Great outdoor tables to sit with a coffee and friends! Right in front of starbuck

Great service and friendly smiles. The coffee is on par as one of the best out there. I came in the morning around 10:30 and was slightly busy but the line moved fast. They got my order correct and there was plenty of seating. The WiFi service was very fast. The bathroom was very clean and no password lock on them. Which makes it easier to use than the hassle of waiting in line to find a code.

Nice place to stop and grab a cup of coffee. There are plenty of seats inside and outside if you rather catch a breeze.

I feel discriminated I came in with basketball shorts and a T-shirt. I ordered my food and tried to pay with a $50 bill. Now before anyone says its normal keep in mind Rosemary Square is a high end tourist attraction. The people that come here have money and so do I. I was denied the transaction.

Every morning I order the same breakfast and coffee for delivery, every morning this place forgets to include the Sriracha sauce that they charge extra for.Honestly how hard is it for you to throw a damn sauce packet in a food bag before it goes out?

Dirties Starbucks I have ever been. I wait for 15 minutes for my coffee. The baristas didn’t know what they were doing. This place was really bad.

Went on a Saturday afternoon when Starbucks was quiet.It was the slowest and most inefficient Starbucks I have ever been in.

From lake wrth starbucks to this location both the worst ive had how do u have no sugar Publix is right there go grab a bag ur a running business team work makes the dream work. Starbucks has serious issues since covid theyve gon down hill big time i dunno i may b done with this Corporation n there coffee!

Great top quality service. 10/10For starters Im an old time person, I dont know jack about online reviews so here I am with my grandkid helping me make this!!Ive beem coming to this starbucks for the past year since Ive moved here from michigan and Im always welcomed in by the baristas! My grandkids told me i can leave this for others to see what a great place this is. My most reason for this is to say Thank you to Brenda!! She hasnt been on shift but still greets me with warmth and a laugh to cherish. The workers here actually care about all the hoots we go through so drop by here and get you something!

Very unhappy with my most recent experience. The woman with the blue hair accused me of stealing a cookie... after I paid for a large order. I asked for 2 and was only charged for one. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.

If you are looking for a quick stop and grab-not the place. I had to wait over 20 minutes (plus approximate time for brewing) today for a simple Frappuccino. It is not easily accessible, streets around it are closed for repairs. Not the best experience.If you are okay with parking at the nearby garage, walking through fences and long wait, you’ve found a match!

We had a Starbucks after we sightseeing in city area. This is one of my favourite White Chocolate Mocha. Staff is friendly. Outdoor is more better to seat and chill. If you are near by, come and grab a cup of Starbucks.

This was one of the SLOWEST Starbucks I have been in since moving from California.We came in here to kill some time before going on the nearby duck tour.Hubby and I each had a black coffee, they did need to brew some for us, but it seemed to take longer than it should have. My dad splurges on a frozen beverage from Starbucks 3-4x a year, we noticed his drink took a really LONG time to come out.The place wasnt too crowded, so its surprising that it took so long.There is ample seating indoors, as well as outdoors. There was some comfy looking patio furniture outside, some of which was in the shade.We were here on a rare freezing cold FL day, but if it had been warm it would have been nice to sit outside and people watch.The people working here were pleasant, so Ill go with 3 stars for the rating.

Its Starbucks. You already know what its like at a Starbucks. This is the same as any other Starbucks. But they have coffee and its good so that alone is worth 4stars

Out of peppermint for hot chocolate, and after checking they said my order of the regular coffee of the day would have to be brewed. Took about 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get two drinks. Sheesh.

Great coffee. Cool environment. Excellent staff. If you want to stop for a quick coffee before going H.A.M. down clematis street this is the place.

Nice and cozy place. It was a long waiting line (it needs more employees for these hours), but the few employees whose were there showed good service attitude.

Right in the heart of Rosemary Square. Get a coffee and enjoy the outdoors in the square. Located on the side of the Harriet Himmel theater.

