These guys are awesome. Knowledgeable, professional and efficient. My son has been using them for twelve years. We moved here in 2015. Nobody touches our cars except Donald Murray and his team On the one occasion where we had a weird issue that had to go to the dealer, he didnt jack us around. He said, Sorry, but you gotta go to the dealer for this.I hesitate to write this, because they are always busy, and selfishly, I want to keep getting great and prompt service, so I do not want to give that up. I found a screw in my tire yesterday, and called at 10 minutes to close. The manager hung around to make sure I could have enough air in my tire to get me back today.They were ready to take me at 930 am, but I had a family emergency and couldnt make it until 2:30 pm- when his staff was on lunch break.Because I needed to be at work by 4pm, he stayed on through lunch and fixed my tire HIMSELF- super helpful, super classy, and wouldnt even let me tip him because hes the manager.I have NEVER been treated this well at any other full service center unless I bought my car there first.Thank you for making an incredibly rough week a little easier for me. You have a customer for life.

Ivs always taken my car to the Tire Choice on 441 & Lantana. I went the one on Dixie Highway. They told me I would have to leave my car there for the day to get an oil change. I laughed and walked away.

It was such a tragic day when I woke up to bubble in my tire right after my house burnt down; I googled the neared tire repair shop and all the other guys told me they were “EXTREMELY BUSY” on Labor Day but not Donald! By far the nicest group of people to deal with. I’ve used this location for tire repair, tire changes, and oil changes and couldn’t be happier with my experiences. If you need something done for a great price and want to be treated right, you are doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else.

My experience with this location from start to finish was absolutely impeccable! My initial phone call was handled by Gavion whom I thought was very professional & extremely courteous. I went in to have my four tires replaced in which they ordered for me & even sent pics for confirmation (HOW AWESOME!). While in service I realized they do brakes as well & so Gavion proceeded to prepare an estimate for my front & rear pads. Needless to say I was fitted for 4 new tires as well as new front & rear brakes, I could not have been more pleased! Thanks to the collaboration of Donald & Gavion I drove out feeling well taken care of.... SHOUT OUT TO THE SERVICE TEAM THAT DOES THE LABOR.. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Honestly wont be going anywhere else for general car maintenance. I unfortunately cant remember the gentleman name but hes always there and very nice and honest. To me personally its the staff that makes a business and they do it right there. Whats great is that it seem that they care more about customer satisfaction then money and thats really a big deal. If i could rate 100/10 I would!

My husband contacted me at 7 a.m. and told me his tire got punched at the construction site hes working at. I drove from Deerfield Beach to West palm to pick up the punched tire. I googled this place and took a shot. Not being from the area, its pretty challenging to find a great spot and to get a good deal on a tire . Well, I walked in store manager was nice and was able to get me an affordable tire for my husbands car. Totally recommend!!! For those that are in the area or have emergencies around the area!

I bought a used car and the check engine light came on as soon as I got it. I brought it here and they were so kind to me! They helped me find my issue, filled up my windshield washer fluids, gave it a look and told me it didn’t have any red flags.Today I got a nail in my tire and this was the first place I thought to bring it. I knew the time was coming for new tires and they had a special going, so I feel really good about buying 4 new tires. They were really nice and helpful- I had to bring my two toddlers and it actually wasn’t the unpleasant experience you would expect! My phone died at one point and they let me use their charger.I highly recommend Tire Choice for the great service and a great customer experience. I’ll be back!

Absolutely fantastic service! Curtis, my service agent, was very knowledgeable and personable, he made sure I got exactly what my car needed and even gave me some great tips for future maintenance. I had my brakes, tires, and oil done with Tire Choice completely to my satisfaction! They got everything done in the same day surprisingly fast, and gave me a hefty discount! All told I can not reccomend Tire Choice, or Curtis, more highly and I will definitely be coming back for all my service needs.

A friend of mine went to Tire King in West Palm Beach and was told she needed over $1,000.00 to fix her rear brakes that were worn out!! I referred her to Tire Choice, part of the same company I work for in NC. She was treated respectfully and told that all she needed were brake pads. Tire Choice in West Palm Beach fixed her brakes for under $200.00 !!! Thank you for the honesty and respect you showed my friend while she was in Florida, she was almost in tears until she found you open on Saturday afternoon !!Thank you again Donald !!!
