We are so very, very pleased with our Private Pilates Premium Combo Stability Chair and Private Pilates Premium Wood Cadillac-Reformer Combo Bundle that we purchased from Casa Pilates. Delivery was a bit of a pandamic-wait, but clearly nothing over which Casa Pilates had any control. Manager Corey Hines was available to assist us with assembling the equipment and to ensure that all elements were functioning properly. And, he has remained available to answer questions Ive had regarding certain unique features of the equipment. Would double the 5-star rating if I could!

I experienced poor customer service over a period of months! Original equipment was order delayed without timely communication on order status. Prepaid White Glove Service setup not available when it did arrive. Reformer was defective and unusable! Eventually it was replaced. I was charged twice! CASA has yet to correct this. (They blamed supplier now my bank. I haventfound CASA to take responsibility.) The reformer was $8,000+ with shipping. Now, double that! I SO regret attempting to do business with CASA! I strongly recommend you find a different company for your Pilates and fitness equipment needs!

The instructors were easy to understand, personable, and engaging. They knew and shared an amazing amount of information and I thoroughly enjoyed the program. Looking forward to tuning in again!

A friend of mine told me about this place and we decided to call and see if we could do a private for two people. Even though they hadn’t officially opened yet they were kind enough to do an hour session for us and it was amazing! The instructor was fantastic and the equipment was gorgeous. And even in this era of masks and social distancing I felt very comfortable in the studio, I will definitely be going back for more sessions!

Kelsey and Lesley are great! The free training regarding the reformer and then the workout after was great!

Worst company Ive ever made the mistake of doing business with. This is what they ship you...from Spain. It took several months to arrive and was broken. They blame everyone else taking no responsibility for the product theyre selling. I would never ever do business with this company again.
