I have moved more than anyone I know. My move was long distance (200 miles). I was dreading it because of the distance, but it was the best move Ive ever had. My 2 Men were so nice and did not break or scratch 1 item. I am so happy and impressed with the service I received. 2 years ago I hired Good Greek Movers because of their commercials - BIG mistake! They damaged every piece of furniture I own and charged me way more than quoted - Good Greek was the worst move I ever experienced. Two Men & Truck is the best. I highly recommend them.

I used Two Men and a Truck when I moved from Juno Beach Florida to Cape Coral Florida. I had 90 days in between the move, and had two men and a truck store my belongings. Everything was very professionally packed up and labeled. When they moved me back into my new place, taking inventory of everything they were bringing back to me it was super easy.The movers were very professional, on time and also helped me disassemble and reassemble some furniture. I would highly recommend this company and I certainly would use them again myself

I have been trying to get ahold of this location for the last 2 weeks to receive a quote on a move. I have called, no answer. I have submitted for an online quote, was told a representative would be on contact with me soon, never heard from them. I tried requesting for a text quote just for the same thing the online quote told me. Safe to say, they are clearly not interested in receiving new business.

Second time using Two Men and a Truck Palm Beach and they have not let me down! They finished earlier than expected, saving me money. Two weeks ago today, Two Men and a Truck moved me to my new home. From the first phone call for an estimate, to the packing the day before the move, the move itself, and the return visit to take away empty boxes, every contact was positive. Every person was courteous, professional, and efficient; and they made a stressful situation far less stressful. This is my 3rd time using the West Palm Beach/Wellington franchise for a decent size pack and move, and I cannot be happier. For a single mom, moving a 3 bedrooms house is not the easiest thing to do, but these men literally helped me and took care of everything. The crew leader - Dario - was very organized. USE at your own RISK!I moved across the country and after speaking with their rep, he confirmed movers with me over the phone. However, once arriving and the movers never showed. I spoke with management and they were unwilling to own their mistakes. They refused to send movers or make any adjustments in their schedule even after admitting they had time.Furthermore, the clear disrespect, tone and choice of words used were unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so horribly. I 1000% recommended supporting any other business, even if it cost more so you have a reliable service.

Filled out the form on their webpage for a quote for a small move from one apartment to another. Received a prompt phone call 20 minutes later (Thursday, November 5th at 12:20pm) advising me that in order to receive a price quote they would have to come to my apartment for an assessment. I informed the representative that I worked Monday through Friday and inquired if they were open on the weekends. He said yes and they could have somebody sent out on Saturday, November 7th at 9 or 10 am. I informed the representative that 10 a.m. would be the best time on Saturday. Got up at 5 a.m. to clean the apartment and make sure everything was organized and boxed up a few things so they would not anticipate a huge move. Expected a courtesy phone call at around 9:30AM or quarter till 10 advising of there soon arrival. Waited until about a quarter after 10 before getting concerned and calling office to find out approximately what time a representative from would be arriving. The secretary Carla looked me up in their computer and could not find a scheduled appointment. She advised that they only do consultations on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless I spoke to the manager whose name is Joel and he gave me a special appointment time. She said she would text the manager and do some investigating and give me a phone call back. 15 minutes later she calls and says nobody in the office knows what the heck shes talking about and there are no appointments scheduled for today that anyone is aware of. Really disappointing because this company had really good reviews on Google about their professionalism. Definitely not my experience with them. Will be seeking services elsewhere, I advise anyone who schedules a consultation appointment to know that they ONLY come out on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS as that information was not relayed to me. What a complete waste of a Saturday morning.

Keith was wonderful! He was fast, efficient, got there on time and really cared for our things both loading and unloading. Coordinating the move on the phone was Syria who answered all my questions (i had a ton) and was very professional! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone making any kind of move. That guy was smiling and laughing after driving from palm beach to Tampa, unloading to a third story and then a second story (stairs)! And had the energy to drive back!

From the moment I called their office and spoke with Dawn, I received courteous service and answers to all my questions about moving and storage. I had to move several items into temporary storage, including a new sofa and matching, oversized chair. Dawn took her time explaining the costs and I’m pleased to say, it was a fair and accurate estimate that turned out to be less money than the highest end of the range. My moving guys, Demetrius and Calvin arrived on time, introduced themselves with a smile, and got to work immediately. They wrapped my furniture and TV with care and did not waste a moment loading everything onto the truck. I appreciate their work ethic and dedication to their job. I was disappointed that I was not informed ahead of time that the crew I had requested to move my furniture would, in fact, NOT be able to move my things after all. Especially since 3 weeks prior to my move, I was told by the administration that the same 3 guys would be moving my belongings. Lack of communication on their part.In addition, I was charged for 4.5 hours of moving time, but the crew was 15 minutes late than what they had quoted me. The crew finished within 2 hours from start to finish. Didnt even need the use of the truck, since the move was from one side of a building to the other side. Hence, I still cant figure out why the extra 2.5 hours. They are located in the same zipcode in which I reside. I can understand .5 hour charged for travel time.Also, there was an additional fee of $50.00 for which the girl on the phone could not explain or even take off the quote prior to the move.Lastly, one piece of furniture got damaged, making the head moving guy trying to repair it which soaked up more time, making the other 2 guys to do most of the moving. Hence, it wouldnt have really taken even 2 hours to move all my furniture.Note: I was impressed by the movers I had a year ago, and left a great review even. However, I believe that once they think they really have your business, then they let things slide in terms of lack of communication (not the guys I requested, but was told yes) and blatantly overcharged. Yes, I was credited $40.00, but was told they couldnt do anymore than that. Very disappointing! I do not enjoy having to write this review, but in all honesty, it had to be written.Best of luck to any and all of you who are moving. You may want to think twice about choosing this company to move your belongings.

