I Iove Capital One Café..the coffee is excellent and the service is fantastic. The environment is clean, and I get half price drinks when I use my Capital One card during a purchase. The hours are convenient as well. Thumbs up!

This place is top notch and an overall great concept. Capital One has taken banking to another level. The coffee shop and bank features are a great way to enjoy a good atmosphere and take care of your money. I was impressed by the quality of the drinks. I’ve visited this cafe multiple times. There lattes and tea mixes are great. They also have conference areas for you to reserve if you would like to bring your team in for a meeting. There are multiple study rooms called “nooks” that you can quietly and comfortable get work or school work done. The WiFi is free and fast. There are classic board games for you to enjoy with friends or family. To top it all off capital one is very active in hosting various events.

Im new to Florida just moved here from Indiana so I went to the Café because we dont have any in Indiana unfortunately I wasnt able to complete what I wanted to however the politeness friendliness and care of ALL the staff members surpasses ANY financial institution I have ever used before thank you so much for your help!!!

LOVE this place. They have a conference room for meetings. Coffee and snacks, 50% off coffee if you use your Capital One card. Get the nitro brew. It’s real nitro and very smooth. Some of the best I’ve had. This is the way banking should be. They have all kinds of events and training. Plus zero fee accounts. Plus free Andes mints.

Never fully understood Capital One’s venture into the coffee business, but this particular location at least is a big win. Beautifully architected space and friendly employees who aren’t too friendly like Starbucks. Wish I had one near me.

Great place. Excellent friendly service and if you need to use an atm, you can here. Also of needing Wi-Fi coffee chill time, everything is here. Easy street parking or at cityplace garage across the street. Indoor ans outdoor seating makes afternoon tea or coffee a perfect R&R time. Cold hot frozen and espresso coffee is offered. A very interesting concept.

Haven’t had a chance to stop in as of yet, but looking forward to being able to soon. According to the passing by & the reviews I’ve just come across, it appears they’re reputable & the time spent between coffee & banking, it’s an 100% positive pleasure doing business @ this location. Been with Capital One over a decade. Never had a problem. Suddenly theyre demanding that I electronically send them a photocopy of my license. I dont want to for various reasons. They wont unlock my account unless I comply. Id rather close out the account than be strongarmed into compromising my identity. Now theyre refusing to apply my rewards balance to the account balance. I tried to accommodate them by providing my ID to an employee at the cafe. Theyre still demanding that I comply with theyre demands. Why is this major corporation holding my 13 year old credit card hostage in order to obtain a photocopy of my license? No work around, no other option other than to submit to their will. I cant even close the account!

Brilliant concept and execution by Capital One. Pleasantly surprised to receive 50% drinks for being a card holder! Very modern looking space with great, helpful staff. Came here 3 times during a short stay nearby.

Four people on duty yet the cafe is closed for seating or standing for a few minutes ? The doors are open, masked but you practically cant spend a minute to sip coffee with no seating outside . Why be open if customers cant do anything ?

The new barista needs training. I came here three times over a span of two months and every time she has no idea how to make a basic latte or ice tea. Always wrong size, too much ice. Gives me watered down latte in a huge cup. It’s frustrating. Gives Peet’s coffe a bad name. The coffee is gross here now bc of the barista. It used to be great, good texture proper ratio of milk to espresso to ice. Now it’s a mess. It’s one barista who’s always there no shift changes. She’s clueless. Please train her or hire someone else.Update : there are different baristas now and the coffee is back to normal. Tastes amazing and great texture. They steam the milk even for the iced drinks which gives amazing texture to ice lattes. One of a kind coffee shop. Love it. Thanks for making changes and responding to customer feedback.

