap and great service exellent... But when I went there to sell my games and other stuff they said my old wii was worth $14 and whats crazy is that one of my games was worth $00.57 and the most one of my games was worth was $9.00 and that was adden 15... and after all of that the total of all the stuff that I gave up was $14 in store credit but if I wanted it in cash it would be $12... My tip is dont sell your stuff at ANY!!! Gamestop besides that its a great gamestop like the rest in the whole world. God bless us gamers...

We called to see if they have a nintendo switch available. They did, last one. We asked them to place it on hold giving our name and number; we were on our way. We arrived within an hour and the associate tells us that they sold it. Yeah Game Stop W Orange, you stink!
