Never had serious issues with most 7-11 stores Ive been. Relatively clean but busy. I just dont know why the Slurpee cups and lids have been unusually scant, though. And its not just this store either. Otherwise, store is stocked decently and prices are decent. Coffee is pretty good as well.

9/21/21 7:40pm. im a black female. i bought a bottle of juice and a pint of ice cream. when i was paying with my card i noticed the indian male cashier wasnt bagging my items. i asked for a bag and the indian male cashier told me we dont have bags ..... okay. took my stuff and left. i was outside the door seeing other people walk out with their items in bags. .....please explain to me what is happening.

Lucia was the clerk who served me ...She was very nice...Helful and respectful...Clean store....Good hot food....

I went in to get a gallon of milk at the 7-11 in West Orange on Valley and the cashier was eating a chicken wing while ringing me up. That is unacceptable at any time, but even more so during COVID. Use some common sense, people.

This is one of 7Elevens worst locations, I am not sure if the Indian guy whos always behind the counter is the owner or a relative of the owner but dude is extra rude and super disrespectful. And its for no reason... If you do not like your job or do not like working in the community, either find another job or leave the area. No need to be rude to customers, especially when theyre spending money in your establishment

So now after I complained the Indian manager runs up to the register to complete my purchases . Lol HIRE responsible and decent people ppl and you will not have to worry about complaints ... stalker

The one Indian guy likes to take your money when you buy coffee dont trust him it is 80cents before 7pm but he charges you full price he steals and pockets money 1.60 for a coffee nah man its 80cents.

Indian manager needs to find another place to work maybe that’s why the last owner left . He constantly has an attitude will slam purchases in a bag aggressively . You don’t like your job on behalf of customers everywhere LEAVE!!!

Customer service is very good. However, I wish they had more variety of creamers for my coffee.

On 7-13/2020 @3:16pm Store manager was very rude!! I have the app which states celibate 7-eleven Birthday Month with a free medium Slurpee all month. My 8 yr old daughter picked up the large cup by mistake and he kept yelling you have to pay for the cups. I asked him can we just pour it in the medium cup he states NO!! YOU SHOULD HAVE READ IT CORRECTLY, SO I KINDLY PUT THE SLURPEE ON THE COUNTER AND STATED I WILL NEVER! NEVER!! SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!! YELLING AT A Child!!

Guy cashier extremely rude . When you step up to checkout he has his newspaper out where the customer has to put their purchases . Acts like he does not want to help you, blast music in store at night . You have to ask him for a bag, receipt etc . Most of all will close the store at night to sleep in his car even though it is supposed to be 24 hours . I don’t understand why they won’t close this place down . All of them are just miserable horrible ppl

Went to grab a coffee and saw people in the store with no mask covering there fave with a hat or a tshirt and no one that works there saying anything to him even when he paid .. how are you goin to allow a person in the store with no mask but say you are concerned with the health of you customers? The person covering there face w/ their T-shirt was touching the coffee cups and sugar and milk while his T-shirt was falling off his face exposing his face multiple times

Just came back from the one on valley road I’m west orange nj . Horrible service ! They have roaches n nice . Floors are always dirty and they do not honor food stamp cards which is something they legally are supposed to do . Calling Trenton and the dept of health in the morning . This location needs to be investigated and shut down !

This stores management doesnt hold their employees accountable for being EXTREMELY rude to customers!!! I couldnt believe my experience tonight with an employee by the name of Evelyn. This isnt the first time shes had a VERY racial condescending tone when dealing with certain customers. BUT TONIGHT SHE WAS VERY BLATANTLY RUDE, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MGRS NAME SHE LAUGHED AND SAID THE MGR JAY DOESNT CARE WHAT SHE DOES!Mind you she said this in front of several customers in the store. One customer suggested I write a review, go to twitter and possibly contact the local paper because she was just that rude.

Not only is a place disgustingly dirty every time you go in usually the people that are behind the register or on the phone or have the radio on blasting next to them that you cant even hear yourself everybody is so rude and disrespectful the place is super disgusting sticky they never mop they never clean nothing is ever full and also they give you dirty looks like theyre doing you a favor
