This is a very good place to go for car repair. Not just tires eather. Paul called me about a problem my car had that I didnt know about. He was honest and gave me a very reasonable price. They do a nice job I would recommend them for all of your car needs.

Fast and affordable service. When the dealership could not patch my tire and did not have any new ones available due to back order they recommended I bring my car here. They squeezed me right.

Fast, courteous service at a good price! I pulled up Saturday morning with a tire that needed patching after a “big name” tire company told me they were too busy and I needed to leave my car all day. Showed up less than an hour before the shop closed with a screw in my tire. Was referred by a friend because I’m not familiar with the West Palm area as I just moved to Jupiter recently. Paul was incredibly accommodating and was happy to provide service with a smile! They had me back on the road within 30 minutes even though they had other vehicles they were taking care of when I arrived. I did not get the name of the gentleman who repaired my tire but he was quick and efficient and also very kind! I would absolutely make the drive from Jupiter to West Palm for any tire needs in future due to their amazing service!!

The tire service was great. Unfortunately I pushed my luck & had them put in a new battery. The final price was very reasonable but the mechanic was a bit distracted & had to perform the tighten down process twice. It wasnt a difficult job to do, he should have done better. Otherwise the customer service was very good.

Every visit to Caroline Tire is always a great experience. The staff are helpful and nice. I’ve been going here since 2015 and have had no issues with any service I’ve received from them. Unless I move out of the area, I will going here for the foreseeable future.

Been here before to get a tire changed and like the service they provided before, also called around and they had the best pricing for wheel a alignment. So I went in today the guy, just took my car and was driving dangerous with my car testing out the alignment finally he returned, went under the car and said my tie rod was no good and I need new rear tires. He wouldnt do the alignment unless I paid $200 for the tie rod. I went home and looked under the car myself, and it was completly solid with a great boot with 0 tears . So I went to the other caroline tire they took a look at it and said everything under the car suspension wise was fantastic and that the only thing I need was a new front left tire and bam it fixed my problem . Just take what you hear from them with a grain of salt .

ATV Tire Swap: Everyone was so helpful and cool! They removed old tires from my four wheeler rims and put new tires on that I brought. The experience was fast and fun and I will go back for sure!

I always get great service. I had tires changed. Brakes, alignment. Prices are good too.

Walk in to get tires and nobody was at the front desk everyone was in the back playing and laughing waited for about 8 to 10 min and just left never again

NightmareI should have known better after my 30 minute wait on hold to talk to anybody about installing 2 front shocks a tire patch and rotation on my truck that i was making a mistake but i went to caroline tire any way. After several hours of waiting they finished with my truck i paid and left the shop only to discover a god awful grinding noise coming from under my truck. I returned back to their shop for them to inspect what was making the noise which turned into another 4 Hour ordeal of not being able to pin point what was making the horrible noise i ended up driving my truck home. Next day i checked to see if i could tell where the noise was coming from upon my inspection I discovered that the main Bolt securing the shock that they had mounted was missing the washer and nut. Although I was pretty confident that that was not the cause of the noise it was definitely not what I was expecting to see after being installed by a professional mechanic. I also found that both of my vacuum lines for my lock in hubbs mounted directly over my shocks where both broken and where partially engaging while i was driving and the cause of the terrible noise. I strongly recommend not using caroline tire for anything more than a simple tire patch job..

This place is Awesome! Had a screw in a tire on my passenger van with a camping trailer hooked up and a full van. They quickly jacked up the van, took the tire off and patched the tire without me having to unhook the trailer! Super fast service and great price! Adrian the service tech was super friendly and did great work for us! Super accommodating business and great price! Thank you Caroline Tire for getting us up and rolling on the road again!

Java and owner Paul has been the best. I had 2 tires blow in 3 days they got me in and out so quickly and gave us great prices and hospitality. The tires were both in fabulous condition to be consider used! I will continue to always come back for any tire service I need here in West Palm!!! Carolines is truly the best service I have ever had... Treated us like family even spent time with my dog!!!

