The staff was polite but overworked and overburdened. They failed to stick to the deadlines. I think they need more people to lend a hand. It must be fixed.

There was too much micromanaging there. Upper management was way too involved on the day-to-day operations. They would also talk badly about employees in front of their peers, and they were constantly bashing them. Every person in the upper management team played the power struggle game

I worked here for a really short time before I decided to go running out the door. The people here were rude and unprofessional. I wont sugarcoat anything but they dont know how to get along with other people. The hostile environment was too much. Working here for a few months felt like forever and Id dragged myself to work because I wasnt enjoying it. If youre considering working here, please think twice.

Ordered my tires over a week ago and still not received them or had any communication as to when they will arrive. They state on their website faster tire distribution but my experience to date has been anything but disappointment.

The staff here are rude. They look down on some employees like us, and they constantly belittle us. Its terrible because theres really nothing we can do since management itself is inconsiderate to us. They dont provide any support nor have any communication. Working here has been one of the most stressful periods of my life.

Theres not a lot of choices, then you have to endure the long wait because they lack the manpower. No one can bring your car back to you.

They claim to have bigger, better and faster distribution, but they are all claims. Delivery time takes at least a week because they have to order your orders as well. They dont have an assortment of products in stock.

This is the only NTW. Riviera beach FL. I have been to that takes more than 3 hours to unload a fair amount of freight. The manager it’s very rude to me and all other drivers that work for my company.He even said to me then don’t come here anymore. I’ll make sure they remain stock up. And that’s the payback.We professional drivers move America on 18 wheels.No appreciation what so ever.Very unprofessional manners.

I have worked here for a while that I have witnessed how managers micromanaged the employees. They dont trust anyone at all to the point of hovering over ones shoulders. Its annoying, awkward and doesnt help at all. It just makes working uncomfortable because you cant fully show your potential with someone always looking at you and monitoring you.

Lack of resources is making things difficult for employees. They are asked to adjust a lot and compromise on almost everything.
