Today was my first time at this location and I have to say that I am an extremely satisfied customer. I got there a little after 4 p.m. The guy at the counter was so helpful and patient. He helped me move the items from my broken box to a new one and took his time taping it together to make sure it was secure. He was also knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about box sizes and prices. I really wish I wouldve gotten his name (had glasses and curly hair). The other staff members seems really nice too even though I didnt interact with them. I would be more than happy to come back here for my shipping needs even though its not the closest UPS to me.

Notary wouldn’t help me due to my maiden name being on legal documents for an estate. I have never had an issue with this as advised by my legal firm to have AKA next to signature. The notary was nasty and told me I was wrong...she’s wrong as I’ve had things notarized this way for this estate and was advised by this firm various times to to AKA.

The customer service here was never that great, but Jessica is truly the highlight of this store and the exception. She makes every customer feel special and is the only worker who doesn’t ignore customers who need help immediately. She does what needs to be done and is very courteous to everyone. You can tell she knows what she’s doing as she exudes a subtle air of confidence while performing daily duties. She always seems to be running the store and I doubt it would survive without her. I’m awarding the honorary 5 stars to Jessica, not the store. As an added bonus, I heard she has some insane beer burps! 🍻🍺

The employees at this particular UPS location have repeatedly gone above and beyond (even in ways I cannot mention in this review). Suffice to say they give you the best options to send your packages expeditiously... even if its not necessarily with them. And theyre always, always helpful. If youre looking for a UPS location to send your packages and make sure they get there on time - and if youre looking for a location with friendly and helpful staff, I highly suggest this location. 5 stars, easily.

I love how there is no need to make an appointment with a notary at this place. A notary is always available here, unlike other UPS locations where you need to call and make an appointment first. I had numerous documents to notarize, and some were not straightforward (required notarization of a copy), but the notary was very helpful throughout the process.

Really willing to help customers with service and price. These people know what they are doing and strive to achieve customer goals. They are experienced and can pick up off site at local auction houses. They earned our trust!

This UPS store provides excellent packing and prompt, courteous service. I had an item with fragile glass shipped cross country to my home in Oregon, and it arrived in fine shape. I would definitely use their services in the future. Thanks Jessica!

I picked this location as there was free parking off the street. I use Googles recommendation for the best time to visit and was in and out within 2 minutes. Will definitely use them the next time I require items under 50 lbs to be shipped.

Excellent service. I needed a document notarized. The associate was courteous, helpful and efficient.

John assisted me in the process with returning items through UPS. He gave me great customer service and very knowledgeable in their products. UPS deserves 5 stars due to my most recent experience with John. He went above and beyond with his help.

I came in with a box to send off and the man named John, stood at the desk and didnt greet me or acknowledge me. Apparently he was helping a customer who wasnt standing at the counter and was waiting her to finish doing what she was doing at a different station. My point is, he could have said that instead of ignoring me and and acting like he was oh so intently staring at his screen. Really horrible customer service when I took two seconds and was out of the store. I had to stand there for no reason. So rude.

Great experience from years of using the store for my mailbox needs. The staff is always helpful, and I have used them for shipping, copying and notary services. For a while, this was my office away from home, and I could not have grown my business with the the UPS store as my storefront.