Came here for the reviews only to find that I’ve had to return twice for the same job and it is still not done correctly. I bought four new tires and an alignment. The alignment was done the first time incorrectly then came back the day after to have to wait another hour+ and it is still not properly aligned...at all. Steering wheel leans to the left and car pulls to the right.Two stars is to at least give credit for the customer service, however the attention to detail the actual work needs to be worked on.

Good place to have your tires and alignment done! Ive been there plenty of times and Ive always had a very good experience, both with the work on my car and with the staff there. Theyre very knowledgeable and very nice and polite... Very attentive towards your costumer needs and concerns as well.

If i could leave no start i would. Took my 2015 M3 to have wheels and tires installed and the facility scratched my rims, to then claim they had nothing in their shop that could do the damage that was done, even thou the rims never left their original packaging until this shop got them out of a box. The person who manages the place became very aggressive and combative when told that they were liable for the damages, and then threw me out of their shop once i mentioned legal action.

This is the 3rd time I come here and it’s nothing but great service. Awesome attitude. And easy to do. No hassle. I really do appreciate this place. I recommend this to my clients, family and friends.

They were pretty awesome!! Had a nail in one of my tires. Brought it in and they immediately fixed with no charge even though I had insisted on paying. Will definitely come back again if I need to. The workers were all very nice!!

Ive been going to Caroline for almost a year now for all of my tire maintenance. The staff are extremely nice & professional & they have the best prices. I HIGHLY recommend them everyone I know with tire issues. I also had my brakes & rotors changed there for a great price. Im also going there this weekend to get one of my sensors changed on my tires.

What happened to this place? Ive been coming here for years... Used to be in and out now theres only 2 employees doing tires and 100 people waiting... Got rid of all the good employees... The whole company now is horrible

Good mechanics, good work & good prices. Warranty is honored.Cleaning up is a problem. Ive used them several times for tires, alignments, oil changes, and mechanical when I couldnt get to my regular place. You go in with a clean exterior/interior/engine and come out with it dirty. They need to clean/wipe up when the work is done.

Had an almost new tire showing a bubble from somewhere else. I was upset! They helped me with the road hazard warranty, found the exact same type tire for me and put it on with no problem. Calmed me down with excellent customer service. Wont go anywhere else now!

My husband just came for your place and the gentleman was very rude. I do not care if you have a bad day. You need to be good with your customers. We always go to the shop at Lake Worth, they are very nice. The place at West Palm Beach sucks!!!!!! January 2nd 4:37 pm He took care of our Nissan Gray Van. They are great theyre very friendly theyre efficient the help you with anything you need to do with your car tires front end alignment I go in I get my tires they always have a great set of tires available they balance the tires till theyre perfect perfect if you ever have any problems with your tires you just take them back and Ill take care of whatever the situation is very friendly people very reasonable rates and you dont have to wait all day to get service I mean they quite honestly you cant beat the cost they are not that expensive there they got all kinds new and used tires they willtake good care of you immediately theres no waitingI have never had better service anywhere else

Good place to get a good used tire

For the most part theyre very good, except I realized they installed the wrong size tire on my car, when I wanted to change it out they didnt have the size that was needed, so well see on Tuesday how things will go

This review is based on my latest experience at this tire shop. I had previously highly recommend them to friends and family but I will no longer do so. I purchased four used tires from them and later experienced an issue with one of the tires shortly after I purchased them. When I called to explain the situation to the person who answered the phone, I was told to hold and then he hung up the phone. I didn’t bother to call back. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning to this shop.

I have been a customer for years :) The prices are great, they help you out in a jam! & the staff is always very efficient and pleasant ... basically this place rocks, highly recommended!

This is not the tire Taj Mahal but if you want fast inexpensive tires it is definitely the way to go.

Went there 2 Times, there was no front desk person. When asked other employees they are rude as hell. waited over 25 min to have someone tell me to come back tomorrow for an alignment (first time at 10 am the second time at 1:00pm)Amazing!!!( I hope the owner can update the customer service)

I called 3 different used tire shops before I call Caroline. No one had the size for my 99 toyota. Caroline had several of them. I paid $35 plus balancing & tax for a excellent not so used tire. The staff were very courteous and especially Jose did excellent job. It was done in less than 20 minutes. I am impressed by the super fast service and quality of the tire. Ill be back.

