Fast and friendly service. Delivery was awesome as well. The delivery guys were very friendly and delivered my dryer and freezer without braking anything. I have had issues with other companies delivering in the past that were not nearly as knowledgeable about what they were doing. Not only would I shop here again, but I will defiantly take advantage of their delivery service for sure.

The Workers Here Are The Best... The Delivery Man, Are Always Professional...

I was sold a coffee table that was priced 20% off at the cost of 310 which at 20% off would be 240! Also when I purchased it I paid 100 down towards the principal however when I went to pay it off not even 30 days later I was told I owe over 350 bucks with a total balance of over 600! I was mind blown and disgusted. They had let go of the employee that did this and ensured me they would give my money back! Which I paid 150 that day.... they came to pick up this “coffee table” and brought me my cash which was only 78 bucks! It’s a joke and a disgrace. The only reason I went there is because of certain people employed and they happen to be off that day the day I got screwed! I bought a way better pc of furniture locally here for over less than half the price of this store!!! Get your employees together Rent One! Never happening again!

I recently gave a five star review of this store. However, after just finding out that the assistant manager has been fired over some nonsense that I know for a fact is not true, I think I would like to retract my earlier review. Mike was on top sales list numerous times, was always very courteous and professional, as well as helpful...and when anyone else couldnt do the job detail specified in their hiring arrangement, Mike could and did. I think they fired the best help they had over nonsense they knew nothing about. What an employee does on their own time shouldnt concern the company, especially when they REALLY dont know the whole story. BOO and shame on your company and its INTEGRITY!!! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

I waited 2 months for my dryer to come back from repair...i dont blame rent one for that considering the repair company was not doing their job...what i do find unplesent was i was supposed to get my dryer back today and was put down for morning with no time frame while my sister was awake and waiting for them and they apparently never showed...the second time i was put on the schedule for afternoon the same day...waited all day and still nothing. I changed my star rating from 4 to 3 cuz since rent one has changed, this is the first time since we started going to rent one, that ive had problems....i do however understand busy schedules and new managment....i hope things straiten out soon for the benefit of the company and its customers.

Had issue with female manager no customer service training but male that works the counter and phone called today and respectfully fixed the issue we are back on track and I love my washer and dryer thanks mike

Rent one was friendly and prompt about getting what we needed.

We just went and got a washer n dryer on Friday. They brought it Saturday morning. The washer ran through one cycle and the dryer didnt work at all. We called them and their first response was to just turn the washer to another cycle n try it there. When that didnt work, I called Monday morning and they sent someone right away so I was satisfied at first. The guy that dropped it off turned them both on to make sure that they worked and my fiance said that they did. Well we put the very first load in both and guess what? Neither freaking one works. At this point, its only been 4 days and TWO DIFFERENT SETS and weve only been able to wash one load of laundry. They were very willing to help, however, I think their stuff is just junk.

Me and my wife buy a couch and loveseat bunk bed and the table when they got here but couch and loveseat was not even in the truck because something was wrong with it they did not call cuz we havent called them if things why are our couch and loveseat was not there and then my sons bunk bed is Im safe cuz I supposed to come back Monday and bring us a new stuff and help make it safer.

I ordered a phone online and set up a time to go pick it up. They did not have the phone in Stock that I ordered so the man I dealt with had me another one ready and set up when I got there. I was ok with it cause he was very nice and explained what was going on. He ordered my phone and said he would let me know when it was in. Both gentlemen that helped me was very nice, positive and generous. They answered all my questions and was just all around very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. While I have never personally rented here, I never will. I have had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with Their regional manager Mr Donald Wilkins. He likes to come in and say where he works and threaten you. He is not at all friendly or easy to work with which is totally fine when your not representing your company. I will be filing a formal complaint with every location he is over and his superiors

I went in and got a new washer and dryer. The staff was kind and helpful. I got my last set from Rent One years ago. I wore them out. I broke the knob on the dryer and them came right out and fixed it. They stand behind there products and are always willing to work with you. Rent One is a Five Star Store and I highly recommend 8.

I at first gave 5 stars... now Im giving 3. Love all the sales people, however they wont stick to the payment plan set up. If you get paid on the 3rd and make that clear expect them saying your late on the 30th before hand because they dont listen. Other then that love the store

Lied to. Promised a certain washer, given another. With dog hair in it. I looked them over in-store. I specifically told them that I did not want the dog hair washer. My exact words. Promised a rug to be shipped. Still no rug. Delivery boys, I would not call them men based on how they acted were mad that they could find the place with their GPS. So it is well after dark when they get here. Whatever happened to business hours? Well, turn the gps off and follow my instructions! Anyway, they were in a hurry so shoved the couch in and ripped it. Big hole in my new couch. They messed up my new screen door. They got stuck in the yard because as soon as they were done they hopped in the van and floored it, and instead of being adults and getting it out properly, they cussed and yelled and floored it some more so my yard has a 20 yard ditch now. Im not lying, its deep! We pushed them. They were not getting their fat asses out for anything! I got a cheap blue-ray player somehow, even though it was not on the plan I asked for. I am just amazed. And a bit numb when thinking about this experience. I have seen the many 5 star reviews here. I wonder if they are paid, or friends of rentone. Weird.

The roomba I am renting works great the only thing I personally think would be an improvement is if the employees cleaned them out before renting them. Mine was full of trash.