I tried to rehire a mover I previously used but they wouldnt call me back so I researched some local companies and found mostly good reviews for Two Men and a Truck West Palm Beach.I am extremely happy I chose them. Keith called to confirm our address and said they were about 15 minutes away. They showed up and after a little direction and some paperwork, Keith and Daniel started. They were efficient, careful and professional. Both guys didnt stop. Daniel in particular was impressive. What a nice guy and surprisingly strong! Both men worked the whole time and they were worth every penny!!! I hope these two get some recognition for their great work.

An amazing company with courteous and efficient movers and an organized and gracious office staff--especially Janelle Dowley. The movers arrived on time and completed the move without a hitch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving experience!

I had to move and was nervous about transporting my 75 inch Samsung television as it is worth $3,999. I was assured it would be packed well and paid extra for them to move. After the move I went to watch TV and the screen was red and the side was full of colored lines. I made a claim and it was honored as they provided me $50. Come to find out of which they dont tell you but rush you through the documents they provide insurance of .60 per pound not .60 of the value of the item. Who measures their belongings by the pound!!!! It was definitely a slap in the face. They even came unprepared and had to use my tools and didnt even know how to remove the screws from the bed. I would suggest using anyone but Two Men and a Truck! I trusted them to move me and have my things in working condition. STAY AWAY!!!!

Please do not ever use this company. I have used them before in Chicago and had the best experience ever so I called them locally- Im so sorry I did this because the West Palm Beach franchise is a total scam. Look at other reviews on Yelp with the same concerns. They told me it would be $240 for two hours which I thought was fair and I just wanted them to move 30 boxes into my attic. It was a move of boxes of 10 feet maybe. They forgot to tell me that the travel time was an hour and a half so I only really got 30 minutes of work for $240. They left all of my work undone because they only had 30 minutes to do anything . Do not let this company take your money no matter how little it may be. Do not use this company. They are not fair- and its the principle not the money. If I could give them negative stars for robbing me I would! To top it all of I have to pay another 750 dollars (for a total of 1,000 dollars or so to work for 30 minutes) to redo their work as they broke my cable and electrical outlets. It will be an expensive lesson for me but atleast dont let them steal your money!

I called Two Men and A Truck for information regarding an upcoming move for my son from Miami to Chicago. We werent sure if it was going to be cost effective to move his furniture, or sell it and buy something in Chicago. The customer service I received on the phone was terrific! I had ALL my questions answered (and I had a lot!). She was patient and very professional. Though the cost was certainly affordable, my son decided to sell his furniture rather then move it. The next time we have a move, however, Ill certainly be calling Joel and Janelle!

I needed help moving furniture from my upstairs bedroom to the new downstairs bedroom. The guys who showed up for the move were professional and finished the job significantly quicker than originally quoted. They were even able to salvage my broken headboard which Id forgotten to mention when I originally called them! The cost was fair - one other company quoted me 5x more! Never again. Moved a 1 bedroom, first floor apartment which door opened to parking lot. Plus I stacked boxes outside and carried to truck. Took 4 hours, then move in took them 4.5 hours with half of items moved onlt into a garage. Quoted 3 hours and $380. End was 975.00 with like 5 liability release forms over time. STAY AWAY!! Main office would not budge on final total. It was a ONE BEDROOM!!! 5 big items!!

Worst EVER!!! made reservations days in advance and discussed all aspects of the move with customer service rep Jason and everything was fine. Movers showed up worst attitude ever.Said they could throw everything in the truck but they were not responsible for damages? and we would have to sign a waiver they were not responsible for breakage. What happened to we wrap everything and take very good care of your furniture. I went on Craigslist and got friendlier movers for much less.

