I liked that they have fully stocked phones. The location is centrally located and the staff was super nice, would definitely recommend 👌

My fiance and I, have been to several Metro Pcs stores and we have never been treated so well. We stopped by one in Crosstown plaza for the first time and it was such a great experience. Lee was exceptional. She recommended various phones that would meet our needs, also took her time with us and really showed that she cared. We are both beyond satisfied with the service given to us. Will definitely be going back to this location and recommending Lee to others.

We went to Metro PCS to get a new phone. The store was very clean and looked so nice. We also went to competitors and their stores looked very dinghy compared to Metro PCS. Adam was the representative that helped us and he was soooo nice and super helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. I would recommend this store and either Adam or Omar for any and all of your cell phone needs! We need more people like this in stores. Great location and employees

Manager Lee was awesome. I went in for a new phone. She understood exactly what i was looking for and help get me the perfect phone. Also gave me a discount for bundeling and getting acouple accessories with my phone purchase.

I love this store. Everyone is so polite and willing to help you out. Ive been coming for years and all my problems always get resolved. Amir usually attends me but he was on vacation so I went to Lee to help me out. Lee is awsome and gives me great deals, recommended me a GREAT phone which I am in love with. the other staff members are great aswell😊

This location lied about the quality of phones I was getting. They advertised model A20 for free but sent me home with some Foxx model claiming they had the same features and specs. These Foxx Mirro phones are less than 1/4 in quality and specs than the A20. To fix this error they want to charge me over $700 to replace the phones. Boost Mobile is giving them away for free. Im leaving Metro PCS after 6 years and going to Boost