Great place - imagine a classy Starbucks with meeting areas plus banking services in addition to financial seminars.Great upbeat atmosphere in a modern and colorful environment. The only problem is access to parking - there is garage parking walking distance but no shelter from rain when walking from parking to building and no handicapped parking with access to building.I recommend you try it out

Excelent banking place

We came to lets do the blackened chicken, add broccoli, in like a garlic olive oil saucy thing. She goes back to talk to the chef. She comes back to me and explains that their pasta is made with milk. She says they have a zucchini noodle. In the end, I got a great dish! The blackening was delicious! Thank you to Francis and the chef!

I absolutely LOVE it at this cafe! Ive been here a number of times and the customer service is absolutely amazing--I feel like Im at a 5-star resort when Im there with the Capital One Ambassadors throughout the cafe ensuring your experience is a high-quality one! Its kid friendly, with kids games on certain tables. It features free rooms for meetings and independent work, free conference room spaces, and state-of-the art design (including a conference room set aside for use by nonprofits, which is awesome). And the coffee and food are great too! I highly recommend you visit at least once!

Good luck dealing with their clunky computers and verification via phone. Really difficult. Ive opened many accounts over the years but never encountered such an automated nightmare. I programed code before and know how to input data, but capital one is ridiculously frustrating. Took an hour at the cafe just to open a 360 acct. with the ambassador who had to call the help line numerous times. Cant t add joint or beneficiary... so much trouble unlike any other bank Ive dealt with that I will let them keep the bonus and Ill keep my money and sanity.

Went in around 9 A.M. for a sandwich and a coffee and got them for free with a Capital One card. The service was amazing! Comfy cafe and friendly service. Coffee was good especially with condensed milk! Definitely gonna switch to it for banking.

Great concept by Capital One. While we stayed in the area, I came here all the time to study. 1/2 off coffee for Capital One cardholders is a great benefit and all the coffee and tea we tried was delicious. The nitro cold brew is incredibly smooth and the fog teas are a sweet treat.As far as the banking side, its unlike any other bank. The banking staff is there to facilitate rather than just to sell you products you dont need. The savings rates are great as well.

Went to deposit money to my daughter’s account and the ATM took the money but it did not deposit it in her account. She now missed payments and will have to pay extra money on those accounts. Money she does not have. She called and she was told they can probably give her a temporary credit for n 3 days. I know it’s not my account, but still. This is my daughter’s first bank account and she is very disappointed because of this situation. She did not want an account at Chase or Wells Fargo because she thought Capital One would give her better service and now this. Extremely disappointed and upset about my daughter’s situation.

This is the best kept secret. There is a variety of freshly made coffee to choose from. The tea is is delicious too. They have free wifi. The atmosphere is very inviting, soothing and pleasant. The employees are friendly, easy going and helpful. This coffee shop is by far the best.

Spoke to account manager of Capital One “Ann” (who didn’t want to provide her last name) ID # IMV667, she spoke over me and was at one point yelling over me on the phone worst customer service of all time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN COMING HERE. Go to an actual bank this is a scam. As a single mother this was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I hop no one has to go through what I went through. Customer service is about hearing the clients concerns and making it right did not care at all about me or my family.

I have been here a few times over the past 3-4 months and really enjoy their Petes coffee. The staff is always friendly and even though it is a bank/coffee place they dont pressure you to get an account or anything like that. They often will give you free coffee coupons as well. Has an ATM in the foyer as well as some nice tables, and kids games.

If you want a cup of coffee, this is your place. If you want to complete a bank transaction, forget it!!

We were visiting West Palm Beach for a short weekend trip and were walking towards Ciy Place when we happened upon the Capital One Cafe. I am a fan of Peets Coffee and thats what they serve there so I had to go in and get a cup. It was quite warm outside.But the air conditioning was nice and cool. There was also flavored coffee and tea available as well. Nice big industrial space with plenty of seating. Pet friendly as well. I love the idea of combining banking and coffee in one spot!

Perfect place to escape the heat and have a good coffee or tea. Lots of room to chill or play basketball, board games or have a meeting.

Be careful of Capital One, especially if you are a student and they want to give you a credit card. In addition, there are scammers out there saying they are from Capital One. Best to keep away.
