Went to this store and tried to return 3 pair of shoes I purchased online that was too small for my son. The manager had me waiting for 10 min while they Call district manager. They reported they can’t accept my return because it would put them negative in sales . Not customer oriented. I’ve never had this happen to any other stores.

Manager and her crew are awesome. Always helpful and attentive. Greeted every time that I go into the store as well. the store is always organized, cleaned and in great shape. Definitely buying and recommending this store to all of my friends and family.

The staff here was great. I had a coupon that was not working on the register & they took the time to reach out to corporate to figure things out. I dont shop often because shoes are pricey. They do run some good promos once or twice a year.

Customer service sucks . They don’t got no good shoes

No customer services at all. Called about an update on my order, Ester who was the the associate who picked up the phone was snobby from the start. She stated I can’t pick up my shoes because they didn’t have them I asked why I didn’t get notify from the store and she just gave me attitude and said she doesn’t know why. I then asked can I get them ship to my house instead. She then started screaming on the phone and said WE DONT HAVE THEM I CANT SHIP IT TO YOU. I asked her not to yell I was just asking instead of me picking them up I would just like them ship to my house and she said she couldn’t do that she then hangs up the phone on me. Worst customer service ever! Do better.

The worst place to go to. I placed an ordered online and had it shipped to the store (big mistake) it was my first time ordering and shipping to store and this store was the only one that had the shoes my husband needed and wanted. the people who work there were not attentive nor interested in assisting you at all. my husband signed for the ordered and he wanted to make sure that the shoe fit and the jerk that we were dealing with was too busy trying to get rid of him instead of being more cooperative. I am not going to continue writing about these uncooperative individuals because they are not worth it but never again. what a waste of a payroll!!!!

Good customer service when I went in, as for big releases kinda wasted my time when I waited for the masters bc they had just one pair per size n a very long line that I was near the front of. Unless you get there very very early dont bother camping out for hot releases there. I got there at 4am on Saturday, people that got there shoes were there Friday morning/afternoon.

The manager (Joe) was extremely helpful and reserved a pair of shoes for my son and found matching socks. They had a variety of product in his size on sale.

This is the worst store period!! Store manager JOE refuses to release my child shoes stated I cancelled my order which then I called costumer services and was told that his stated was false!! I then called the complaint line and they tried contacting the store and he refuses to answer.... next step was me writing a personal letter to footlocker!! I will never ever shop at this location ever Joe is a complete A** Hole!! But I will be going back to this store to pick up my shoes with the police!!!