Great experience. Needed a single used tire and decided to try Caroline Tire our based on the reviews here. I pulled up, a guy walked out and asked what he could do... within 15 minutes I was walking out of there with my new used tire for about $40 including balance. I had the tire loose off the car, so that made it a lot faster, but it was still amazing. Great service and product. Just off Okeechobee in West Palm. Give it a shot.

The manager was told I needed run flat tires on the phone and when I arrived. Not only did I not receive them but I was told by another tire place that one of the tires they did put on my car was in bad condition and considered scrap. The service to change 4 tires was very very long and the manager was very rude was I addressed the problem with him. I was taken advantage of and he wasnt even accurate as to the tires he did put on my car. BMW themselves stated they were not tires that would pass inspection. I would not recommend this shop and if I could give no stars I would. I have contacted my credit card company as I paid for something I did not receive!

Used tires are not my first choice, but sometimes they make since. Caralinas pricing is more than fair when considering the fast service, and straight forward way they try get you what you need. Never have I been sold, simply given their best product and service I requested. These guys make you feel good about throwing them a tip when they recognize you. Great alternative for high mileage vehicles, ones that are susceptible to harsh conditions or a bandaid til a better than used solution is available.

The place is a joke. % people standing around doing nothing while customers wait. Called needing 4 matching tires. No problem. After an absurd wait was told they have NO matching tires. What a waste of time. They get one star because it wont let me leave zero.

When I tell you today was the day from hell dealing with Carolina tires and their pathetic management sad to say I stood there for two hours to just to get 2 tires put on a rim!! No other service other than that honestly a 5 to 10 minute job especially when there’s no one waiting to be serviced.I Watch four vehicles pulled up and leave three employees take a lunch wow ....while my car is still stuck there as I argued with Philip a very unprofessional young manWho is downgraded his employees in front of the other customers I had to have a family member come up there to compromise with them after the fact They made me pay for my service before the tires was finished I wouldn’t recommend this used car new tire company for anyone they are a rip off and they’re very unprofessional!!! Thank you to the Jose who helped me but they really need to stop hiring convicted felons with no experience to deal with the public .

Went there for a small leak in my left-front tire. Showed up and they immediately started on my car. About 20 minutes later it was all set. The best part was the guy refused to take my money. I will definitely recommend them.

I needed one tire to go on my car and I didnt want to buy a brand new one. I looked online an Caroline tire was there and it was great. Purchased it online and went the next morning and it took about 10 minutes. No problems and great service. Will going back whenever I need tires.

These people charged me $80 for a used tire that already had a patch on it. Came back the next day because my tire was leaking, so I went to the store manager and complaint about the tire. He act like I was giving him a hard time!!! Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else. Ripped me off completely. Stoled my $80 and wouldnt even work with me. Go somewhere else people.

Prices are very fair and service is excellent. First visit got an oil change and patched a tire was in and out in under 30 mins. Second visit I waited a while for tires to be delivered but felix at the front more than made up for it and handled it very well. Will be going there from now on.

I went to Caroline Tire to have new brake pads and an oil change. My brakes were making a grinding sound and I called the store to tell them I had just paid to have new pads put on my car, they told me to give it a couple of days because they were new????? I took my car back and asked them to check it, I over heard one of the mechanics say to the manager OMG the brake pads were put on backwards. The manager comes out 30 minutes later and tells me they checked the brake pads and everything was fine. I told him I overheard him and the mechanic talking about how they were put on backwards, he denied it. Funny, now my brake pads dont make grinding noises. This was very dangerous. I took my car somewhere else and explained to them what had happened, and had them checked out. I was told, had I had to stop quickly, my brakes would have failed. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place has gone down hill since Jerry left.

Terrible experience, I came in and was looking for a tire. They did not want to give me the time a day. They said yeah we have your tire and I said can I see it first? Then they said no, forget it, we don’t have it anymore. The whole experience was very shady. It’s like they We’re trying to hide something and didn’t want me to see the tire.
