If I could give them 10 stars I would!! We just moved here, I don’t know anyone and my newish truck decided that today would be the day that my battery dies. Stranded, and with a couple of kids and AAA a few hours out these guys went above and beyond to help me out! Tyler and Chris were nothing short of amazing today and words can’t thank them enough. Going above and beyond to help someone when they could have easily told me to go elsewhere. I will forever be a customer of this business and If you need anything go here first! Thank you again for the help, gentleman!

2/2021 Was traveling with the family. Had a check engine light come on. Tyler was extremely helpful in figuring out what was wrong. Was nothing they could assist me with ultimately. But he directed me to some reputable businesses and gave me some great instructions on the best course of action. We will be in the area again visiting family in the future. If ever needed, I know I can rely on this AutoZone and my new friend Tyler :) to help if needed. Thanks for the hospitality and extra service. It was helpful in our time of need.

Went in to purchase an item, that I knew would be on a shelf. Friendly staff approached and offered some suggestions. I ended up taking their suggestion and was very pleased with the result. Plus it was much easier to use. Checkout was fast and convenient. I highly recommend this store. A+

Between Auto Zone and Movaris they ended up giving me my old transmission back I wouldnt have known but I filed the warranty to get a new one. So now Im out a 3 year warranty, 1000$ in labor, 150$ for a radiator, and 70$ in fluids. Auto zone said they would help out by supplying me with fluids. They didnt give me any coolant and the cheap transmission fluid they gave me is for GM and Ford. I DRIVE A HONDA ACCORD!!! My new transmission arrived the 8th I called the 10th and said they didnt have it. Called again the 28th and they said they didnt have it. I had to call Movaris to find where my transmission was. When I went in and said my transmission is here, it magically showed up. Then Auto Zone said they tried to call but the number was wrong. I gave the manager my phone number on a piece of paper personally. When I turned in my old transmission they were impatient and rood. The manager talked about me with me standing right there like I couldnt hear him. I will never go to Auto Zone again!!!!!

We are from New Mexico here in West Plains doing business. Had a problem with our van and pulled in to Auto Zone. Fantastic employee put the a analyzer on and was able to tell us exactly what we needed. He even contacted a mechanic who was able to do repair in parking lot. Wonderful people! Greatly appreciated the service.

Was helped quickly. They gave good recommendations on parts.

Bought a part, ended up being the wrong part. Requested my money back and they said they put it back on my card. Later that night I discovered they had charged me again for the same wrong part I had returned. When I called they said it must have been my bank that messed things up. I will never shop here again. I hate to be lied to and stolen from!!!! My best advise....run from this place!!!!

AutoZone on the whole is a good parts store but theres a need for the inexperienced employees to ask questions.

I was quite disappointed to find the loaner tool I called about to ensure it was available, wasnt ever part of the program. But I purchased the tool instead, at a reasonable price, so now I have it whenever I need it.

I have not went back after I called and the gentleman told me that it was against policy to set out a part for my father in law to pick up that was a few blocks away,wouldnt even go pull the part to answer a simple question. He was rude and had a attitude,like it ruined his day for me to dare ask him to do his job.

Ive been in stores in 47 of the lower 48 as a truck driver by far the best one hands down.

Always has what we are looking for. Friendly service! If we cant locate something in the store, theyll either show you where the item is or look into ordering it for you (if available that way). When ordering parts, they are accurate with the arrival dates. They even offer to call you and let you know when it comes in. Over all awesome store and employees!

I have never gotten a wrong part here, when they order you a part they know what they are doing. They are a bit more pricey than other places but better quality I think and more knowledgeable staff.
