Great place, but their hours are terrible for hobbyists like myself. Theyre open 9-5 M-F (when I work) are only open 9-noon on Saturday, and are entirely closed on Sunday! I guess they must do a lot of business-to-business sales because theyre missing out on a lot of hobbyist sales, Id bet.

Ive been going here for about 5 years to buy various electronics parts and supplies for projects. They are always easy to deal with. Look up what you need on the website first and get the stock numbers to make for a speedy visit. Great local business!

This place is awesome! I dont know how many times I have gone to MP Jones to get an electrical item that can only be find online otherwise. Not to mention the prices in store match up very well to online prices without any wait for the part. Absolutely love this place and the older guy behind the counter is always helpful and pleasant.

Its such a shame that 1 employee can be rude and disrespectful enough to motivate me enough to end up here to complain about it. Marlin sir, your always polite and patient. you deserve to have better working for you.

Been buying random parts at MPJA for 30+ years. Always great service, always courteous staff. Ive always had the option to pickup my parts in person, but that hasnt always been convenient with my work schedule and office location. Ive had to use the ship it as inexpensively as you can, my house is 5 miles away option, which for a small order can easily equate to a high percentage of the cost of the order. However, I dont blame that expense on MPJA, even a USPS flat rate box costs what it costs to ship 5 miles...P.S. I love the showroom. I always wished you had something like that at the old location 30 years ago when I discovered your shop.

Great company. They stand behind what they sell. Great communication. Good prices. Wish they were local . Easy to deal with online . Will use them again in the future.

Wish they could be open on weekends

I have been buying from MPJA for years. They always shipped what I had ordered promptly. Sign up for their email deals. They often offer excellent email specials. Their flat-rate shipping fee is a bit high for me, living only about 21 miles away, but when I figure the cost-per-mile to drive there and back, I am better off paying the shipping. I just wish they offered FL residents a better shipping fee, especially because State sales tax must be charged to FL residents. Overall I rate MPJA very highly.

I purchased a $3 item with express delivery. Shipping was more than the item. This company could not address the package properly and it was sent back to them. When I called to get the situation sorted out, they were EXTREMELY unhelpful. After 5 days, they claimed to not have the item, even though the post office says it was returned to sender. Their solution to my problem was to purchase it again and pay $100 in shipping costs. So, only when I pay $100 in shipping would they ship it properly.

David was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the options soI could make an informed decision about my purchase.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced I would not recommend this company to anyone that cares about customer satisfaction. SHAME!
