This team helped me with my TV repair and.working with the manufacturer warranty. Have used them twice in the past 5 years and am very pleased.

They were able to help my dad with an issue on our Samsung TV. Not only did they bring it back to life, but also advised my dad how we can mount the tv in our house. 10/10 and would recommend this place for manufactured warranty fixes.

Wonderful TV repair service. They came to my home and took my TV to their repair shop. They told me what part was bad and gave me a price. I was able to source a warrantied used part for much less than their new part and they were ok with that in my situation (Dont assume this practice is ok). They were very communicative and quick. Will use again if I have the need.

It’s been almost 3 months since my 65” inch Samsung was repaired. I wanted to make absolutely sure that I would have no issues. I initially thought the price to fix it was expensive but after shopping around, the quote I received from TVCR was much lower than anyone else around. Dennis helped me and was super professional, didn’t make any promises about the results but provided me with the best starting point to find out what the issue was (I had no idea initially what was wrong) After the initial $50 deposit (goes towards the total) was paid, I dropped the tv off and within the week (5 days) it was fixed! No problems, I love the picture and it was well worth the cost! No complaints whatsoever! Everyone was super friendly, the guys even took the tv out of my car for me. I just had to post this review. I had been looking for a audio/video company to come to my home and take an assessment of my current stereo situation. I went online and found this company very close to my home.I made an appointment and they arrived promptly and proceeded to give me a full detailed proposal of what I actually needed.I choose what I wanted from the proposal and they were there the next day and removed the bad equipment and installed my new unit very professionally. My tech, Tom, was awesome. I highly recommend this company for all of your audio & video needs.You will not be disappointed. Five stars

The staff at TVCR, Inc. are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The diagnostic fee may seem expensive, but the service is quick and repairs reasonably-priced. If they cannot repair a TV, they will recycle it (which requires a $25 fee anyway, anywhere). Also, they are an authorized Samsung repair center, and, in my experience, Samsung stands behind its products. In addition, they carry a range of electronic products, both new and reconditioned, at competitive prices should your TV not be salvageable.

Tom came to house quickly and gave us a great estimate and company provided great service. Also phone assistance by: Fran was very helpful and compassionate as to our tv issue and sale.

I highly recommend this company. I was watching my TV when the picture went out. I called and talked to Fran and she walked me right through my issue and got me working over the phone. Ive used them before and they are very reasonable. Take my word for it, you can trust them.

Everyone especially Fran was extremely helpfully. They are the best with or without a warranty. They are also an excellent Squaretrade service shop.

WOW, had used these guys several years ago, I know change is constant, but in this case not good. The smug tech I spoke with told me, you know the big truck that comes around twice a week, what a rude comment to say to a customer, and then I also noticed he didnt even know what product I was describing, He referred to my DLP as an LCD which it is not. Sony KDS-60A3000, look it up buddy. You guys must be over charging to turn down real money...

One of the inputs on my TV broke off, so these guys replaced it with one that was completely the wrong size and re-assembled the rear I/O shield incorrectly, so I physically could not use one of the HDMI ports without taking it apart and fixing it. They also lost one of the screws.
