I’ve been at other Jiffy lubes..but this one is the best honestly. Ask for Jordan he’s awesome he will work with you, an let you know what your vehicle needs. Customer service has always been good the 7 times I’ve went. Very good team they got there.

All Jiffy Lubes are not the same! This one has fast and friendly service. They explained everything clearly and performed all services with care. Also the headlight restoration service was a huge improvement for nighttime vision. Thanks guys, I will be back.

The visit went well, the cost was more than expected but worth it. The guys are nice and seem to work well as a team. They were patient with me asking questions, so thats good.I didnt wait long.

I went in for an oil change, 1. I wasn’t greeted, I’m a single lady, so it’s always weird to go to a place like this alone without someone that’s knowledgeable about cars. 2. I asked if the service provides check breaks and anything else. The service guy told me yes, he gave me an option to sit in the waiting room or I can stay In my car. My car takes synthetic oil. I had one coupon I think for $5 off. This guy was charging me $120 for an oil change on a 2017 Jetta. I said all the years of having this car, I never paid $120 for an oil change. 3. Then he tells me that my back left rare breaks is at 2 and how I needed to change the Rooters and break pads. All the expenses came up to $580. They didn’t reset my mileage on my car.. then after telling him I do not want to do my breaks, he then charges me $85 for my oil change. Which is the typical cost for my oil change. I wasn’t happy with the service. These guys was definitely looking or trying to take advantage of me. Long story short I went to get a 2nd opinion and they told me my breaks wasn’t at a 2. It is currently at a 6. These people are liars. If your a young lady by your self. Please take someone with you if your going their to have other things done to your car other than an oil change. This particular jiffy lube is not honest. Money hungry

When they forget to secure your under skirt and blame you. They told me I hit something and thats how 9 bolts that were not put back in fell out. The manger and district manger are useless. The store manger totally disrespected me, he took a video on his personal phone after I requested him not to do that unless he was using a company device. They basically laughed in my face about the entire situation. The store manger looked at bumper and has no clue what he was looking at, these tech are not body shop mechanics or ASE certified they should not be degrading a customer. The body shop now informed me that the bumper cover will cost me 2,000.00.

On my experience, Jiffy Lube personnel at this location is very courteous and diligent to attend your cars needs. Tina particularly was very kind and helpful on making sure my car was well taken care of. The rest of the crew works like a well oiled machine (pun intended 😉) moving you in and out of the lanes as you remain in your car while its being serviced. Will definitely come back again when my car needs another oil change or similar.

If your retired or have then entire day off this is the place for you. 2 hours waiting for an oil change until I finally got fed up and left. When I arrived they told me 20-30 min. The dealership does oil changes faster. Watching the cars in front of me take 30+ minutes for each oil change seems long to me. I will NEVER EVER use this location again. The staff stands around and slow walks everywhere. 1-2 people working while the rest watch or stand in front of the portable AC is BS. No communication at all until I asked to be backed up so I can leave. Thanks for wasting my (and the other clients) time. No respect at all.

Store is supposed to open at 8 . Its now 15 minutes after and there is not a single person on site. There is a company here to deliver batteries as well with no one to except the delivery. Not to mention my kids are with me

I went in for an oil change and that was fairly quick they were supposed to check a lot of things the tire pressure the fluids and so on they didnt. Check the tire pressure on one side of the car and not the other I asked them to check the brakes because I thought the backs near to be replaced they said they did but they did not you have to pull the wheel off to do that and they gave me a price of it the next day just under $600 when I check the brakes myself they did not need to be replaced the only way you can check them Mr. Pulled the back drum off which they did not sow is foreign oil change I say OK anything else not so much not very impressed

I did not have to get out of my car with my toddler. It is very convenient for me. Also, the customer service from the people I encountered during my visit was professional. It was easy and quick. I will come back .

Went to 3 other JL for oil change Mercedes, couldnt be done, no filter because of covid, these guys actually order the filter and got it in 20 minutes.

I recently went to this location while visiting from NJ and needed my tires rotated and car inspected before going home to NJ. The wait was over an hour, but Shane went above and beyond to get me in an out as quick as possible because I was with my very young son who is a handful. I was recommended by a friend and was told Matt and Shane are amazing!!!! This Jiffy Lube truly went Above my expectations and made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape for my long journey back to NJ!!

