I was looking to buy gym equipment for a brand new home Im building. I called Gym Source (West Palm Beach), and was put on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back and the same person who put me on hold told me i had to send an email - that i couldnt talk with someone. This response doesnt jive with all the good reviews, but thought i would share.

We were referred here by Octane fitness after my husband inquired online about a specific cardio machine they make. Jerry got back to us within minutes on a Saturday night and we made plans to view the machine the next day. From the minute we walked into the store Jerry and Mark were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and making us feel good about our purchase which to us was substantial. Mark took a lot of time with us explaining the difference between the higher quality machines they carry in the store as compared to cheaper lower quality built machines that can be purchased elsewhere. It also is important to us that they personally handle problems should they arise after purchase of the machine. Overall this was a fantastic experience. We will definitely refer people here and next time we decide to add to our home gym we will be back.

Bought a second True treadmill for another location from GYM Source. Ten years later and the first treadmill is still in great shape and has not needed any servicing. GYM Source delivered, set up and tested the new one in a very short period of time and were very polite and professional. The sales people and installers are all a pleasure to work with so I highly recommend them for all your exercise equipment needs. If there were 10 stars, I would click on them all!
