I gave them my laptop for repair back in May. He promised to have it fixed in 3 days, since it just need a screen repair. 3 days turned into one week, which then turned into several weeks. Each instance, he’d promise to bring it back but continually push back the time until the day is over or just completely stop responding when the time comes around. That in itself was extremely frustrating, but I willing to deal with it if that meant I could get my laptop back eventually, because I’m a student and during this time I rely on it for academic and artistic pursuits.Then in mid July he just disappeared. Completely stopped responding to texts, calls, or emails. I thought I got scammed, and was freaking out. I started doing everything I could to get some kind of response. I filed a police report (but naturally they did nothing), filed a complaint with several consumer protection establishments, I got some friends to give his number a call to test if he was simply avoiding my number. But to no avail. I didn’t really want to cause any trouble and tried to make it clear in the messages I sent that I’d be more than willing to drop every report or complaint if he could just return my laptop, repaired or not. Still though, no response.Finally, I got a response in late July. I had done so by messaging a few of his mutuals on Instagram, asking if they could reach him and forward a message from me. One person (an ex of his, which was not intentional) agreed to do this, and I FINALLY got a response. He didn’t give any explanation as to why he just disappeared. He just said that on August 15th he’d be back and return my stuff on that day. August 15th comes around and he pretty much left me unanswered the whole day, never really responding to any texts asking when he would give it back. It’s the next day now, I message him again and no response. It isn’t until that Monday that he says he will bring it to me. Great! But he never does and stops responding to me by 5 pm. That was yesterday, now it’s Tuesday and I haven’t heard from him since he promised to return my laptop yesterday afternoon.I know that things are especially rough right now, and I understand that his disappearance could have been related to a personal emergency far beyond his control. I would have been okay with the extended delay if he had just communicated with me and informed me that he would be out of town for a few months, as we are going through a pandemic right now and things happen. Even after that, I probably wouldn’t have decided to post this review had he followed through on his promise to give my laptop back on the 15th or at least did so yesterday. But I’m fairly fed up now. In all honesty, I still partially believe that this whole thing might’ve been a scam, but I sincerely hope that’s not the case because the company does seem somewhat legitimate.I don’t really give bad reviews often because they make me feel guilty, so I try to avoid them. But this experience has been my worst experience with any business, and at this point I wouldn’t recommend anyone towards this company at this time. In fact I’d strongly deter it. I want to be understanding of him in this time, but it’s hard to do so with the circumstances he put me in. I don’t want any trouble, I just want my laptop back. If he does end up giving it back, I will try to update this review.

Bad business. Do not use this. They dont give you back your PC but they still take your money. Its a scam and you will basically get robbed. ok heres a picture of weezer

I loved the fact that he was talking techie to me and was actually able to break it down to me in terms that I understood. I was also able to purchase a BRAND NEW FULLY LOADED laptop from him at a very reasonable price with a warranty. I am very pleased with the services that i received and will continue to do business with D and this company.

They dont have a website so you dont what service is available for you they dont pick up the phone so you could ask a question how I am I suppose to know any answers to questions that I have and if they pick they hang up on you right away. Very unprofessionally

I didnt have any idea what video camara I should buy. And he was very professional teaching me who to buy the correct one paying less $. I saved a few $, and he did a great job. He made sure everything where working properly after the instalation. Im very satisfied. I recommended.

Structure PC Systems does phenomenal work! As an owner and content creator of a blog, video editor, and journalist, having the daily use of a fully functioning and running computer is of utmost importance. Without the help of Structure PC Systems, I would still be dealing with issues of continuous crashing, hidden viruses, slow RAM and just overall aggravation to be quite frank. However, in just a few short hours with the expertise and aptness of Structure PC Systems, my laptop was working so well and with such ease, it was as though I had just brought it home from the store. In fact, it was running even better than before!I would like to also add that the company also repaired my cellular phone issues including updating it to the latest version of its operating system, getting rid of any infections, transferring data to a bigger SD card and more!Thank you Structure PC Systems!
