Went in to try to pawn my $1200+ Alienware X51 Desktop, called ahead to make sure they took them and got told yes, I go in, within minutes Im sent out, the employee didnt ask about the specs or even if I wanted to pawn or sell it, he just asked how much I wanted I said $600, he said they can do nowhere near that, without bothering to check the machine out, or ask anyone else. It seemed as if he had no knowledge of computers whatsoever. Meanwhile they were selling the model prior to mine for $800, Im very offended by the customer service.
