This company charged an old man $1960 dollars to fix a lawn mower and it took them 5 months to fix it. when they finally did, they give it to him without gas so he couldnt try it to see if its working. So, he went to get some gas and when he starts the machine, there was a big hole in the gas compartment. and they had the nerves to accuse the old man saying he did it. In fact Mr. Pierre had NO time to use his mower because the gas he purchased just spilled out from the bottom of the darn thing. He could have purchased a new lawn mower with that money. Thats bad faith. you cant treat minority customers like that, he work hard to save that money and you just took his money and give him a whole new problem.I will make sure he filed a bad faith claim in small court. All your company had to do was take the lawn mower back and patch the hole that your your workers made. Thats evil

Super busy place, dont expect to be serviced in just a few minutes, but, that being said, when my mower was serviced, one of the best places in Palm Beach County that I have done business with in years!Mike, at the counter, was extremely educated in pretty much every question that I asked him, when I told him I needed a seal replaced in John Deere UTV, he actually helped me through the process with some insight only a mechanic could know, and he didnt talk down to me like counter sales guys do, great customer service and they actually had everything I needed to repair my blower in stock!Again, very great experience, very knowledgeable staff, very impressive.

She answered all my husbands questions and she made it so much easier for us to find everything we would need. The next time we came in jennifer greeted us by name although almost a year had passed! You just dont find customer service like that these days. Green Thumb, your showroom is beautiful n the equipment is top notch but to be honest its because of Jennifer we not only keep coming back, but refer you to all our friends n customers.

Cant stand it when you go into a place of biz and start discussing the purchase of whatever it is that they sell and the so called expert salesman is totally lost, gives you absolutely BS info on a product that youve completely researched before going to the dealer. Whether its a truck, car, or anything for that matter, LEARN ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT instead of talking down to an educated consumer!This place is one of those places.Hint... Next time a customer comes in with cash in his/her pocket to buy a $10 to $12K mower, get your facts straight or just admit that you should be selling refrigerators at Sears instead of selling pro lawn equipment.

Bought a new stihl saw from here with a serious starting issue. Fires right up cold every time but will not start hot. I brought it in before the manufacturer warranty expired and they recommended a tune up to fix the issue. I paid for it and it did nothing. Brought it in again and theyre saying its the ignition module but its out of warranty. In their defense they did offer free installation if i paid for the part. Still insulting, what use is a warranty if you cant diagnose problems? They lost all future business from me and Im just going to fix it myself. Infuriating. Still looking for a good shop around here.

Miserable experience. 4 weeks to fix my stihl leaf blower. At drop off was told 1-2 weeks. If I hadnt chased them, called and followed up, who knows if it would ever be done. Zero communications to the customer with status updates, broken promises. I guess they target the professionals not the DIY group. If I could give them a zero I would. Never ever will I step in their shop again.

Ive been a customer of theirs for five years and always great service and knowledge people.

My order was messed up, the employee showed me my order from a distance. First red flag, the battery cover had been cut in half with me getting the bottom half, i didnt know this till i got ready to install the battery . Yes many calls and many promises since July 9. Nothing has been done, Inspect your order before you leave the store. I ordered on line and the item was not backordered.