Jiffy Lube at least at this location, on 2800 Okeechobee in West Palm Beach Florida, is always absolute perfection. I was helped by Jordan Adames, who was personable and whos customer service skills are stellar. Throw this man in any field in customer service and I guarantee hed kill it. You can tell this location cares about what they do and the quality of their work. They make suggestions for what your car needs without being pushy and making you feel pressured, with even estimates given, if you decide to use them later. Makes price matching easy.I had an oil change and my coolant changed. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Their speed blows me away every time and Ive never had any problems with any of their work. This is my go to place. Ive had my car ruined by a cheaper oil change place in the past, but this location proves some cheaper places dont sacrifice quality when they have passionate people who pride themselves in their work. The crew here is everything, without them, I wouldnt have as much trust in Jiffy Lube to be honest.So I want to give a shout out to all the hardworking people that I noticed even though Im probably missing some: Jordan Adames, Damian P, Michael G, Alejandro M, Charles D. Mercedes Benz dealer did not have a new battery for my E-Class so I searched and found an equivalent one at Jiffy Lube. Tina was very professional in the phone as was Charlie. The mechanic, whose name I did not get as well as the site Manager with both extremely helpful, listened to all my concerns and addressed them all. Definitely would recommend!

I went in to get my brake pads done and the manager Travis took very good care of me. I had mentioned that I was hungry and Travis was able to arrange for me to get Chic Fil A down the street! The service took about an hour or so which flew by and the customer service was all around great. I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Theyre always nice and professional and at this location, but almost always understaffed. Today someone who arrived a full 25 minutes after me in another lane got service before me. I have to plan to be there for a good 1.5 hours or I will get impatient and miss my other appointments.

Well on a trip from New York to Florida I stopped in to get my oil changed and to my surprise I did not have any radiator fluid the gentleman was so helpful he went the extra mile above and beyond to assist me I believe his name was Travis very outstanding professional truly a lifesaver because I could have blown my engine thank you so much I recommend this place to anyone and the cost was reasonable also

Today driving on i95 I ran over an item that destroy my splash shield on my car. The team without hesitation helped me with this issue, by removing the whole piece at no charge nor pressure for some gratuity. However I did provide a tip for the service man even though they weren’t asking I felt the need with how respectful and caregiving the team was, I had to show my appreciation by many thank you and tokens. Definitely will be bringing services to this location for how fast the service was Thank you guys again!

Matt and Travis provided exceptional, high quality customer service. I had my tire pressure checked, topped all fluids, Windshield wipers changed, and oil changed in 20 min. I sat in the car during this time and they offered cold AC inside the car until the service was Completed. By far, this was the Fastest and most efficient service I’ve visited prior to and after covid times.

Travis was professional and totally advised me as well as recommended what I needed without a high price!! Travis and his crew exceeded any past experiences I have had. Truly an asset and recommend his services!!! His whole staff was also a delight!

Service after the oil change has been a nightmare, after paying 120$ for an oil change and air filter, but my oil dipstick is broke off inside the vessel. They will not answer my phone calls, messages, I even tried to contact a corporate company and still no response.

Joel, Tina, Cesar, and Joshua are truly amazing .. very fast service and truly helpful.. everyone gave me great advices that I asked for.. PS. I asked a lot of questions and they all was patient with me.. that made me feel very excellent and my day most definitely went better as well with the energy they left me with. The service is ok, except when theyre trying to sell you everything in the book with out knowing what has been replaced, I recommend the techs have access to carfax so they dont make those kind of mistakes. For my first time at this jiffy lube was not a good experience!

Generally fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Consistently in and out within 1 hour. I dont know much about cars but at other establishments Ive experienced the men try and over sell me services that are not necessary. This Jiffy Lube the people that work here are friendly and helpful without being pushy and deceiving.

Had a Groupon and they tried to charge me the regular price minus the Groupon amount I paid. What was the point of getting a Groupon if Im being charged the same amount. They try to rip you off at this place. Had a horrible experience and wont be going back. They wouldnt give me corporate phone number to call.

Did a simple inspection on a 18,000 mile jeep patriot...did not pass becuase it needed new wipers and air cabin filter...price from jiffy lube $20 for wipers $50 for air cabin filter (i see them in walmart from 8.99 to 30 for a k&n cabin filter)On top of that, on the ride home the jeep felt different. I opend the hood and they didnt even finish re-installing the air intake. If it were someone elses car, theyd possibly drive it that way untill their next oil change!Just re-check what they did before you leave their garage!

I received and oil change and radiator fluid flush. It was so quick and efficient. I got to sat in my car with a cool fan blowing on me and use their free WiFi. Matt was nice and professional and gave me some recommendations that I definitely follow up with him on. A typical mechanic would have take at least an hour and a half . I was in and out in about 20 mins!

Always fast and friendly service. As a businessman, I give them credit for trying to upsell. Although, the cost of their services are often double or triple the price elsewhere. Just an oil change please!

