I just love my Refrigerator freezer that we bought it is an Amana. The only question I have is the ice maker seems to be slow at making ice unlike my other freezer ice maker that I used to have maybe this is supposed to make ice like this I dont know thats the only downfall on this but it does make everything else is perfect on it I love it and the crew down at Hawkins they are amazing I plan on buying the rest of my appliances from there when I renew all of my appliances in my home. Now that Ive had my ice maker going for awhile I no longer have any thoughts of it being slow ☺️

Very helpful staff and had alot of inventory to pick from. We bought a couch and loveseat after going to many other places just to be told they would have to order it in and it would take over 6 months. Found what we were looking for at Hawkins, took it home, and are very happy with our purchase!

I was very happy with buying my dishwasher . It was a very easy process. Each one was explained to me pros and cons. There was no pressure to purchase the most expensive but the one that was right for me and what I was looking for. Delivery was the day after purchase. The whole crew at Hawkins was awesome from the moment we walked in, to the point we picked up our zero turn and had our washer and dryer delivered to the house. Very friendly and informative, and the prices were in the range we felt they should be.

Purchased chain saw and couldn’t keep it running. Took it back to the store and they adjusted it. Still wouldn’t keep running. Took it back to the store and they changed a jet. Brought it home and wouldn’t keep running once the choke shut off. Took it back and argued with employees and finally they swapped out motor. I realize that husqvarna wants to fix it but it should run when you bring it home from the store the first time.

I just bought a maytag washer and dryer set and had it delivered to birch tree. This is our second purchase from hawkings and again we are more then satisfied with their service. They where not pushy but very informative when we where buying the maytag set and even the delivery driver provided a great attitude and showed us how to use our new washer and dryers. Its offical now that hawkings is going to be our first stop when looking for any home appliance and will be recommending them to anyone who asks us about buying home appliances.

Bought a zero turn lawn mower the blades flew off while using it charged to fix itUsed the zero turn again and blades bent they charged 40 dollars for cheap blades that bent the first time using it brought another set from someone else for 30 and they were a much heavier set of blades for less moneySeem like this company is only interested getting as much money out of their costumers then providing good service

We arrived just before 5 pm, (closing time) we were allowed to take all of the time we needed to check out dishwashers and furniture. Very attentive staff.

I purchased a Husqvarna 48 zero turn mower in the early spring. After much research and deliberation I went back to the store to let them know what I had decided. Much to my chagrin they had sold the one I had seen on the showroom floor. I asked, I believe her name was Onya, if they by chance had one in the storage room. They checked and came up empty but she was not to be outdone. She immediately called the Mtn. Grove store and found the last one until delivers came again. She put a hold on it for me and contacted someone about getting it to West Plains. Needless to say they got it delivered promptly, showed me the basics of pre-operation and operation and its been slinging grass ever since. My yard looks better when cut than it has in a long time. Love my mower and appreciate all the extraordinary help thru this whole process. I assure you I will do business with Hawkins in the future. Give them a whirl, you wont regret it.

I was in DESPERATE need of a small chest deep freeze and Hawkins was the 10th place I had to go to and not only did they have it they didnt push a bigger one on me and I paid for it and the guy loaded in my car for me. It took a total of maybe 5 minutes from walking I to driving away. The freezer was a little damaged in the bottom corner but as long as it runs ok Im not complaining.
