Our house is running like clock work now after looking at our computer systems, shades, control 4 etc. They have transformed our house from a mediocre system to a high tech well running house. Referrals are the best. I got Force AV from one of my close friends and it was a GREAT referral. I sorta knew what i wanted as a sound system for my condo and they really helped me fine tune the audio/visual plan. We ran into some constraints with the placement of the equipment and came up with stellar solutions. We did have some supply chain issues and they found high quality alternate equipment with similar specs and price points to keep me within budget. What is more important, they are here for the long run and i know if there are any issues i can count on their team.

I called 5 other AV companies and explained what equipment and what I wanted done. It seemed as if they didnt know what I was talking about or simply not interested. When I called Force AV lady in the office was very polite and really wanted to help. She reached out to Brian while I was on the phone and scheduled appointment for same day. Brian was very knowledgeable and had all my devices working and communicating with each other quickly. Now all my entertainment equipment is controlled by voice and I love it. I have never written a review before but felt the need to do so on behalf of Force AV. I had a stellar experience with this company from start to finish. My initial inquiry for a quotation was met with a sense of urgency and a prompt return call to schedule an inspection. Tom toured the house and made recommendations on how to best configure our network. I received their quotation that same evening and had my company’s IT manager review compare their quote and recommendations against another one I had received. My IT rep said Force AV’s price was fair and their recommended system was extremely well configured and utilized top-notch equipment. Upon my acceptance, I was immediately scheduled for installation. The technicians were prompt, neat and extremely knowledgeable. Our network is now up and humming! We have a wide coverage range that exceeded our expectations, it’s super fast and any questions we had were immediately answered (even during the weekend). I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Brian and his team.P.S. As I mentioned above, I initially received a quote from another vendor (Magnolia) and my experience just getting a quotation from them was abysmal which lead me to Force AV. Not only was it hard to coordinate Magnolia to inspect and obtain their quote but their price was significantly higher than Force AV’s. Plus, Magnolia’s components were inferior to what Force AV utilized. We need more companies in this world who operate as professionally and are as caring as Force AV.

They went to my old house disconnected and mounted everything at my new house. They verified everything worked before they left. Work was all very clean. And the price was fair.

We just went through a major home renovation which included a complete update to our audiovisual system including sound system, TV/Entertainment System, Security Cameras and Internet/WiFi. I chose Force AV because they had the highest ratings of all the local companies. When I initially met with Tom Samuelson, I knew he and Force AV were the team for me. My expectations were fairly high, but they blew them away in every way possible. Tom, Chris and the rest of the team Brian has put together are amazing! Tom has always offered cost effective but very high quality options. I never felt pressure to do anything. In the end, I ended up adding to the project because I loved all they had done for me. The sound and picture quality on our Entertainment system are awesome. The Internet/WiFi is way better than ever. And the integrated security/camera system are excellent. But what truly sets them apart is their quality of service. It is truly second to none. For example, I let them know about an issue I was having with my outdoor speakers Wednesday evening just before Thanksgiving. I let them know I did not need it addressed before the holiday. Chris insisted on coming over after hours because he didnt want me to be without those speakers for the holiday with my family. As it turned out, they were working fine, I just had accidentally turned them off. I could easily give other examples. If you are in the market for a quality home AV System, Force AV are the team to use.

Force AV has supplied and installed 3 TVs, a SONOS system, surround sound, Control 4, and other items for us. Their cost was very reasonable, they were prompt and thorough. I have had them back several times to update and enhance the system. They come on time and do excellent work.

Brian works on building a good team. They work well together, they pride themselves on their knowledge and push each other to continue the learning curve. We did a modified install of Savant, Lutron, and Sonos with integration to Hotwire (cable co.) - 7 TVs, two projectors, and ceiling speakers. Any glitches were addressed in a timely manner. This is a good company.
