Terrible experience. I mailed some important paperwork with them that needed to get where it was going quickly. I was assured it would go out the same day (4/21). Instead, it sat with them for over 3 weeks before it was finally shipped on 5/13, and once in the hands of UPS, it arrived the next day, 5/14. During the time it was missing, I called the store multiple times, no one ever answered the phone or returned my messages. I went to the store in person and was told they would look for it and let me know when they located it. No return call. They would not provide a refund even though I had to have it delivered another way.

I honestly don’t know how there are this many bad ratings. This place is awesome. The customer service is great. I really enjoy coming here. I come to Eagle shipping at least 3 times a week, I’ve never had a problem. Packages are delivered on time if not early. Love this place! Plus the owner is very nice and Communicative.

I love the fact that they offer all the services of the Post Office, FedEx, UPS Store, DHL, and a computer center all in one convenient location next to Publix. I enjoy being able to pick which carrier I want to send my packages by and choose the best price. I can send/receive faxes, print one copy or hundreds of copies of documents needed for work. They can also scan a paper document to be sent to my email. Plus, no long lines to stand in like the Post Office!

If youre thinking of using Eagle Shipping Center to send a package, do not walk, RUN away as fast as you can. When I went into the shipping center that seems to double as a pawn shop filled with broken 90s electronics, immediately I felt unsure if I should stay. Still, I continued on with the process. After waiting for the attendant to figure out how to use the tape gun (and failing) and the manager taking over, I had decided I had committed enough time to shipping my package that I would just wait. After requesting the cheapest option to ship, I was charge $68 for a 15 pound package. Fine. Then I notice a $2.75 credit card fee for their convenience. Absolutely absurd. I received tracking information and was told my package would be to me in 5-7 business days. When I still did not see movement on my tracking information 4 business days later, I called the store. I called 6 times, with no answer. The following day I called back, another 6 times before someone finally answered. They told me they had shipped my package that Monday and I would receive it shortly. When asked about tracking, they informed me that their mail person does not scan in every package. As someone who ships hundreds of packages a day, the USPS absolutely DOES scan in every package. It is now 12 days later and my package finally arrived, after I had admittedly lost hope. If I could give less than one star I would.

Never open. I’ve only seen one person working here. The hours are posted 12-6 M-F because of COVID19 but every time l arrive at 12 Noon or after 5pm, he’s not there. I’m here now on a Tuesday at 12:20pm and it’s closed. His hours are better than a banker’s hours. I wish there was another option but l’ll just have to stand in line at the PO. When he is there, customer service is good but l’m agree with other people that the store is messy and dirty. It was hard for me to even give it 3 stars.

I shipped a box containing a returned light fixture. The manufacturer kept saying they had not yet received it, so I contacted Eagle Shipping to ask whether they had shipped the box, as we were not seeing any online tracking for the package. The manager took my information and said he would research the issue and get back to me. I never received a call back, despite two follow up attempts to reach him on subsequent occasions. All of a sudden, the box arrived to the manufacturer, over one month late. Somehow, the box mysteriously got shipped, but I still had not received any updates from the manager.Additionally, on a separate occasion, I shipped a box that needed to arrive within two business days, and I paid extra to make sure that happened. When I went to track the package, there was no information. As it turns out, they didnt ship the box until two days later. Hence, the package was late, and the contents needed for an event did not arrive. It was a significant issue.Its critical that a shipping center sets accurate expectations, fulfills their commitments to the consumer, and communicates if theres an issue. Eagle Shipping struggles to do all three.

This shipping center is so filthy it’s like a scene from the TV series Hoarders. My package was scanned in but it never left the store for 5 weeks. My boyfriend went in to check on the return shipment and described how filthy and unorganized the place was. Our package was somewhere in that mess and the very next day It was found and I could track it. Hopefully my return item will still be accepted by the merchant.

Dropped a box off To return it to Amazon. Dropped it off January 31. Amazon has yet to receive it. Went to the mail store and was bitten by ants the whole store I had black ants all over the place I wanna finally showed up said he look for it. I’ve got two more days before I can get my $100 refund. Storer is filthy the owners never there and if you wanna lose your mail bring it there otherwise go to another store