Bathrooms disgusting in this Starbucks. Manager was not in today was the reason or excuse? for the horrible mess. Staff like to have a reason for mess but cant just say sorry and fix it in a minute.

Fast and efficient service got my coffee and, I was on my way in less than 2 minutes. Friendly service, and helpful staff made for a great visit. Kudos to all that work at this Starbucks.

This Starbucks at City Place is the worst I have been. We ordered 2 capuccinos and they were less than half of the cup. The place is dirty, there was not water, nor half and half.Young managers and employees dont keep place vlean. Coffee was still good.

Starbucks is always a hit and miss for me, thats why I prefer the local mom&pop coffee shop. This time in particular, Starbucks at city place, on a Friday night, service was extremely slow. I saw frustrated faces but no complaints, at least not obvious complaints. Though amicable, the crew on board showed no sense of urgency to get drinks out in a timely manner.

Its your average Starbucks with its comfortable, familiar menu of over extracted espresso and diabetes in a cup. Great if you just need a coffee thats marginally better than a McCafe, but not as good as local cafes within a few miles of this place.

Love this Starbucks location, one of the few remaining that offer coffee brewed on the exquisite Clover machine. Staff is awesome and the Manager goes out of her way to make sure sure your visit is perfect.

The staff this store is always been friendly, the service is always been quick and effective, and their products are always tasty and afresh quality. This is one of my favorite Starbucks in West Palm Beach to stop by and I have stopped by there often

Starbucks at City Place has a Clover machine. Im a Clover enthusiast. I like it here also and actually go out of my way to get here. Nice baristas make it even better.

... #LOVEMYPRESIDENT ! and ever since a starbucks prejudicial (anti-#MAGA!) incident after the election, I quit going to starbucks .. fast fwd to now/almost 2 years later .. and people are getting it .. the econ, less regulations, fake news and how much its evident our president Trump truly loves America, etc .. with that said, I will tell you that this Starbucks is one of the best Iv ever been to ..! Yes right in my hometown of West Palm Beach, FL ..! and Iv been to many, all over the nation, with some even in other countries .. Iv seen fannnntastic starbuck locations ..! but this one surely rounds out the top 5 in staff, product, attitude, preparation, and facility .. I had to go Cleveland Clinic and (blood test) couldnt eat/drink so when I was done I asked where nearby and felt like a rat in a maze finding this place because of all the revamping of cityPlace courtyard square .. I will also tell you I hav a penchant for the new blonde espresso .. (yummm) I get a quad-shot w/a little frothed milk and its like revisiting the god-shot I made myself on my expobar brewtus III, mazzer mini stepless grinder, using intelligentsia coffee (dot) com black cat roasted beans .. but all of that was thou$ands and I get very similar from starbucks now.. wound up getting a lb (employee Sabrina!) picked the perfect grind for me .. starbucks Blonde Espresso .. n I make it with a regular drip cuisinart, go figure . the employees were terrific (Raven!) and I hav a regular go-to location because while palm beach lakes is terrific too, this one grinds my blonde espresso Perfectly .. !! I dont hand out 5 stars easily, so this location earned it .. ! If you mention my name Capri you get a free sample try of the Coffee of the Day .. (hah) . yes kidding there because this is not typing out as fluidly as I want as the cursor keeps moving .. boils down to 5 strong stars here .. roped-off, GPS/compass-using, bored-security guard asking, dirt, rocks, dust and noisey construction area n all .. !

This is an excellent location for a starbucks and has a lot of traffic from CityPlace. The staff is hard working and gets your drinks accurately and quickly. I work from this starbucks many times to get out of the home office and always am able to find table space as well as power outlets. The staff always greats everyone who walks in the door. Around lunch time and after school the local Dryfoos Art School students come in and it can get a bit crowded then but still comfortable with plenty of seating and clean restrooms. Would highly recommend this location.
