It would be hard to find a group of employees that care less about the customer or their job. They seemed unhappy I interrupted their visiting time, made no effort to explain the details of my trailer rental or where I could find the trailer. The one they gave me wasnt even available and I had to return to the office for a different trailer. The young lady asked me if I had the number of one go the trailers in the front that was available. I wasnt aware it was my responsibility to do their job. Rude, uncaring and poor at their job. GO SOME PLACE ELSE for your rental.To add to the issue…I had a reservation made weeks in advance. Day of move they tell me they have no trucks.My house is all packed and people came to help and no moving truck.These people are horrible and Uhaul is the worst moving company on the planet.DO NOT USE

Great place to buy reasonable priced boxes and rent moving trucks. The customer service is really great. They are very professional and friendly. They put the customer’s need first. Their moving supplies are also reasonable for purchase or rent. I would strongly recommend this U-Haul location.

Kevin Davis is THE BEST AND MOST CUSTOMER CENTRIC MANAGER. I rented a Uhaul Van, very clean, fuel efficient and on time. I would recommend this everyone. Huge Plus - Uhaul van has a nice, clean rubber mat on the floor. Keeps your items clean.

My van was available per my reservation at the reservation time. I found customer service friendly and professional. My van looked new. Drop off was easy. The price was as expected and fair.

I have came 3 times to this Uhaul for propane over the course of 2 weeks. Every time I come here they say theres no propane. They say the have nobody to fill up tanks which is ridiculous. Do not come give them more business

Horrible experience, June 27th a sunday. And Ive been here for 3 hours waiting in line. 1 employee and 20 people in line. They had to lock the doors to stop more people from entering. No one else came to help this poor girl. I would not recommend this location to anyone try the a1a location or a gas station. Reservation for 9 doesnt help any if you spend all of moving day waiting in line.

Opens at 7am but no one to service propane at 7:33am. What does the customer have to do with staff not being on time and unavailable to service? Unacceptable. I guess they dont like money.

They are stealing gas money from people who arent aware of the mobile check in procedure. We were repeatedly lied to about the contents of the gas tank. They stole another $100 on a two day rental. We drove 80 miles and they charged us for 3/4 tank of gas. Maybe we used 6 gallons

I was lied to by a rep about the gas price, not explained the way the mileage or service charged. I asked all the right questions and was given all the wrong answers and was told that their employee was here for only 30 days. You’re telling me in 30 days you don’t know how much gas is. I was told 2.50 a gallon and it’s 3.75 a gallon and my contract stated .29 a mile than it changed to .59 the difference until check out. The rep was very nice personally speaking but clearly hasn’t been given the proper training how to give customers the correct information. I was told from customer service that I would be refunded the difference and the GM wanted to give me a gift card for a future visit. I would rather not to do business at all anymore at this point.

Do NOT go here!!! Picked-up with only 1/4 tank, when I returned they told me that it was at full so I was charged extra for gas when I only drove 80 miles and put 1/4 gas in.

Worth zero stars... Went there to rent a truck, I was told by a gentleman that works outside that the manager would be there in a minute both time I went to him. Very unprofessional atmosphere! I called the number at the window that was supposed to be the manager number and Ghetto Manager skills stated the system is down with no writing notice and all doors are open with no supervision. She need to be work at McDonald’s with that type of attitude.

Very bad service, I made a reservation to pick up by myself at 8 am and when I arrived they changed my reservation to pick up with a representative at 9 am, at 8:30 am an employee was in the place and she did not let me make a single one ask why they didnt open until 9 am.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at this location. The young lady who took care of me was very professional. She thoroughly explained everything I need for my tow hitch. I strongly recommend this location. Not to mention, their timing in absolutely impressive. I told them I had to leave for work in an hour and they finished the job in half the time.

I tried to buy a hitch from this place. I called, the phone was picked up promptly. Marcus sounded like hed just gotten out of bed with a complete sandwich stuffed in his mouth... he sounded stoned! He didnt tell me his name I had to ask at the end of the call. The quote was nearly $400. Online when you use their quote system it was $200 for the parts I need (they quoted on a ball and all the goodies). What I didnt see is at the bottom of the quote they ask you to schedule an installation. Thats when they hit you with the $159 installation fee. As I told the corporate operator when I called the Palm beach Gardens location and they wouldnt pickup, I can buy bad products and service anywhere. I WONT DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT MISLEADS IN THEIR SITE. I WONT BUY FROM AN INSTALLER THAT CANT KEEP APPOINTMENTS OR CANT MAKE ME FEEL CONFIDENT ON THE PHONE. Im shopping somewhere else Ill take my chances with an up front dealer.

Horrible customer service. Even called before coming down to make sure I was able to drop my rental off at the location closest to me, drove 50 minutes to be told I’d have to come back to that location and drop off the rental, AFTER calling and being told otherwise. Train your employees better and make sure they have the right information before opening there mouths.

This location is terrible, there is not enough counter help despite lines that go out the door. The owner is there in the chaos but does not tribute to help their own staff by Helping at the counter or developing an Efficient system. Just stopped in to check out the prices pretty much all of the displays were self-explanatory. The one question I did have to ask was promptly answered. When I do decide to rent a U-Haul it would definitely be from this location.