I used this store many times in the past and the woman I dealt with was professional and seemed to want to help you accomplish your task. I went in on a Tuesday to mail a Fathers Day gift. My Mother recently passed away and I will admit my head was a bit in the clouds. I asked the man helping me to be sure to pack it securely because it is a very special gift that couldn’t be replaced. He was very thorough with packing and taping. However, after that, he took all of the information down and ran the transaction. I wasn’t asked how I wanted it shipped, if I wanted insurance, if it was going to a residential place etc. the types of things I’ve always been asked by a shipping service. I paid him and he said goodbye to me. With my head still a bit in the clouds I didn’t even THINK to ask for a receipt or a tracking number. I did manage to ask what method was being used for shipping and he said USPS (not the method I would have picked!!!!) and he walked away. I said “when will it be there?” He replied 1-3 days. Knowing that was not the case because I’ve been shipping things to my family for years, I still assumed it would be ok and would certainly be there by Saturday in time for Fathers Day. I called Monday to find out if they could pull up the information in the computer, the general manager Brad told me he was just returning from vacation and would call me within the hour. He was also talking to other people while I was on the phone with him AND answered a personal call while we were speaking. Almost three hours went by with no communication. I called FIVE times back to back out of frustration and two times it just kept ringing, two times I got a fax sound (after about 15-20 rings) and once someone picked up and hung up. When I finally got Brad on the phone he apologized and promised he would get back with me today. My Dad still didn’t get his package and I am not closer to finding it. I will never go back!!!!!

They never open on time. It says 10am they open. More like sometime between 11am to 1pm. Horrible. I also saw a UPS truck and a USPS van sit there and drive off because you werent open. So who didnt get there package? Or mail?Saving grace is the staff is nice and helpful when they are there.

Husband and I went into location today to mail paperwork to our son’s school; we also needed a notary signature. We have used this business several times under the previous owner (who was a notary) with no issue. However, when we went in this time there were three people ahead of us. We were not greeted. There were two people working, a man and a woman. Two customers mailing ”God knows what” because they took forever and one customer picking up an Amazon package but apparently didnt want to take the box, so the male worker ASKED HER if she wanted him to open it??? She said yes and he proceeded to open. Hello!!!!??? There are other people waiting to be helped. She should have moved herself off to the side to open and he should have been helping the next customers.After a few more minutes the male worker FINALLY asked us what we needed. I then responded that we needed to mail something via priority mail and we also needed a notary signature. He responded ”Ahh, we dont have that.” I turned to look at my husband as I was confused because the sign on the window reads ”notary” and we had items notarized there before and the male didnt elaborate (we had no clue there were new owners). We just left and went to our bank for the notary service - which took less than 3 minutes--and mailed via the regular post office where we were greeted and helped immediately as well.We will not return to this place. It seems there are new owners and contrary to what some others have posted, the previous owner/employee was professional and was never rude to us. She didnt have a jovial personality, but she was focused, fast, professional, well mannered and greeted us when we entered and left the business. She was focused on getting people ”in and out” Which is how a shipping business of this type should be run ---and I never saw a bunch of people hanging around chatting, having their boxes opened needlessly, and holding others up.

Being a professional artist, I constantly need to ship fragile items to my patrons across the country,And I’d never trust anyone to package those items except for this Eagle Shipping store location.The store is clean, neat, and organized but manages to maintain a warm, friendly, local feeling that is so often absent from many of the shipping stores in this area. With some other stores around here it feels more like I’m walking into a hospital, not shipping a package.My favorite part about this store is the staff. They are all very personable yet professional. Casual conversation with an idle employee as their colleague is engaged in the lengthy and sensitive process of packing up my fragile pieces has always been something to look forward to when shipping day rolls around..

I sell on eBay and I’ve dropped packages at this location for years, usually without issue. Lately I keep getting complaints that my FedEx items haven’t shipped. I’m having to give my customers money back to make up for the issues with shipping. The last package that didn’t ship didn’t ship for over a week. When I inquire in store they are friendly and polite and tell me they were dropped off to FedEx the day I dropped them there but then they actually show as tendered the day I inquire, over a week after drop off in this case. The last package even shows as tendered to FedEx in Sunrise. I have no idea how my package made it 45 miles to Sunrise to be tendered. This place has been good to deal with over the years so I hate to post a negative review now but for the sake of my own credibility to my customers I have no choice.

Horrible!, dont go there, this is the third time they forgot to send my packages, very disorganized, I dont understand how FedEx has a contract with them.I lost sales because of them and two weeks to get my packages back. Will never use them again

I have been going here for a few weeks and I am very disappointed this past week I have dropped off 3 packages and they are all still sitting there have not moved The store is only opened a few days a week it is very unreliable for mailing things

Eagle Shipping collected an item I won at a nearby auction house ( value $250) in order to ship it to LAX . Despite my many emails with instructions they sent it to an unknown wrong person in San Francisco. I had to organize myself with friends living in SFO to pick up the package. No reply to my emails . Very kind when I called the shop, but not able to solve the problems. Offered $50 in shipping discount that I refused. Poor consideration, terrible communication . They have problems in organize their job . Never again

Still working to resolve a package mix up that occurred before Christmas 2018. Multiple phone calls and attempts to resolve but clearly the owner of this place is incapable of fixing the issue. Erin and Rob- if you see this, your package from your grandmother is still at my house in PA!
