I went in to this pawn shop about a week ago and got excellent customer service from Jihad. He was very helpful and excited to help me with what I needed. I’ve been trying to transfer a piece of jewelry from West Palm Beach to Puerto Rico this been horrible, Starting to say that Samantha is rude and will have the audacity to shout at you over the phone without even listening to what you have to say, putting up a defensive attitude over I don’t know what when You try to explain yourself, Will not sit and listen what you have to say when she already have an answer obviously incorrect because she did not listen…. when you try to contact the manager for some reason nobody is available then you try to call back and they say they’re close but yes they’re answer their phone…. I’ve been going to the store for quite years now and have never received such a horrible treatment obviously they will never hear from me again and if you want to stay with that piece of jewelry I don’t have any problem perfect thank you for communicating yourself back to us Mr. Henry… which the person mention hear Mr. Henry it’s also disrespectful and rude as well… Forgot to mention that you need to do their job because they won’t be able to contact the store from PR…

If your going south on military keep driving till right before 10th another pawn shop, they wont rob you or steal stuff from your boxes that you pawn, they also wont open your unopened items re-seal them in different wrap then try to tell you they were never opened BEWARE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