I was served in less than 15 minutes near the end of the day. Elisha Glass helped us, & he was the star of the show. This gentleman took care of me FAST! He was professional, courteous, and seemed to be the go-to guy. I recommend this place, and Im a tough customer. ~V~

Absolute WORST customer service. The neighborhood dealer I was supposed to return my trailer to wouldn’t take my trailer saying they didn’t have room it. They directed me to this location. When I first arrived, I tried to walk and tell the female representative that I was refused turn in at my location. She said “Ma’am you to wait outside with your trailer.” No one spoke to me until they unhooked my trailer. I waited an HOUR to turn in, and THEN they told me my contract would still be pending because they didn’t anyone who could change my drop off location. Spent another 30+ minutes on the phone with U-Haul cooperate trying to fix the issue. Never have I ever had this many issues with a trailer turn in. I will NOT use U-haul again in the future.

DONOT USE THIS LOCATION, they don’t honor what you book online. Made reservation for a 17 footer, with estimated 15 miles. They called immediately to say they are out and will give us a free upgrade to a 20. Get there, clerk says I have no idea why they would say that and we must charge you for an estimated 50 miles. Lady I’m literally down the street. HORABLE CS and no manager available. Plus no free upgrade even though they called and offered it!!!!

Time wise, horrible service. Its been over 3 and a half hours and Im still waiting on my car. I have called several times and their call center has paged them 3 times, including a message to the manager to contact me. Im still waiting. Horrible customer service . I paid 400 dollars for a service, it was not for free and I couldve definitely took my car else where. Very highly disappointed and will not recommend to anyone!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst place Ive had work done on my car. I had a hitch installed about a month ago and half of the hitch came out because it wasnt bolted right. This was the first time I have ever even used the hitch and thank the stars it was an empty trailer. Took it back to them and Davina, the General Manager claimed they did the work properly and would have been something I did....Unbelievable. How she and others there still have a job is beyond me. Reported the issue to corporate. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 uhauls are all the same. NEVER take your car there if you value your safety. I should of taken it to a real mechanic and had them install it.

I came in asking for a 10ft truck... the man tells me there no 10ft trucks in the lot and that I would have to get a 15ft truck which is more expensive and has more expensive gas and mileage charges... I say alright because I don’t have a choice. Then I am told the truck has half a tank of gas. As I am driving away I see that it only has a quarter of a tank, so I turn around “using my mileage” to show them that the tank isn’t what they told me. They then claim to have notified the office of the discrepancy. Very terrible customer service experience. Once I return the truck I will never go back. Budget truck it is.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff was amazingly unhelpful, knew nothing about the products, i had to google my own parts get them check everything myself and when i was told they were going to check in the back the dude just disappeared. Worst U-Haul location ever.

Truck wasn’t truly Inspected and prepared for next rental. Fuses were replaced we were forced sleep on the floor, delaying our trip, one additional night. No wheel alignment repair, eventually caused shaking, increased after a few hours of use for the next day. This truck was adamantly in need of repair before renting again. This was unethical, careless, Apathetic customer, leadership and almost cost the lives of my wife and I. We are extremely glad to be alive still and will next rent U-Haul again ever to Survive. I think this may have had something do with my wife and I being an Interracial Couple experiencing racism that nearly killed us.

Drove over 40 miles to get here, because I was lied to after setting appointment. Was told I could get hitch installed when I got there they told me I couldn’t when I had an appointment and double checked over the phone, 4th location I’ve been to and no one can install a hitch . This is the worst experience Ive ever had I came to drop off my U-Haul the man that was checking out my Uhaul told me my balance was $153.51 when I went inside they told me my balance was 177.00 and that it was 99 cents per mileage that I was not told when I went inside to rent a Uhaul the worst customer service ever I wanted to give them zero star but I only had one star and I had to choose one start I will never come back to this Uhaul I will never recommend anyone to come to okeechobee location the manager Sabina beam was talking to me and someone else at the same time and didnt tell me the its .99 per gallon thats crazy and a lot just to rent a U-haul

Scheduled a hitch installation online, but the store on Northlake did not have anyone to do it, so they transferred my order to this store. I arrived and was greeted by a young man outside who walked me into the office. Spoke with Ms. Davina who quickly took care of me. Lincoln installed the hitch in 45 minutes. I am very satisfied with the experience. One recommendation is that the installer should let the owner know about any cutting to the underpanel of the car before hand. My car is brand new and I was surprised when I saw a piece from the panel cut out on the floor. I realize the cutting was necessary to access the frame, and its not noticeable from behind the car, just surprised thats all.

This location is such a disaster. The amount of employeees can not help the customers in a timely manner. It takes about 15-20 minutes for someone to check in the rental when returning. Such an inconvenience.

Oh you know the usual. I get there one guy is in front of me. All I need is to refill my propane tank. Others show up, complain and want to be helped first because obviously everyone has things to do. Waited patiently for 20 minutes only to be told they are out of propane. That’s probably something good to know if you work at U-Haul. I’m not surprised. At least one of the four guys working outside acknowledged me and apologized for the wait. Thanks for the customer service. Uhaul is the Walmart of rental companies... plenty of products but no customer service.