Went in due to a rounded head on my oil plug that I was unable to remove. The reason for the 2 stars is because they really tried to take it out for an hour and were courteous. Pepboys did not even bother trying. I really appreciated their efforts. Ultimately they were unable to get it out and charged me for an hour of labor which was completely fair.They gave me a quote to replace my oil pan which I decided to check out hyundai to see what the price difference would be which was very minimal to my surprise. Only $10 dollars more expensive at the dealership.Later that night, as I am pulling out the car did not sound right. I opened the hood and the oil cap was missing. The $100 trip could have easily turned into thousands if something would have gone inside the engine. I parked, and went to buy a replacement oil cap due to not wanting to drive the car without it. The next morning I went to jiffy to see if they had the oil cap as I would prefer to have my OEM cap than any other. The guy that helped me the day before had it ready for me and just apologized for it. I left it at that.While we are human and make mistakes, but that was a pretty big mistake. I will not be using any jiffy lube in the future due to this experience.

I paid an extremely costly amount for an oil change, the highest Ive ever paid actually. I went to another shop to get me car a tune up because they were a lot less expensive. At the shop is where they showed me that my oil had in fact NOT been changed!! The store hasnt returned my call or responded to any e-maisl of mine. Very disappointed.....

Took my car for an oil change, paid the $75 (with discount). To find out 2 weeks later out of luck, the oil was never changed.Paid for transmission fluid to be changed & lately the transmission has been acting up, something has never happened before. Found out the fluid quality and density wasn’t proper for this car

Went in for an alignment about an hour before closing. Even though they were in the process of closing the lane, the staff reopened the lane and made me feel welcome. A full alignment was completed in roughly 35min. Great improvement in vehicle handling afterwards. A+ service. Thank you 😊

Three stars because I’ve been calling all morning and afternoon with no response. In the Afternoon all you get is a busy tone. I had to show up to find out more information about their services because their website is not clear. Lucky I gave you three stars and not one because of the nice gentleman working and doing everything by himself. It’s unfortunate when they let go of customer service standards like answering the phone And having more people on staff.

They do awesome work. First and foremost, have great customer service. So welcoming and also keep you informed of what service was done on your car. Makes sure you understand everything that was done. I am from Miami and this was in West Palm. I feel the need to leave from Miami, just to go back to them because I know my car is in great hands!

Went today for an oil change and they told me my brakes were on the brink of being unsafe! Gave me a quote for almost $450 for pads and rotors!! I maybe a blonde women but I am not uneducated!! I have been changing my own brakes since I was teenager when my dad made me learn! So I go buy brake pads knowing I have a medical trip on Wednesday for my disabled toddler and when I take my tires off the pads are no where near worn!! How dare you!!

They blew my head gasket buy putting the hoses to the thermostat in backwards theyre incompetent I will never go there again they charged me for things my car didnt need and its still not fixed

I only come in when I don’t have the time to change my own oil. They do a great job when it comes to actually doing the work. However, be informed on what your car actually needs. I came in having already changed my transmission oil, new tires and wheels, and rear differential fluid and they told me I needed all of that. Don’t be taken advantage of.

I was an solid location at first, the customer service went down a bit but thought nothing of it still. Until they broke my key and didnt think they were responsible. Now granted the mgr was trying to help. Well kinda of, if youre tell ME to go on ebay and buy the replacement when they should have or me going to home Depot to get the key made which I already knew this wouldnt work because you have to program the key as well and I once he caught up to that thought he said he wasnt going to do it saying my ignition is too hard to turn and start my car. Really my car is new just hit 100 thousand miles 2011 nothing is wrong with starting my car last time I was there or the time before that. He tried to justify that my key was already loose and pointing at the replacement when we all know that replacements are never really exactly identical to the original part. Its just unfortunate that Ive been going to that location for about 7 years strong and I will never go again because of what happened to me. Even considering not going to any other location either.

I came in and got the full royal treatment from PJ, the manager. He was able to diagnose my car troubles and offer a complete plan to keep me on the road. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend them for your car service needs.

Ive been to this location before as well as other jiffy lube locations because, of their commitment to treat customers the proper way. These guys care about your needs and how important it is to care for your car. Everytime i go i run into someone new (that I haven’t run into before). John, who is a mechanic worked on my Hyundai and explained the importance of what needed fixing and how it helps the overall driving experience. Not only do they tell you the part needing replacement, they also show you in person. Jiffy lube has a great experienced team that takes pride in their job.

My first time visiting Jiffy Lube and the service here was great. They are a very busy location and for good reason. The staff and the service are great. The assistant manager PJ was so courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very upfront and were not shady at all. They showed me everything they were doing and actually helped educate me on the proper care of my vehicle. As a woman who knows nothing about cars this was so important for me. Would highly recommend this location and will definitely be back in the future.
