I made appointment easy enough for 10am and 10:30am for me and my wife, but some one went in before we did and we didnt get in til 10:25am. We did however go in together. The optometrist was pleasant though.

Stopped in to get my glasses adjusted. Super friendly, honest and helpful. They were not sure if they could fix glasses without breaking the arm but gave me a choice of new frames for low cost using my current lenses if they did break. Fortunately I walked out with my own frames fixed at no cost as they did not break. I will definitely go back for new frames when I need them. Very friendly and helpful!!

Really great, caring optometrists and staff. No issues, love going there and I take my son 7yrs old for their eye exam as well. It’s convenient and appointment times can be reserved online

Process was easy and the staff were nice. However the the lenses I was given were of poor quality yet cost the same amount as other higher quality lenses. The older woman who supervises the place told me that the blurriness of the periphery of my lenses was normal yet I have never owned a pair that did this. They dont clean well either. So avoid this place go to Precision Vision in Caldwell instead.

I went to Pearle Vision in West Orange to get 2 new pairs of glasses. From the time I walked in everyone was friendly and helpful. Daniel spent a lot of time with me, getting the glasses I wanted and putting all the paperwork in order for me. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. It was a very positive experience going to this Pearle Vision.

Very kind and helpful staff. I came in there expecting to be there for over an hour but they were very quick to assist me and help me choose frames as well as get the eye checkup underway. It was very efficient and they are willing to help give you the best deal. I highly recommend this place! I had a very pleasant experience :)

Never ever will I be taken advantage of by pearl vision.. So I go in for my exam The doctor did a basic exam and had me read the chart. Did not put any eyedrops in my eyes and did not check for anything else.Although the staff was very nice and they helped me pick out my glasses and my sunglasses and made me feel as if I was getting this great bargain over $1000 for two pair of glasses. Oh and I have insurance. They said that’s because I have progressive lenses.I picked up my glasses a week or two later and for some reason they kept getting very Filmy very quicklyIt’s like I had to clean them constantly I go back into the store the woman was very nice she said oh that’s because you’re using lens wipes, she Gave me a sample of liquid to clean my glasses and said that it would help. trust me was no better.I’m not sure if I was more upset by the fact that I was definitely overcharged or that they would not take these glasses back because it was at least 60-90 day. A few months later I was having a problem with my left eye so I went to to a reputable eye doctor in my area who did a thorough exam on me. She informed me that I had dry eye and a very small cataract. At this point she said there’s nothing they can do about the cataract until it really gets worse Which could be sometime down the road. She gave me some eyedrops to use and also informed me I should be taking vitamin E which will help keep my eyes moistened. I have to say since following her regiment my eye feels a lot better. I headed down to Costco We are the prescription with lenses with frames not to mention progressive lenses which cost about $220.So don’t be fooled by pearl vision in west orange, I hope this review will help others not to be taken advantage of.

Went there not too long ago and Boom! Before any greeting, got bombarded with do you have insurance over and over, then after answering yes got bombarded with what type of insurance by the racist white old woman with short dark hair and glasses. It was annoying and I will take my business elsewhere! Almost a year later, shes still at it. When you walk in the vision center she acts like shes about to call the cops on someone for wanting to BBQ, sell water. Oh, I mean purchase glasses.

Incompetent optometrist, there is too long of a wait, and he has the personality of a wet blanket. 1 star for the one young attendant, she was friendly enough. The other attendant was obnoxious.

I had to wait a couple extra minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor but was very pleased with the exam. Also, Melinda behind the desk is hilarious!

The African American lady at the customer service desk is not proactive with helping customers. She will not help with resolving insurance problems even after being on the phone with insurance for 2hours

My third time coming here to fix my glasses. Lens keep falling off the frame.
