Having recently moved to South Florida I needed a temporary storage facility. I initially called and spoke with Dru Johnson at the West Palm Beach location. Dru was very congenial and helpful on the phone. She suggested that I look at the unit to determine if it would work. I went and met with Dru. She showed me the storage unit. She could not have been more sweet, professional, helpful and all around amazing. Needless to say Dru is most certainly an asset to your company. She was amazing!

I’ve been with Extra Space storage for over 5 years at two separate locations. I have never had a bad experience. Frank was super nice and even helped me remove some items from my storage. This facility goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. Would definitely recommend!!

When I opened my account 2 years ago the rent was $80 a month for those smallest unit. With random increase letters every couple months within 24 months the rent is now $140 for me each month. But if you’re a new customer you get started at a lower rate... It’s a bait and switch operation.Thankfully I got all my belongings out this week!!

Rates doubled since I started storing my belongings there. They send a letter every 3-6 months increasing the cost. I won’t be using this business in the future.

Frank was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. He helped me find the best price for the unit size I needed and locked that price for me because I was unable to get in right away. There are a lot of storage facilities in the area, I would definitely recommend you go see Frank at Extra Space before you decide to rent a storage.

Renting from this place has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. I let them know about a small issue I was having with the door, and when I came back two hours later it was already fixed. They keep the entire place clean, which you dont always get with some storage places. I also think their prices are fair.

Six months later my storage jumped from $120 to $189 per month. When I called Customer Service to ascertain the reason(s), I was told prices are driven by the market and Extra Space Storage does not strive to be a low price leader. So, please beware of their low introductory rates!! Highly unacceptable.

Helpful staff, knew the right questions to ask to make sure I got set up with a unit without any unpleasant surprises. They were also prepared for contactless service!
