I was greeted from the moment I walked in. I went to pick up mail for the first time from my mail box and it couldn’t have been easier. I was in and out in no time. And, let me tell you! The smell of coffee from the coffee stand/station was majestic. Wish I had time to try some coffee!

Amazing service! I wouldnt go with anyone else. I have had a few extremely important letters come in, and they went above and beyond to sort them properly even though there were errors in the mailing address. On retrieving those letters they IDed me carefully. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to feel secure about opening a mailbox.

I had been doing business with this firm for 5 years until I realized last week that they were charging double the Fed Ex rate for shipping. I wanted a Fed Ex envelope with a one sheet letter inside shipped to arrive as late as possible on the following Monday and specifically asked for the cheapest rate. The owner said that would be $78 to ship. I asked if this was the same price as if I shipped with Fed Ex and was assured it was. I did not ship it, but went straight to the Fed Ex office 10 minutes away and was told it would be $39.60 to arrive before 8pm on Monday. I know that Espresso gets a discount off the $39.60, so to charge me $78 and tell me it was the same was highway robbery. Needless to say I’ll never go back.

Excellent service and excellent coffee. Norman, Sabrina, and the rest of the team are always kind and helpful. My business struggled to find the right look and feel for my business cards until I came here. Together we developed a whole new look and even adjusted my logo to make it pop. Cannot recommend them enough. I will continue to use them for all my printing needs.

Norman and his crew do a great job. Weve been members for over 3 years and have always been happy with the service. My husband and I are US citizen expats living in Thailand, but maintain a condo in West Palm as our official home address. We spend about 11 months of the year out of the country so this service is great for us.

I thought the shop was unique and convenient as I returned my Amazon returns. Knowing Amazon has a agreement with UPS I felt it was extremely cheap that the owner didn’t use a scan code so he had to print the label for a charge of close to 3 dollars then after the shock of lousy 3 dollars I was about to pay I went for my debit card as no one carries cash these days. He advised me he had a 5 dollar minimum for his payment. I think it’s called gouging or just PLAIN CHEAP. He just lost a customer.

I love this place and the staff! The staff and especially the owner go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Norm, the owner, has even allowed me to conduct business via email. When I do visit the shop, I enjoy browsing the unique gifts for purchase available in store. Oh, and the coffee is delicious. If you have ‘t visited the store, I highly recommend it! This place LOST/STOLE/NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE! Dropped off package on 3/9/21, status said “Shipment Information Sent to Fed Ex”. Three days later, the status has nothing changed. The owner claims Fed Ex picked up the package; but Fed Ex corporate says they owner never gave them a package. I spoke to the owner myself and he was double-talking, nervous, and clearly not telling the truth. He kept saying “I’ll check with my guy at Fed Ex”, but refused to tell me the name so that I could let Fed Ex know who to hold accountable. Not only that, but the owner showed no remorse, whatsoever, about the fact that they lost my $700.00 package. Fed Ex Corporate is now launching an INVESTIGATION into this places’ affairs. I spent $110.00 to have them ship my package, and instead they lost, or stole it, and refuse to take accountability.Senders beware, you’re better off going up the street to a reputable, professional, more polished, Fed Ex Office Print & Ship.

I love this shop! I went to mail something and I was able to do a little shopping for small gifts and also order a coffee all in one visit! They will pack items for you and ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX...you can get a PO Box...They sell cards, candles, little desk signs, kitchen towels & oven mitts, little kid toys, specialty soaps and so many other little items! You will definitely find something as a gift for someone or yourself! And they serve hot and cold coffees and smoothies! Great gem of a store located on Okeechobee!

I may be just a wino, my spirits are not high tho, neither are they lo. Where ever did they go? Perhaps they made it to Mexico, on the back of some Latino, working for el chapo. Been there to take scanned copies of few documents!Not super pricey! 0.25$ per each page! But they charge 2$ for emails!This place has lot of stuff like parcel stationary, gifts, greeting cards, prints, key maker, coffee! They sell a lot more than the parcel service! I like to visit there again!

Best shipping center ever! Although I live further away, the personal service from the owner and the employees is impeccable. I gladly drive the extra distance for their service, and can grab a coffee in their cafe, and shop for small gifts at the same time! Win! Win! Other shipping centers could take lessons from this small business in terms of customer service & their knowledge of shipping details, whether its domestic or international. CDC guidleines are also being practiced by all employees wearing masks, cafe tables set apart, & surfaces being wiped down, etc.....all around great small business that I happily support!
