Our company has been working with AV-Worx for several years. I was hired to help manage our IT infrastructure which includes several complex control rooms, over 30 conference rooms, and 2 auditoriums. The majority of these audio video systems were designed and installed by AV-Worx. Their company also continues to help support the systems for us and we are currently finalizing a new conference room upgrade. My interaction with AV-Worx so far and their team has been top notch. I continue to be impressed with their execution style and processes which are far more superior to any other I have experienced. Though we have had a few delays with the current supply chain issues worldwide they have been great communicators along the way and so far, have exceeded my expectations. In my previous role and company, we used another very large well-known integrator and our company always felt lost in the shuffle. It was a daily challenge to even get someone to answer the phone let alone come to service the audio video systems. I would recommend AV-Worx to anyone who is looking to install or support an audio video system.