Here is my terrible and sad experience:I requested a move for my father along with a Spanish speaking person to be able to communicate with my father during the move. As soon as the movers arrived they provided my father with a contract to be signed (my father only speaks Spanish) therefore my father sent me a picture of the contract in English asking me if he was ok to sign, and I told him to sign the insurance waiver and where he confirms the movers where there, the amount and name of the movers and the arrival time.Carlos one of the movers insisted dad to sign the move was performed and that he agreed no items were left at the vehicle. I told dad not to initial that part until the move was done. I was on the phone with my father the whole time, so this was not a miscommunication. They called corporate and told them my father did not want to sign. Corporate instructed the movers to leave.My father told me they were leaving and that they will come back the next day and that they will do the move for $1,000 outside the company. I spoke to Carlos one of the movers and he told me no to worry and that they will come back the next day and perform the move on their own and I told him no.They finally left, and my father was left at home with everything packed and ready. All because the movers wanted to perform the move separate from this company and earn the money themselves.Dawn Mendes has not been helpful, she was the person scheduling this move, she did not return any of my emails and calls and she instructed the guys to leave. I was on the phone for hours waiting and waiting to speak with a manager but no luck. I never received a call from them.What a horrible company they are to do this. I will not recommend this company to anybody.Two Men and a Truck the movers who don’t care! :(

Great experience with West Palm Beach Two Men & a Truck from the first encounter on the phone to the day of the move. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and professional. Moving is stressful enough, we will never use another company for future moves!

Swerving in and out of lanes, texting while driving and going 15 over the speed limit. I’m not sure anyone’s valuables would make it in the back of this 20 foot cube truck. Obviously there is no regard for safety.

I usually use a local company but my realtor referred them. Had them do a move do a move for my mother in law, and was not happy. Guys showed up with their shoes untied, took a lot of smoke breaks, asked if, my old lady could go and get them some drinks. Had to tell them how to do most of the stuff and make sure they didnt damage anything.Ending up having them take the stuff off the truck and sending them away. They charge too much to not provide a better crew.

On time, efficient, took great care of our furniture

I was very clear about all the details of my move in setting up the quote with Jason at Two Men and a Truck. The estimated time for my move was 5.0 hrs. It took the 3 guys almost 5hrs to casually and at their leisurely pace load the truck with my 2 bedroom apartment of which I had already moved myself 1/3 of the contents. They asked me to sign a waiver to pay for an additional 3-4 hours which is unacceptable and I refused. I had to voice my concern very strongly and discontentment with the timeline to get them to finally work quickly as they should have been the whole time. There were many ridiculous excuses from the movers regarding why they took so long to load the truck eg that they thought it was on the 4th floor not the 8th thus significant extra elevator time. There was hardly ever a time where all 3 men worked at the same time. My previous move of the exact same amount of belongings with a different company and 2 men took less time than the 3 men that Two Men and a Truck said they required 3 because my condo was on the 8th floor. It was my observation that using 3 guys versus 2 allowed them to trade off who was working when they felt like working until they realized that I was not happy about their work pace and needed to talk to their supervisor. The supervisor argued with me about justifying their extra hours and that it was the booking managers fault for misquoting me and that its their policy that they have to bill by the hour. I told him there is no way I am paying 50% more than my quote because they screwed up and he eventually only charged me 1 additional hour. Trying to be extorted by your moving company was the last thing I wanted to deal with on a hectic day trying to move into your first home. Do not use them unless you are fine with paying way over what they quote you.

Severely underestimated quote. Lazy, slow and terrible workers. Office staff is not helpful at all.Had them help my sisters family move and the expressive was the worst. Stuff is broken and they charge too much

Great customer service from the office and the movers were polite, friendly and hard working. Showed up when they said they would!

Horrible service, not punctual, weak management, and sketchy lazy movers with no accountability. Please avoid at all costs or be disappointed

Too expensive

BAIT AND SWITCH.Awful company with awful service.I retained them for a move in October 2021. The initial quote for my move was $165/hour for 2 movers. When I tried to negotiate, they revised my quote to $220/hour for 3 movers, on the premise that the duration would be shorter. I attempted to negotiate the hourly rate for 3 movers, but they did not budge (a woman named Shannon).Guess what? On the day of the move, the 3 movers took DOUBLE the amount of time within the quote, even though my inventory of items were clearly stated and my move was only to a community across the street. In the end, I was locked into the higher hourly rate and resulted in a much higher invoice than the estimate.Not just that - at the time of payment, they did not initially adjust my invoice for the 30 minutes the movers paused since it was raining; the 45 minutes the movers took for their lunch break; and they added back a $75 charge for full damage protection when I already opted out of this they day before. Luckily I paid close attention to the invoice - otherwise, I would have been hit with a couple hundred dollars that should not have been charged in the first place.It gets worse - one of their movers (a guy named Danny) also broke one of my hallway light fixtures during the move. A staff member from their office (a guy named Keenan) had showed up to my place to check on the move and he said the broken light fixture can be addressed through a damage report for replacement afterwards. Guess what? Ive had to call their office 5 different times, to be told that they are working on it and someone will call me back. Each time Ive had to follow up and we keep talking in circles. My move was already 6 weeks ago, and there is still no resolution nor status update from their team.IN SUM: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.If you do, prepare to be screwed over on the hourly rate and prepare to never hear back from them post-move on any issues that come up.TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