Used a van, simple friggin Van, returned the Van 1 hour later, full tank drove 16 Miles. Got a 300.00 charge on my credit card. Should be 19.95+ Mileage and taxes.. 35.00 Max. They Are Crooks. Stay Away.

As I sit in a line on a Saturday morning, with movers coming at a specific time, with an “express pickup” that doesn’t mean anything.... and one woman working, another trying but system isn’t working, this rental is painful!!! On a Saturday morning you would think they would have 4 people working for each register ..... Rent elsewhere!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. This whole entire experience was a nightmare. Unfortunately I do not have many other options in my area for hitch installation and I didnt want to mess with the lighting in my new car myself. EVERYTIME you call you get put on a 10 minute hold. Finally got my hitch ordered, paid extra to have it shipped overnight called in to make sure they got it and they did. Dan said come right on in now and well get you in early. ( My appointment was at 1PM) Got here at 9:50AM its not 11AM and my car hasnt even been started. They charged me the wrong price for parts, I had to print off a sheet from their website to show that they were overcharging me. TONS of employees standing around, but no one doing anything. Do yourself a favor go anywhere but here.

Truly a bad costumer service experience. Me and another costumer had to get new vehicles because of ROACHES crawling around!!!! After I got my roach free vehicle the seat would not adjust and they didnt give me the pads I purchased. I had to flag down the employee to get them. Also, if you are there in the morning the homeless will come up to you and ask for work. I was asked by 2 homeless men while I stood to wait for the vehicle. It was very awkward because I had to wait there and could not leave... Those are not the only things that happened but all in all I was not impressed.

Pretty good service, but the return line can be painfully long and slow. Sometimes it extends out into Okeechobee Blvd so you have to drive around the block. Moves SLOW.

This place is terrible. Got a hitch installation and they screwed up every step. They moved my appointment to the next day without telling me and were really rude when I showed up. When I showed up the next day they told me they dont do installations at 7am. They rebooked me at 7am! They took 3 hours. I highly recommend not giving them money

These guys did a complete overhaul in terms of staffing. Brandon helped us out big time! Everyone at the counter was also very friendly. Good to see such a great turnaround here after years of terrible service.

Ghetto location But got the job done. There’s cars with rims in the parking lot and sketch people but they can’t help that I guess.

They didnt have the hitch needed for my car, so they had to order it and it came three days later. Turns out it was the wrong hitch. I was annoyed and worried because the move was the day after tomorrow. They told me not to worry that they were going to have it over-nighted. I called them first thing in the morning and they already have it in, tell me to come by. They got it finished very quickly and offered me a discount for all the trouble I went through. At no point in the process did I receive anything but quality customer service. I would use this place again in a heartbeat. Hopefully I wont have to, I hate moving :-P

Rented 26 foot Van. - Was I in for a complete surprise! Not only the handling of the truck was the worst I had - the entire Van was shaking like crazy all the time (transmission or other problems), the steering wheel was terrible in handling, GAS MILAGE - THREE MILES PER GALLON!!!!!!!!!!!Unbelievable!I think the company is not doing well to its customers. Returns a few hours later then the 24 hours, got charged the second day and insurance!!!Amazing. Just get a pro mover company next time and save big bucks!

Saved my moving day, although truck was really old and shakes but it did the job.

The most ridiculous experience ever. Simply to make a reservation took 33 minutes.

My overall experience was horrible. Customer service people were rude to me and one even told me that I wasnt their problem and that they couldnt help me. Another told me that she didnt know how to set up a UBOX and so she said I would have to wait until the next day to set it up. Fortunately, Mike was able to help us eventually and get the problem resolved but the customer service personnel were extremely rude!

Filed with insurance, $4k in items missing after they BROKE INTO our Ubox. Ripped the hinges off. They basically told us to go to H### when we called about it. I guess thats why we had to wait an EXTRA 3 days to come get our Ubox, sleeping on the floor of the new house, while it was being prepared for late pickup.If you have any self respect or concern for your property, use another location or simply use another company... its not worth it... trust me. Uhaul corporate STILL will not return my calls concerning this, despite an ongoing police investigation and an investigation from their insurance company (for the items they stole). All I get is a yeah, I added some noted to your file, the district manager will call you back within 3 business days. 2 weeks later I am calling every-other-day and being blown off.If I could give this zero stars I would. Then again, if you like the whole gangster attitude and like to live life on the edge, these guys will be for you.

They have a bad attitude at the front so they said the guys outside picks phones to so I went outside to talk the guy that had I spoke to earlier and a guy with a Jamaican accent said they dont pick up the phones outside and walked away. My girlfriend had a hitch installed there. At first right side of the the trailer lights didnt work, and after a while car tail lights stopped working all together (trailer lights caised a short in the wiring)

Nice customer service, very friendly.how ever when we ranted the vehicle, it smells like hobos been living in it for a week we also found a open container of beer the employee refused to report it due to the fact it was the manager who signed off on it.
