AMAZING!!!!This was my first time visiting this location of Salad Shop (they had 2 locations before, but now they only have 1 due to the pandemic), and it was SPECTACULAR!First of all, their service was super friendly. They did not rush me to order, instead they helped me select my order based on what I like. They have variety kind of food, such as different kinds of salad, souls and sandwiches. I chose their Sunny Kale Quinoa Salad add ham, and a small chicken noodle soup, and BOTH OF THEM WERE TASTY and DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE.The place was very clean and organized, and to me, this is a big deal given the whole on going situation!Parking was easy to find. I parked right next to the building they’re located, and paid only 50 cents for 24 mins (their might be some free parking somewhere near but I did not take time to find it since I was so hungry lol)If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!The best salad place I have ever been to!I’ll definitely be back

Hands down the best salad place Ive ever been to. Everything is fresh, the dressings are house made, the smoothies are soooo refreshing. The owner is the sweetest qan with the best sense of humor. There is literally nothing bad to say about this place. Cant wait to come again!

I am traveling for work and I don’t usually venture away from company catering. I’m so glad I did!! This place has a very friendly, helpful manager...delicious fresh salads, sandwiches, and soups...and a beautiful location. Create your own “by-the-pound” salad. The manager checks up on you to make sure you are happy with your food.

THIS IS THE BEST SALAD SHOP EVER, the amount of options you have is insane, and during these times they still made it possible to get food, delivery options, anyway I really recommend stopping by and checking out this place!!!

Beautiful salad bar, very fresh, appetizing. They have a saying on the wall to eat more colors ...I encourage everybody to come and see what they have. My wife is vegan, she was in heaven... The price is reasonable. Its really hard to find places where everything looks so fresh. I loved their organic coffee . I had breakfast for lunch. Great experience, well be back.

Beautiful salad bar and very kind staff. Specially the ladies at the cashier. They were very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. This was a very first time I have been there. You get fresh salad by the pound. I understand their concept making small portions so the salads dont sit there the whole day. You could tell everything was fresh made. The ladies were constantly cleaning the bar making sure everything looks perfect for the next customer. I came with my husband he ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich which was out of this world as well. Thank you very much for this beautiful experience. Will be back....

Hidden gem in Philips PointJust discovered this place today. Build-your-own salad bar, pay by the pound. Very fresh ingredients, delicious home made dressings, friendly staff and paying was easy too. You should go

They serve the freshest food in town! Their soups, salads, and sandwiches never disappoint.

I have been to the salad spot three times and I absolutely love it. The food is super, super healthy and I always feel much better after eating there. It is a bit pricy, but you are paying for quality and it is totally worth it for me. The owner is super nice and he is there all day always helping customers navigate their way through the extensive salad bar and other options they have and is always open to answering questions. One day I went early after my class and not all the lunch selections were out yet. I asked if the potato salad was coming out soon and they made it next, a special batch so I could have some before I left, it was so generous!! And it was so yummy!They have lots of other great options like omelets, wraps, soups, and more. I highly recommend it!

I come here for lunch often and their salads are too notch!!!! I’ve never been able to build my own salad with EVERY ingredient I enjoy, until I came here! It sucks that they don’t have parking but it’s worth the quarter to park on the street to enjoy their food!

I am a student at PBAU and just recently discovered this place through a friend. I have been here twice and eaten the tuna wrap, it’s so good! The prices are a little high but it is a healthy food place so I’d rather pay a little extra but know that the food is truly healthy. The employees have also all been so nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu.

Best home-cooked food you will ever find! Open Monday through Friday breakfast and lunch till 3. Everything is made fresh daily make your own salad, take home something for dinner. They also make the best Philly cheese sandwiches and bacon lettuce tomato!

Not so great, especially if you arrive after the daily work rush which ends around 2pm. I went there today to try it because I am familiar with a place in Miami called Gardinas and I though it would be similar. To my surprise it is nothing like it, especially not the service.To start off...you have to valet park because the parking situation there is terrible. But that is not their fault and I get that but this is... I walk in and see that almost everything is gone. I ask one of the employees if they are refilling things and she told me that what is out there is everything they have left (even though they wont close for another 2 hours). What I wanted that there was almost none of left was romaine lettuce (which if you ask me, they should always have a lot of their main substance). So I serve myself the little scraps left and when I was walking to the registrar the employee told me that it was $20 for my salad. My nasty, scrapy, old looking salad. I didnt just leave it and walk away because that not the right thing to do but I can guarantee that was the last time I ever go there and pay $20 for a salad that had no protein at all.So take this as a warning for all you out there planing on going there.

I live a couple blocks from The Salad Spot, so I frequently go when I am home during the week at lunch time. I have only ever eaten from the salad bar, but it is always fresh, the selection is huge, and the prices are fair.The only critique I have is that it is not open on weekends, which makes sense given there is not easy parking and the office building it is located in probably does not have many people working on weekends. That being said, if you live within walking distance and are looking for a healthy fresh lunch, this place is great.

In todays hectic work culture it can be difficult to make time for proper nutrition. I work in the same building as The Salad Spot. I am grateful that the closest food establishment to my desk is also the healthiest and among the tastiest of options I have for breakfast and lunch.They have a buffet-style assortment of salads, vegetables, fruits, proteins, cheeses and dressings that are prepared fresh daily. There are also complex options, unique and traditional, such as chicken curry (my favorite), egg salad, guacamole, hummus, etc. The salad price is weighted, yet fair. It is reasonably priced for the quality of the ingredients; Ive tried most options and they always taste fresh! They sell health-food snacks, gluten-free deserts and premium drinks from a variety of Whole Foods brands. These options are pricey, but this is to be expected. My only criticism is that they dont offer a wider variety of cheaper, more conventional drinks and snacks.There are alternatives to salad as well. They have an assortment of tasty soups, with specials rotating every week or so. Want crispy corn taco shells that you can fill with fresh ground beef, cheese and whatever else? You can dress up your custom taco from the salad bar! If you fill out an order form they can quickly make you a custom omelet served with fruit and toast. Their omelets taste homemade, light and delicious, without the cream-whipped eggs that you are likely to find at other establishments.They have hot dogs, burritos and other options that I have not tried because I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, but my colleagues assure me they are delicious. Which brings me to my final point: this restaurant is great for vegans and gluten intolerant people. They label which options are gluten-free or vegan and they are plenty. It can be difficult for sans-gluten types like myself to find dining options, but The Salad Spot offers me no shortage of options!Do yourself (and your body) a favor and try some of the fantastic options available at this healthy cafeteria-style eatery.
